Staff & Location to food services and access to throughfares all were excellent,
The space was dated things like floor tile grout coming up or missing, furnishing was crowded to other components like: doors swinging freely from bathrooms to partially covering draws on night stand so to use draw required blocking or holding the door back. Dinning chairs to large to move into the table for eating and in some cases half on tile and half on carpet, televisions without guides requiring so surfing channels the entertainment when relaxation is what you desired,

Nice apartment. Clean. Comfortable to reach from the cat. Location was what we needed- on the way from Denver to RMNP
1. Not enough hot water in the shower
2. In checkout time, 7 am, the desk was empty

Having the kitchenette and extra space was nice as we had a ton of gear for a week long hiking trip.
The hotel was under remodel upon our arrival. It would have been nice to be prepared via email. No pool access because of remodel. The rooms could stand to be remodel which is likely part of their plan. We found what appeared to be animal droppings on our floor upon our arrival. We removed and did not see anything again.
