About this house rental
A relaxing dream with a view! This unique modern farmhouse with a separate guest house can accommodate 12 people-- so bring the family. Our beautiful hill country vibes will make your weekend relaxing and our spacious spreads will ensure you and your guests enjoy their stay with a little elbow room.
The Retreat is also equipped with a large open air (or doors rolled down) barn-area to keep your guests out of the weather. The barn is equipped with tables, chairs, and an outdoor gas grill for your festivities (comfortably seats 60 guests). Plenty of space to let your hair down, free of stress and screens. We do not have any TV's on the property, however we provide free wifi for anyone that wants to stay plugged in.
Close proximity to New Braunfels, Seguin, and San Marcos for all of your needs. Plus, just a 45 minute drive to San Antonio and Austin so plenty of amenities for the more urban tastes.

Needs dishes to cook with and upgraded towels . The bedrooms are not all correct . There are two sets of bunk beds not two rooms with an extra bed then a bunk . Great outside for hosting and kitchen .

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful and the house was very comfortable and clean. My granddaughters loved the little lizards and the rabbits that were all around. This property was nice and secluded and very quiet, but still close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely like to come back.

It served its purpose for what we needed.

The outside grill only half of the side worked so we had to purchase a grill since the wedding rehearsal dinner was planned there.
