Bedroom one includes a queen-size bed and an oversized room with two walk-in closets, a Jacuzzi tub, a shower with his and her sinks, a fireplace, and of course another patio to get a view from 3 stories up. This bedroom has a Smart TV and a cable. The second bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and a large walk-in shower, as well as a Smart TV with cable. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the first floor and both have king-size beds. We are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, the American Airlines arena and uptown vibes. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville and McKinney Street are all within your reach so there are plenty of options to choose from. Parking should not be an issue with a 2 car garage, driveway and street parking available. Dallas Public Transport - City Place/Uptown Station is less than a mile away Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests. -No smoking of any kind ($500 fine enforced for smoking). -No parties. -Please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave. -We do allow a maximum of two pets, but they must be approved first. -There is a $75 pet fee per pet. -Please take out all trash including leftover food and drinks. DO NOT PUT TRASH IN RECYCLING. -Please return the house in the condition it was found. - No excessive noise/parties after 12am on weekends, 11pm on week nights - If it is suspected that a party has smoked inside the property a $500 fine will be assessed. - Since we live right down the street, if a party is reported we will show up and ask you to leave. - Police will be called if guest refuse to leave. - No moving furniture. If you absolutely must please be sure to return the item where you found it. Also, please no dragging furniture over the hardwood floors to avoid leaving scratches. - Take out all trash from the property and leftover food that has been eaten from or opened. Leaving condiments is fine and other items that future guests may be able to use. If the property is excessively dirty and trash ridden an extra cleaning fine will be assessed up to $500. - The property should be in the same condition you found it more or less. We do not expect you to do the laundry and make the beds but do tidy up and collect towels in a common place. - We do allow a maximum of two pets, but they must be approved first. There is a $75 pet fee per pet, as well as an additional pet deposit of $100 that will be refunded if they are cleaned up after. - Last but certainly not least enjoy your stay and do let us know if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable!
