The residence is located in gated community Pinebrook Woods with an exuberant forest vegetation. The quiet pool (temperature controlled) are located few steps from the house.

The home has enclosed/screened lanai with a peaceful an relaxing view to tall trees and incredible vegetation.
The drive way of the house can accommodate 2 cars.
Personal controlled central heat and air conditioning.
Ceiling fans are located in the living room, kitchen, rooms, and lanai.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, mixer, toaster oven, cooking and dining utensils and sets.
Separate room for washer and dryer.
Commodious 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with their own bathroom and walking closet.
Master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has queen bed including all bed linens and towels.

Great place to stay, excellent location with easy access to everything Ft Myers has to offer! Hosts were very accommodating, with quick responses to questions. Friendly neighborhood with easy access to well kept community pool. Bell Tower Mall with restaurants, shops and a Fresh Market just a leisurely walk from Condo.
