This Newly constructed 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from the Gulch and a quick UBER/LYFT/Taxi ride to the Music City Center, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, the 12 S. district, and Downtown. The Home- Our home features 3 levels of living, a 2 car garage and an amazing rooftop deck with breathtaking Panoramic views of the Nashville Skyline. The rooftop will quickly become a preferred choice to sit around with family and friends as you share stories on any of the comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs while sitting around the firepit. On the first level on the right is the first Bedroom with hardwood floors with a full bath. The bathroom boasts tile floors and shower/tub combo. We offer high quality King mattresses and 40" wall mounted TV to make your time extra relaxing. Straight ahead on the first level will lead you to the 2 car garage. On the next level you will find our open concept living area featuring a dining area, kitchen and living room. Hang out around the kitchen island, or relax on our comfortable Sofa and Chairs watching the 65" Wall Mounted TV or sing along to your favorite tunes with our Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Grab one of the 4 guitars in the room and serenade your friends and family. A karaoke machine is by the TV for those who wish to imitate your favorite star. Just up from the living room you will find another guest bedroom equipped with a king bed, comfortable mattress a 55" Wall Mounted TV and a full bath. We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience equipped with detergent and softener for your convenience. At the end of the hall you will find the Master Suite with a King Size Bed, 55" Wall Mounted TV, Private Balcony, Full Bath with Separate Shower and Tub as well as His/Her sinks. In addition, there is a sofa bed featuring a Tempurpedic Mattress. Just up from the Master Suite is the Rooftop Deck. Watch the sunset, Take in some sun, or just relax in the many outdoor sofas and chairs. The Rooftop has a refrigerator, a sink as well as a Gas Fire pit. The place was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. From the moment we booked with Kevin, the communication was exceptional. He provided recommendations on places to go, eat, and activities. Check in process was very easy as well as the check out process. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. There were six people in our party and each couple had their own room and large gathering area for dinners, and relaxation. Also, we loved at the rooftop – it was beautiful, spacious at the propane heater kept warm. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nashville.

The house was above all expectations for our first time in Nashville! Plenty of space to hang together, walk to the Gulch or Uber to Broadway. But the best part, the rooftop deck! Kevin was spot on with communication and helping us navigate our trip plan. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back:)

Great place. We loved the rooftop. It had a fun vibe with others on their rooftops. Great place to watch the sunset. Location was very convenient. Easy to walk, Uber, or take a scooter many places.

Great location with a 10 minute walk to the Gulch and 10 minute ride to Broadway. Rooftop deck was great and just wished there was a grill because we would have eaten in at least 1 night. Would definitely stay again

This property exceeded our expectations! 9 girls fit comfortably in this space. The house is clean and has so many Nashville details that made it so fun! The rooftop was great to hang out at night with the fire. Owners had superb customer service and we cannot wait to stay here again!

BEDROOMS:The bedrooms were all beautiful, with king beds and private bathrooms, such a bonus with a large group. We heard zero noise from the house or outside. It was completely quiet. The bathrooms were great, all coming with a blowdryer and curling iron ( girls save some space and don't pack yours).
ROOFTOP:The rooftop was a great location to hang out, listen to music in the afternoon after shopping and prior to going out. We met both our neighbors when we were on the rooftop, one group from New York, the other from Alabama. We easily could have stayed to ourselves, but also enjoyed chatting with them. The noise can be a little loud up there at a certain time, but not crazy. We enjoyed hours up there alone, and only saw the neighbors a few times. Doing yoga up there in the morning was amazing.
KITCHEN: Very well appointed, with many staples in the cabinets (coffee/tea/sugar/spices, etc). We made breakfast daily there, as well as plenty of late night snacks, cookies, etc. It had everything we needed: paper towels, lots of hand towels, all kitchen items needed to make great meals.
LOCATION: an easy 5 minute walk to the gulch, though we chose to Uber everywhere. We had lunches, dinners and did shopping dow there and loved the neighborhood. Broadway was ten minutes, easy to get to and from. Plenty of Ubers at all times of the day and night. Home is located about 20 minutes from the airport, as well!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this place in Nashville. The location was great for us, as it was a short distance to downtown so it had the city feel but not the craziness. House was very comfortable and well appointed. Kevin was great to deal with. Very accessible to any questions we had or just checking on us to see that we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend his place.

We had a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party. The rooms are spaced out nicely and each one has its own bathroom, making it perfect for a group trip. There are a lot of stairs in this property so be aware of that when booking. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean and homey with plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Those in my group who stayed on the Murphy bed said it was super comfy. Communication with the owner was easy and effective. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location w/ fantastic views from rooftop. Clean and spacious accommodations. We had three couples traveling together, and it was nice for us all to have our own bedroom w/ bath. The living area and rooftop were great entertaining areas & the location offered several amenities. Located just a very short Uber ride to all must see spots. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great! Roomy, clean and with a great rooftop. It was a bit of a walk to get to Nashville, but doable, and Ubers and scooters were also available to get you around quickly.
Would recommend for a group of vacationers looking to be close, but not right inside downtown Nashville.

This place looked exactly like the pictures! And we all know how deceiving photos can be! But not Kevin’s place - it was so cute and super clean. The location was great (short Uber ride to downtown or 12 South and very walkable to the Gulch!). My friends and I didn’t feel unsafe and if anything, it seems many of the places in the row also get rented out - as determined by what turned into a big rooftop gathering! Kevin was also extremely responsive and super helpful with anything I messaged him about. Highly recommend staying here!!

The VRBO was amazing and in the best location to Downtown Nashville. We were able to be within 10-15mins away from everything we were going to. You could also use the electric scooters to go to Broadway. This house fit all of our party and meant all of our needs.

We loved our stay here for our daughter’s
wedding weekend. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Home has lots of natural light which makes for great photos. We had 12 ladies having their hair and make-up done by 5 stylists and we had plenty of space to spread out. Rooftop party patio is the cherry on top - the seating is amazing and the views are spectacular. Location is convenient to everything and there is garage parking. Highly received this listing for your next Nashville soirée!

We were a party of 4 mature active women vacationing in Nashville and this house was just perfect. It’s very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! It was wonderful to have a bathroom with each bedroom, and a half bath on the living room and kitchen floor level. The house is spacious and the roof top deck has lots of seating with great views of the downtown skyline! It was a short Uber ride to 12 South or Broadway, and was walking distance to the Gulch! If we ever stay in Nashville again, we’d definitely stay here!

This house was perfect for a bachelorette group - definitely roomy enough for a group of 7 with multiple common areas to hang out in. Location was perfect - short walk to the Gulch, doable walk to Broadway. The roof deck was amazing. The neighborhood is full or bachelor and bachelorette groups so it could get noisy at night - I recommend bringing ear plugs +/- using a noise machine for sleeping. The host allowed us early check in which was very accommodating.

We rented this property for a group of 8 people and it was great! The house has a lot of open space so everyone could gather and socialize together. The rooftop area was one of my favorite places to hang out for sure! Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a house that does not have bunk rooms, so that everyone can have their own space and privacy.

We had the best time here! Our check in process was smooth, the house was incredible and in a fantastic location. We came for a bachelorette and it was enough space for everyone. The roof had great views and the entire house was well maintained. We had a tornado watch, and Kevin was quick to respond and reassure us that we were safe. I would come back to this house next time we stay in Nashville. Thank you!
