Nestled in Mendon, this attractive house for $1,389 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We are following Vermont/Killington Mountains guidelines for COVID-19. A full refund will be granted if the mountain closes due to COVID-19. Let us know if you have any other questions. Our Large Killington Home is +/- 5000 Sq. Feet Per Town Records (Accurate). There is an attached in-law apartment complete with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, and full bathroom. There is also a 600 square foot game room along with a 20 foot bar. The home is a cozy year-round retreat, that is in the heart of Killington. Main House The below outlines the Main House. 1st Floor: Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, a large center island with a built-in fridge. There is a small breakfast area off the kitchen with a fireplace; The kitchen concept is an open floor plan leading from the kitchen to the dining room. The living room has a good size sectional, 2 arms chairs, fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a second sitting room with a sofa/sleeper and TV. First floor bedroom: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom with a twin on top. ( Room sleeps 3 ) of that is a private den with pullout queen sleeps 2 (total sleeps 5) Renovated Bathroom has stand up shower, new vanity with marble countertop and newer washer/dryer. 2nd Floor: Second floor bedroom 1: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. There is also 1 twin and 1 queen/full. ( Room sleeps 6 ) Ample Closet/Storage space/Built-in Second floor bedroom 2: Queen/Master Bed ( Sleeps 2) Ample Closet/Storage space. Second floor bedroom 3: There is a bunk bed that has a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. There is also 2 other twin beds ( Room sleeps 5 ) 2 nd Floor Large Full Bathroom W/Storage The newly renovated in-law has 2 bedrooms ( Queen - King - sleeps 4 ) living area, and small kitchen, full bath Avoid the crowded bars, have your own nite club with the 600 Sq. Ft. Private Bar/Game room with a 20Ft Long Bar, 60'in wall mounted flat screen TV/W cable and full Bluetooth, Hi-Fi audio & ping pong & foosball table. Suitability: Minimum Age Limit for "Primary Renters" is 25 Non smoking only "Inside living Quarters" No Pets

Matt's home was super convenient to the resort and all the businesses/restaurants in Killington. There was plenty of space for our group of 2 families and the game room was a great escape for those that wanted a place to have fun.

Every year we take our 2 boys and their friends skiing and this year we chose Killington. This house was exactly what we needed for 9 boys to enjoy themselves after a long day on the slopes! Plenty of beds, room to spread out and the bar/game room was a huge hit as well as the hot tub. They're already talking about renting this house again next year! Matthew was a premier host - so helpful and such a great communicator. Always available! He gave us so much information on the area for dining and other activities and answered even the smallest questions we had. Thank you for giving us a great getaway with wonderful memories!

We booked the house for new years get away with friends. The house was just like the listing…we could have actually had more people. We didn’t even use the inlaw apt. The host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend this house to others.

This property is perfect for a group trip. From the location to the main road with shuttles easily able to pick us up to the Wobbly Barn, to a quick ride to the mountain, the location is great. There is even more space in the property than advertised, you could sleep 20 people in here easily if you wanted. The game room is great, and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Good communication with the host, we will be back!

Matt and Colin's place was exactly what our group of twelve 29-35 year old guys were looking for on a buddies' ski trip. Plenty of beds, great set up in game room, and close to the mountain and Killington's main strip of bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Matts place was truly amazing for the group of 15 we had. Everyone got a bed (with several to spare). The hot tub was incredible. And Matt really thought of everything, when it comes to amenities and things in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Matt the owner is wonderful and friendly. Before our stay, he sent over many useful information and instructions. During the stay, he was super prompt in answering any questions we had. The property itself is a gem, has more beds than advertised, more than plenty room for our large group. The independent in-law suite was useful for people who needs a little quiet time. Kids enjoyed the ping-pong table a lot!

Matt’s house was awesome. We had a group of 18 and there were still beds to spare. I would highly recommend to big groups as it’s less than 5 min away from Killington mountain and all restaurants and bars. We would definitely love to return again.

This was my children's first ski experience and we were joined by my Sister's family who has experience skiing. The house was perfect for all ages with all of the comforts of home. There is so much room and privacy. Location is perfect. Next time we will bring more people!

What an incredible house! So close to Killington..just a short 5 minute drive. House is a lot of fun for a group of friends or family. Matt, the host, was incredibly responsive. We had a few requests and he made sure to send someone out to fix some of the issues we encountered (broken toilet seat, and temperamental grill). He is a great host and I would recommend this house to anyone!

What a perfect fall getaway spent with friends and family!! We had a total of ten adults and eleven kids. There was plenty of room for all of us with beds to spare. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging in the kitchen, the fire pit and the hot tub. The kids and adults loved playing ping pong and watching football in the game room. The mountain was absolutely beautiful and minutes away. The kids enjoyed the adventure park and riding ATVs. Tons of fall activities for everyone. Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We are already talking about coming back in the winter. The time spent with good friends is priceless. A wonderful experience all around.

I stayed here with a large group of coworkers as a weekend retreat. The house was great! Plenty of space and beds. The garage area had a bar, ping pong table and foosball table which were lots of fun. Would stay here again!

The house was incredible and conveniently located close to the mountain. The many bedrooms gave couples privacy and the separate game room/bar provided endless entertainment. Matt was very responsive from the beginning and end to our trip. Would highly recommend for larger groups as 15 of us slept and enjoyed the property very comfortably.

House was great. We had 4 families there, 15 people in all. Plenty of room for everyone. Game room/bar was a great place to hang out(it is separate from the house as is the in-law suite). Communication with Matt was awesome. He contacted me a few days before the trip as well throughout the trip. Killington is huge and only 5 mins from the house. Thanks again Matt.

My group and I have an amazing experience staying here! The layout of the house is awesome for both adults and children (we had an 11 month old with us and the in-law was a perfect place for her to sleep where we were close by but she couldn’t hear us). Matt the property owner was incredibly responsive and checked in often via text to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely stay again!
