About this house rental
This is a three bedroom, two full bath, 1/2 bath spacious townhouse located one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Unit features central air, private washer and dryer, brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, Internet, pool, outside shower, deck and pool area with furniture, outdoor grills allowed, covered parking with a one car garage, one car driveway and much more! Recently painted and updated kitchen with granite along with a custom coffee bar and island.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets. No renters under 25 years of age. No prom or Senior Week rentals. We do not advertise on Craigslist.
We do not provide linens or towels (bath or beach). There are pillows and comforters available.

Everything was amazing - Melissa was fantastic -very gracious in offering ideas and places to go as our weather was not cooperative. The heated pool was great-even in the rain! The unit was clean, well-kept, and perfect for our long-weekend family & friends get together. The unit has 3 different flights of stairs - not a problem for us but for those with less than nimble abilities it may be problematic. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodations. Plenty of room, and perfect bed configurations for our party of 10. I can’t say enough good things about the location. It really was perfect for anyone wanting to take advantage of the entertainment in Wildwood. I always appreciate having a pool for the kids. The owners really did their best to accommodate any minor issues that came up. Thanks for a great week!

My family moved to West Virginia to care for my spouse's parents. Prior to moving, our children made terrific friends outside Philadelphia. Because we moved to the country, my kids have missed their old friends. My wife and I let them pick this vacation, allowing old friends to stay for the week. They had a blast on coasters, water-slides, eating ice cream, ocean, pool, eating pizza, etc, etc.

Communication with the property manager was incredible. Always a quick response. The property was very nice and tastefully decorated. The pool was nice to have there and the neighbors were great. Short walk to the boardwalk and to several restaurants. Great place to spend a vacation.
