Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

This house is part of a multi-unit building, it is two flight of stairs up from the ground and has a separate unit below and next to it.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire top floor condominium during their stay. This includes three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious open concept living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to your own large private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. Please note that this unit is located two flights of stairs up from the ground level. For your convenience, we provide an outdoor shower on the ground level for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Ample off street parking is available for multiple vehicles, and you are welcome to use the provided beach gear including chairs, coolers, and a wagon.

Nestled just one block away from the world famous Wildwood beach and boardwalk, our condo puts you in the heart of the action. You can walk to the sand and surf in under five minutes, making it incredibly easy to enjoy sun-soaked days without the hassle of driving. The iconic boardwalk, home to endless entertainment, amusement piers, and classic shore treats, is also just a short stroll from your doorstep. When you are ready to dine, you will find a variety of casual eateries, ice cream parlors, and seafood spots within a ten minute walk. Whether you are looking for family fun at the nearby water parks or a relaxing evening by the ocean, this location provides the perfect home base for your coastal getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting to our condo is a breeze, whether you are driving or arriving by bus. For those traveling by car, we offer ample off street parking for multiple vehicles, plus plenty of free street parking available in the neighborhood. If you are arriving by public transit, the Wildwood Bus Terminal is located just a short drive away, providing easy access to regional bus lines. Atlantic City International Airport is the closest major airport, situated about a forty five minute drive from the property. Once you arrive, you will find that our prime location allows you to explore the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions entirely on foot.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required to maintain our compliance with legal & insurance requirements and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply.



MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation.



SECURITY DEVICES DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure.
