Weve been renting this condo for several years and love the location.The pool area is very nice and beach access is right across the street.The racquetball courts have been repurposed into pickle ball courts.Would recommend a beach cart/wagon to more easily transfer all those beach items, and a baking sheet for the oven.

Great vacation
Had a great time staying at this rental in Marco Island. Condo was so clean and close to a beautiful beach. When we arrived one of the chairs and an umbrella was damaged. When we contacted the owner we had two new chairs and a new umbrella within an hour. What great service!! Can’t wait to return.

We spent vacation time with family including kids, the apartment is in good condition and fully equipped, inside the unit you would find beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a stroller for those with babies. the access to the beach is right across the street, it is a private entrance that will take right to the beach. I really recommend this property, the parking space is great and super convenient, pool is very clean the area is super safe for the kids, and there is an ice machine right next to the restroom. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped.

location is great with a private entrance to the beach, and in-unit beach items like beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach games, for those with babies there is a stroller in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, including plastic ware. You don't have to worry about bringing anything but just a swimsuit. The pool area is also great, the pool is very clean, and there is an ice machine you could use. We loved the place and its amenities.

Great Location - Outdated Unit
Excellent location, prime vacation, great management. However the unit needs major updating, pillows are a bit old and smelly, shower curtiain fell off. Overall, units just need some TLC.

July 2021 Stay
Location, Location, Location
The condo is dated and a little worn, but clean and comfortable. The private access to south beach made this the perfect location for our family vacation. The pool was very nice. Plenty of lounge chairs and very well landscaped.
The smaller complex meant it wasn’t crowded like the beach front high rise developments. Dedicated covered parking spot also a plus.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, with premium beach access. All you need for a perfect Marco Island getaway!
Marco island Vacation Properties was fantastic. After a terrible Airbnb experience, they came through with a great last minute rental. Can’t beat the customer service of a local, family owned business.

Living space is comfortable. This is a good value. Kitchen is well-stocked with a tea kettle and Keurig and plenty of utensils. The beach access is very easy and usually in the shade, making it a nice walk to the beach. The pool is in a sunny spot that we found perfect for the afternoon. Bathrooms are clean and shower water pressure is just right. Beach chairs and floaties are in the closet and made trips to the beach fantastic. My mother and I plan on coming back to this unit.
Only quibble is that my mother has a reaction to chlorine and bleach, so we would need to bring sheets for her next time, to avoid an itchy back.

We have rented this condo for a number of years now and there are many reasons why we like it including the location on the south end of the island, private access to the beach across the street and sunset views from the screened porch. Some updates have been made since we first rented here, and we were happy to see a new patio table and chairs this year. We were disappointed, however, that many of the umbrellas at the pool were broken and could not be used which surprised us as the pool area has always been very well maintained. A few other minor things need to be distressed, but will not prevent us from renting again next year.

· Kitchen very small with very little counterspace.
· Freezer had to be adjusted as our food froze.
· Master bed had no blankets or comforter. Had to contact services for these items.

enjoyed our stay in marco! so close to beach, restaurants and shopping. condo very clean. checking in and out very easy.

The apartment is just as described and pictured. It can use an update in the bathrooms and kitchen. But the location couldn't have been more perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The free parking was also a great perk. We had a car so we can venture to other parts of the island. The beach access is right across the street and very convenient. And you can definitely watch the sunset from the unit too. Marco Island never disappoints...
I had two issues:
1. The apartment doesn't come with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or body soap. You would definitely need to bring your own toiletries.
2. Not only was the washer and dryer was not in-unit but they charge $3+ dollars to do just ONE load of laundry! Lost their **** minds with that...

The property was a bit dated - needs some updating, however the location was great, it was clean, and if the beach is your focus, this is a great option.

When we arrive there was a flood in the kitchen at, it was horrible with water all over the kitchen floor coming from underneath the refrigerator, we had to call the manager on property who contacted a maintenance man to come. It was at 10pm at night and he could not fixed it, there was black dirt & sort all over the floor and he thought it was coming from the dishwasher so he unhooked it. When we got up in the morning the water once again was all over the kitchen floor. We had to throw towels down so it would not come into other rooms, we called down stairs once again and complained we need help here & a plumber to get this corrected. He called the Owner to get someone here, we could not use the kitchen for 2 1/2 days until it got resolved! It did not start out very well, and would hope for some sort of compensation back for all the trouble & embarrassment with my family members! Thank you Marc Indyk

We have been renting this condo for several years now. Although it is comfortable and a great location, it could use more updating, Just adding some color to the boring beige walls would make it so much more inviting. The Queen mattress was replaced while we were there and the issue with the shower rod
was addressed, but was not fixed or replaced while we were there. Maybe time to replace the outdated, oversized and broken bedroom furniture. A larger waste basket and dish cloths or sponge in the kitchen would be nice.
