Nestled in Wildwood, this lovely condo for $215 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ********WE DO NOT RENT UNDER 25, PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ******** Beautifully Decorated 3 BR 2 BA Condo – on the 1st floor. (right above the garage) Sleeps up to 10 people. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Park you car in 2 car garage + 1 more spot in driveway and walk anywhere you want to go. Enjoy long days at the beach and fun nights on the boardwalk. Amenities Included: -Oversized deck -Parking for 3 cars (2 in Driveway, 1 in Garage) -55-Inch TV in Living Room w/ HD Cable + Streaming (Must Login) -TVs w/ Streaming Available in all Bedrooms -Fast Wi-Fi -Full Kitchen -Coffee Maker Combo (Drip & Keurig) -Cooking Basics -Stainless Steel Dishwasher -Stainless Steel Oven w/ Gas Stove -Stainless Steel Refrigerator -Stainless Steel Microwave -Toaster Oven -Ice-maker -Propane Grill -Dining Table w/ Seating for 6 -Breakfast Bar w/ Seating for 4 -In Unit Washer & Dryer -Ceiling Fans -Central Air -Enclosed Outside Shower Bedrooms/Bed Sizes: Primary Bedroom - King Bed w/ Ensuite Bathroom + Roku TV 2nd bedroom -2 Queen Beds + Roku TV 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds + Roku TV Living Room - 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa + Roku TV OWNER MANAGED: You will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out. Turnover cleaning will be inspected each week to ensure home is completely clean and ready for the next week’s visitors. If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs. and will take care of them promptly. Rental does not include linen or towels, however linen and towels are available for a flat fee of $165 (includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed in the condo + 10 sets of towels, there are no fitted sheet, you will get two flat sheets per bed) We do accept well behaved pets with pet fee in amount of: $200 for a week (per pet up to 30 pounds) $350 for a week (per pet above 30 pounds) Weekend Pet fee: $100 up to 3 nights (per pet up to 30 pounds) $200 up to 3 nights (per pet above 30 pounds) PET FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED Absolutely no rentals to groups under 25 The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Please do not inquire. I cannot help you.

We really enjoyed this house and the proximity to the boardwalk and dog beach! It's hard to find nice places to stay that allow dogs and this is a gem of a find! Only downfall was that you could hear all the movements from the people on the floor above us and they were super active at all hours.

Property was exactly as listed and conveniently located close to the boardwalk with easy access. Condo was clean and provided a nice layout for my young kids to run around and play. The property manager was easy to get ahold of when needed. Despite the cloudy/windy weather, we made the best of our stay there! Would stay again in future.

Property was perfect for 6 adults and our pet dog, Harley. Very close proximity to the Dog park and Dog beach. Roomy and comfortable. Everyone had a great time and vacation. Would recommend to others. Just remember to bring your own paper products/supplies/toiletries/bedding, etc. Boardwalk was a bit disappointing - two piers were closed so no rides open and some store fronts were closed for the season. Would have thought they would remain open until after the annual Fireman's Convention.

The property was clean and spacious. Its extremely close to Curly Fries and Joe's Pizza. Downside is that there is a lot of noise because its so close. We didn't care. You cannot see the fireworks from this balcony but you can see if you walk across the street. Large bedrooms but master bed and pillows are uncomfortable. We highly recommend this unit. There is never a perfect one but this one came close.

We have stayed at this property several times and loved it. The condo was nicely decorated, has wonderful balcony, a backyard, 2 parking spaces in garage and one in the driveway, and it was clean. Very nice family vacation with the dogs..wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great choice! The condo was roomy clean and nicely decorated in all rooms! It was a Good location to the boardwalk. It was a well equipped kitchen as well! Owner/manager was very responsive to emails and provided clear info and directions. Definitely would use again.

The condo is very nice and modern and clean. The location is perfect. The other residents were quiet and we had a blast. Just two dings: there were no DVD players as listed and strangely enough the door knob for the bathroom in the hallway was reversed. That is the knob with the lock was on the door side facing the hall and not inside the bathroom.
Despite that I would rent again from Alex.

There were seasoning supplies left by previous guest like salt, pepper, cooking oils and an ample supply of numerous spices that were there from the host.
On the negative side the closed caption on the master bedroom TV is at times unreadable, however that issue isn't present on the main TV in the Livingroom. The boardwalk is not always fully open due to the lack of workers which isn't controlled by the host but just FYI some rides and shops are open sporadically or not at all.
