About this lodge
The Slick Rock Small Lodge is the smaller of two brand new lodges on the south end of Moab. Great access to the slick rock trail and just on the edge of town for easy access to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It has 5 bedroom suites, 2 with walk out decks, each with a private bath. Great room, laundry room, covered patio, full kitchen… and much more. This brand new lodge is perfect for a group up to 20 people. For groups larger than 20 people there is a 10 bedroom Slick Rock Lodge on the same property that can be reserved in conjunction with the 5 bedroom lodge. This lodge along with the larger lodge on the property have use of a a beautiful swimming pool and spa and relaxing pool side deck. The views are spectacular. This is a first for moab. A beautiful lodge combined with the larger lodge with 15 bedrooms, theatre, activity area and acces to everything that brings families to Moab.
The Outdoor Pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th each season. The Outdoor Spa is always heated, year-round. During October and April, the pool can be heated, upon advanced request for $125 per day, with a minimum of three days. From November through March, the charge is $199 per day, with the same three-day minimum.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 90 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 90 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.

We rented this for our elopement so our friends could all stay with us. The listing said it sleeps 28-30 (I can’t remember exactly) but that really would only apply to adults AND their children. Half of our group sadly had to get another rental so spouses could share a bed and not have to sleep in separate bunk beds in the same room as other couples. I was also a little confused based on the listing - I was unaware that there are 2 houses that share a pool and hot tub in the middle. Probably just an oversight on my part.
That being said, it was very clean, convenient, and they even lent us some tables and chairs for the reception dinner! I would recommend, just not for all adults.

Great bedroom layouts. Good location and everything you need. The pool is great for relaxing after all the Moab activities. We will be back.

This place was a short ride to downtown Moab. The home was beautiful, well stocked and came with a huge pool/hot tub.

We had 10 people. 8 couples, an 11 and 2 year old. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for our group. The addition of bunk beds to four of the rooms were perfect to keep the family with kids together and give good privacy. This home was perfect!A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER • There were no desks in the rooms. If you need to do work in private (or away from the group) you’ll need to do it out on the back deck - not such a bad thing. Or, on the kitchen table. Even with this, it was no problem. I just wish I would have known. I wouldn’t have made plans for a conference call. • If the large home Adjacent from this smaller home is being rented, you’ll possibly have a very large group you’ll need to share the hot tub and pool with. Also, they could be up playing late and loud. Again, this wasn’t an issue. We still enjoyed the deck, bbq, and fireplace. However, the day and night that the large house was empty, was much more pleasant. THAT BEING SAID, I WOULD MUCH RATHER HAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME, THAN RENT AT A CONDO WHERE YOU ARE SHARING THE COMMON AREA WITH 100+ PEOPLE. I reached out to management a few times (before and after we arrived) and they were so friendly and accommodating! They even had ice for us to use in our coolers. When I come back to Moab, I will stay at this lovely rental each time. I was VERY IMPRESSED and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home. If you are considering this home over one that is a little less expensive; go for this home! You will not regret it! The higher rental price is well worth it. The wait list is worth the wait. I can’t wait to have a larger group to Necessitate the need for the larger home! I LOVE THIS PROPERTY!RENT THIS HOME!
