You'll be able to walk or bike anywhere around Louisville, or take the bike/running path to Boulder. Accommodations include nice new furnishings in an updated house, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 set of double/full bunk beds. The downstairs den has a couch and a double/full futon in a sitting area with a flat screen TV, Comcast cable, and an HDMI cable for use with your devices. You'll love the new whole house evaporative cooler and outdoor patio with table, chairs, grill, and firepit in the summer, the wood-burning fireplace in the winter, high-speed wireless internet, Bose wireless speaker for your music, comfortable furniture, in-house washer & dryer, and fenced yard. You'll have full access to one side (for 1 car) of a 2-car garage.
