Great location bare bones crash pad

Room size was nice. Lodge location was good.

Continental breakfast was just juices and granola bars left in the room. No bar or restaurant services available. Sound carried from all the other rooms. TV barely worked. No heating controls, so room was hot going to bed and freezing waking up.

Pleasant

The Cascade Lodge is in an ideal location. It's simple, comfortable and very clean. It's on the shuttle route to the mountain and has parking that is very close to the rooms. The staff is very friendly and the pool is really nice.

It's quite dated in the room/lobby decor and the faucet/shower water is a bit questionable (a bit dirty and tastes odd) but for the money and the location, everything else was fine.

how close you are to the mountain. it’s barely even a 2 minute drive.

very very outdated and beat down. drains don’t drain properly, the tv was useless, room gets very hot at night

It was a place to sleep, but the dated accommodations were unfortunate.

Staff was friendly; it was very basic

water is not potable - you must bring your own; cleaning solvent odors are strong, seem to be masking the smell of ancient tobacco smoke; accommodations are very old.

poor Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a granola bar. it used to have a buffet. the bar was only open on weekends. too many steps.

I would not recommend this place.

The room, no phone, old crappy TV , no way to control heat. We had our grandkids and agreed to this property because they advertised a heated pool and hot tub. Both were closed and had been prior to our reservation with no letting us know. The property itself looked old and beat up. Definitely not anywhere close to its cost. Very disappointing.

I would not return to this property . It felt too depressing. and price with taxes etc was not the bargain it appeared

room appeared clean and beds were comfortable

The inside and outside of the building needed repair and am update. The grounds around the building were not cared for - looked neglected. a very low energy feel to the place

It was a good place overall ,we were only there for the weekend to attend a wedding in the area.

The location was great, close to a lot of attractions and restaurants, pubs. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy.

There wasn't any on-site breakfast room, bar or restaurant. They did provide coffee, protein bars and juice in the room. The pool was not open and an outdoor hot tub should be a must in a ski resort area. Most of the restaurants/pubs in the area didn't open until late in the afternoon, after 3 or not open at all which meant long drives to find a place for lunch.

Good room size. Extra linens. Coffee make and continental breakfast items in room.

No ac or fan in summer. Pillows where horrible. Major stains on pillow case.

Perfect location but probably won't stay there again.

The location was perfect. They did not offer any breakfast. The place was clean but definitely needs some upgrading. Beds were very hard. Pillows were hard also. The TV's were as deep as they were wide. Time to upgrade.

Fine for a one night stay

It was just ok.

The room was hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat. Ended up opening the slider all night. Breakfast was weird. A person stationed as I came in asked for room number, told her. She told me that wasn't right. Showed my key holder with room number, still didn't believe me. Call security.

Disappointing

Staff was very friendly. Checkin in was easy, parking was great.

Our big complaint was that the water tasted nasty. Like, non-drinkable. Front desk had bottles of water, but they were $3. Hard to hydrate.

Very good

we had car trouble and the staff allowed us to store all of our luggage and boards in the morning until our room was ready. they were very accommodating and friendly. the property is within walking distance to the mountain so extremely convenient if you plan to ski/board. also full hot breakfast included with stay.

walls a bit thin…you could hear movement from room above, music playing in other rooms and people going up and down the stairs.
