On the Beach. Yes, on the Beach. It's all about the view and being On the Beach.

You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.
NEW TREX DECK INSTALLED MAY OF 2022.
New Siding and outside paint; July 2026.
Cleaning Fee assessed after booking:
2 nights $140.
3 nights $160.
4+ nights $180.
7 nights $200.
7+ nights To Be Determined.
3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).
Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.
Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1–3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1–3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

This property is an amazing escape from daily routine. The beach is absolutely beautiful!The view from the house is amazing and the house is clean and bright. Jim made the process so easy and seamless. HIGHLY recommend this site!We are already planning a return trip.

We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and this one truly exceeded my expectations in every way - we felt as if we were staying at a very very good friend’s or family vacation home rather than a rental we luckily found on Vrbo. This place had everything we ever could have needed. Though we didn’t need them as we bought our own, there were even had a few extra raincoats and binoculars. I really should have started this review with praising the windows all along the front which provided the most stunning views. Within the first hour we saw two bald eagles. If you want quiet and stunning views this is the place for you. You’ll also appreciate what I thought of as a mudroom at the entrance where you park your car - so useful! It’s so obvious that this is a family beach bungalow - it has that feeling that it’s almost curated to have a relaxing beach trip. We truly hope to visit again and bring our two grandchildren one day.

This home has breathtaking views! I’m rarely speechless but Wow The only sound you hear is the ocean. The home was spotless & comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. The instructions provided by the host covered everything. We will definitely will return. We had 10/10 experience. Thank you for sharing this outstanding propert!
