Situated in Ocean City, this charming condo for $440 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to the Fountainhead II our ***1560 Square ft.*** home away from home in OCEAN CITY!! As part of a complex with only 7 units, you will feel like you are worlds away from all of the hustle and bustle that comes with being in a high-rise. You can walk down 1 flight of steps to your car which is parked under the unit in the SHADE, or better yet, to the POOL or the OCEAN all without the use of elevators! Enjoy an Ocean View from both the living room and the deck. Imagine having coffee in the morning from our deck or our dining room table and being only steps away from the beach. We have private beach access up a ramp or steps, as well as an outdoor sprayer to wash off with after a fun day at the beach! Our FULLY REMODELED UNIT has a 433 sq foot covered deck (the longest deck you have ever seen!) with a patio table that can seat 8+, Wireless internet, 3 flat-screen TVs (50-inch plasma and two 32-inch LCD), it's own washer and dryer in unit, and HUGE rooms! It has Ceramic tile in all the high traffic areas like the second entrance hallway (what we like to call our 'after beach entrance'), kitchen, and bathrooms. For your comfort the bedrooms are carpeted and the living area, dining area, and hallway are hardwood. Our kitchen has been totally remodeled with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving trays, toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. Our dining area has a table that can seat 8 people. Our living room features a 50' High Def. Plasma TV and a Blu Ray/DVD player. Our Spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, oversized closet, its own bathroom, a 32' LCD TV and a separate vanity area with its own mirror/sink, perfect for doing hair and make up. Our spacious middle bedroom has 2 Queen Beds it has a dresser & lots of closet space. Our Spacious end bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 32' LCD TV, a dresser, and lots of closet space. Check in is at 3pm, Check out is at 10am. Eight pool passes will be provided. WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES & ALSO TO COUPLES AND GROUPS AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD. So grateful we found Neta’s place! After a long drive in from Baltimore and a bit Jet lagged, it was HOME the second we walked in the door. Clean! Cozy (yet Spacious!) On the beach (just a few steps… & Beautiful view from the huge living room windows!) We came to OCMD for the Ocean’s Calling music festival on the boardwalk. It was the perfect retrieve. Every accommodation we could have wished for. Thank you Neta for sharing your home with us. It was our first time to Ocean City and we left a “peace” of our hearts there. Lovely place, wonderful owners! Do not second guess booking here!

I cannot say enough about this rental! Much larger than I expected, with truly EVERYTHING you might need. We needed to move from our usual rental due to an increase in our family size and I am so, so happy we found this gem! Truly a home away from home, and this will absolutely be our only choice when we come back next summer! Thank you, Neta and Davey, for such a wonderful stay in addition to your graciousness and hospitality! We can’t wait for next summer!!!

This condo was perfect for our group! We LOVED the deck for the kids to run around. The wall were nice a thick to allow for kids to sleep and adults to stay up and we never felt cramped. Great proximity to the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

The property was spacious, clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots & pans ; the appliances were newer. The beach was very close, beach view from house & porch. The porch was large with table, chairs & swing. We really enjoyed our week!

The place was amazing, super clean
and location was great, the beach is steps away! Neta was awesome! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler. No one was on top of each other. We'll definitely be going back!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice
It’s a hidden gem right off the beach! Quiet, no elevators to wait for, and no one to worry about being below you (if you have kids, you know).
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of Tupperware, chip clips, knives and silverware. They also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which saves so much room when traveling. Neta and Dave have really thought of everything, and that made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Great time with the family! Very convenient to go back and forth to beach for bathroom breaks, more drinks, snacks, etc. The pool passes were great for colder beach days.

The kitchen, dining room and living room was open concept and is decorated beautiful. Each bedroom (all 3) were very spacious with a huge closet and two dressers in each room. The bathrooms are stylish and the porch was wonderful! There are hidden gems all through the condo: extra blankets, beach chairs, games, books and the kitchen has everything a family may need. The swing on the porch was so nice on early mornings or in the evenings, in fact the whole condo was much larger then the pictures shows.
And must of all Neta and Davey are wonderful to work with. I spoke to Neta a few times prior to our vacation and she is so nice, it was like I knew her for years. Then we met Neta and Davey on our second day and I can't say how nice they both are. They take such good care of their condo, it actually felt like coming home during our stay. They thought of everything a family may need during their vacation. We will be back next year, in fact on our first day being at the beach we knew this would be our new place to stay. The kitchen included use of nice appliances and kitchen ware and they leave you with spices, sponges, and soap so you don't have to go buy your own. The property is steps away from the beach (though not directly on the beach) and has it's own little path to get there. Loved the big porch and used it a lot. Neta was fabulous about communicating about the house; she answered emails and phone calls quickly. Davey was incredibly helpful about things to do and rent in the area. I expressed an interest in a bike ride and he drew up a detailed map showing me one of his favorite routes! If you want to go to Ocean City (which I found more crowded than I was comfortable with in terms of covid 19/safe social distancing), I highly recommend renting from them!

Everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back. After staying in the condos for many years, this was a welcomed change. No elevators to deal with is a huge plus.

Property is even better in person! Upon arrival condo was spotless. Perfect location not only to the beach but to several area restaurants and the grocery store. No need to drive anywhere!!! Neta was quick to answer any questions before we arrived. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the ocean was a great start to every morning. I can’t wait to go back next year!

This was an ideal location for the family - a stones throw from the beach! The place was spacious - all 5 of us stayed very comfortably. Outside deck area was great for take out. We'll definitely stay here again. :)

Enjoyable Ocean City
My wife and two girls spent a great week in Ocean City. Condo was clean. Location was great. Able to walk to beach and return with no issue if you forget something. Grocery store across the street. Multiple restaurants quite close. Outlets nearby. Boardwalk close driving distance. My only criticisms would be that you needed to get to beach early to set up and get space near the water and the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for my wife and I

This place is great. The owner texted me on check in day to let me know that the cleaning was done and I could check in early. The condo was very clean,smelled wonderful and was very nicely decorated. Great ocean view from the living room window and the deck. The deck is covered and a generous size. The kitchen was very well appointed and the living room and bedrooms were well sized. Easy beach access. Everyone in my family group loved this place.

Our home away from home!
This is our 4th year in unit 4, and we love it more every year! The unit is clean and equipped with many add on items such as a high chair and pack and play. When traveling with toddlers, it’s great to have large items already there for our use. The walk to the beach is so short which is wonderful worth children when we’re often walking back and forth several times throughout the day. The owners, Neta and Dave, are beyond accommodating. They notify us if the unit is available before our scheduled check-in and they are available immediately if we have a question. We love this unit and it’s proximity to restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. We can’t wait to go back!

We Love this Beach House!
This is our 8th year renting this unit from Neta and Davey! The condo is spacious and they always seem to be updating it with new things: washer and dryer, HVAC units, kitchen items, etc. They always think of everything their renters may need. We love the location with close proximity to everything. The large porch is a great place to hang out or just have coffee in the morning. We love the private access to the beach and love the pool. It always feel like we are coming home when we get here and hate leaving when its time to go. Until next year!

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The condo was better than the pictures. It was very clean, had all the amenities, the kitchen was well equipped. It was difficult to find a rental for 6 adults and this was an excellent choice for us. The view of the ocean from the living room was spectacular. We enjoyed the beach, went to the boardwalk a few evenings and ate most dinners out. The seafood was great. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this rental.

Where to start? We vacationed for a week -- my husband, my oldest son and his wife and their two children. If location is a first consideration, this is the best. Only steps to the beach, and what a wonderful beach, with convenient parking just underneath the unit. You can leave your umbrella and chairs in the carport and access them easily. The grocery store is a few blocks away. The condo itself is furnished nicer than any we've stayed in, and I'm over seventy. The TV's are great and other equipment (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.) is new and efficient. The kitchen has everything -- two kinds of coffee makers, blender, great cookware - more than enough bowls, pitchers, glassware, utensils, and more. The lovely side porch is the perfect spot for banging crabs. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great with walk-in showers and super shower heads. There are individual HVAC room remotes and shiny hardwood floors and new carpeting. There is even a small, easy-to-use lightweight vacuum in the corner of the dining room for quick pickups. Surrounding owners and renters are friendly families - just the kind of neighbors you'd want when you're on vacation. The Warrens are wonderful to work with. I hate to write all this good stuff -- would like to keep this place a secret -- so they'll have a spot for us next year!
