Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 7th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 3 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom dual sinks large stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 queen beds with large storage drawers located at foot of bed along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have a 42 inch LED TV with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children glass doors and dual sinks. Both bathrooms are tile from floor to ceiling.Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 2 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch plasma TV with cable. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club.

We stayed in this unit for the first time last year and really liked the location. We booked it again this year! Loved having drapes on the bedroom sliders. The king size bed is unbelievably comfortable and made it really easy to fall asleep. Will be back again that’s for sure!

A beautiful property. Loved facing the ocean and enjoyed the sunrise from the 7th floor balcony. Comfortable furniture. Incredible views. Walked across Coastal Highway to Ropewalk. Awesome weekend away during the offseason. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have tried several places in the past few years looking for the perfect "off season" rental. I think we found it. For us it's all about the location and ocean views, which were just as described. The place was clean, and the chairs, sofa and bed were very comfortable and having 2 very nice bathrooms was a plus. The thing we liked the most was that the bedroom was facing the ocean and had a great view to wake up to every morning. We had a slight problem with the access code to the front door when checking in, but that was resolved quickly with a call to the owner. We plan to come back again.

Unfortunately we were advised of kitchen plumbing issues an hour before check in via a text that plumber would be out next day. That did not happen. Plumber came the second day and because a part was needed the kitchen was not functional. While this was a major inconvenience and disappointment, we understand these things happen, but this was not our fault either. weather was great, so made the best of it. We have stayed in this unit several times and first time we have had issues.

Came for oceans calling music festival. Condo was as described, beds were comfortable. Note to future guests if you think it might be there, it’s not. Pretty bare bones (bring your own linens and towels, TP & paper towels)
Kitchen appliances and utensils were sufficient for the little bit of cooking we did.
The balcony view of the ocean was what made this place 5star. We would book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful condo. The view of the beach is incredible. The kids really enjoyed being out on the balcony,and feeling the breeze, while listening to the waves. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Unit was very nice ! Just wished it would have been available for the entire week One thing I Would have loved to have hooks or additional towel racks to hang towels robes etc Will definitely keep this unit in mind for my next trip to OC

The place overall was great. The location is nice, and this stretch of beach is not overly crowded. Parking was good and quite easy and convenient. For the most part the place was well stocked, there were just a few things that were oddly missing. There were no cutting boards, cookie sheets or dish towels in the kitchen and there were no bath mats/ bathroom rugs. Usually these aren’t considered linens, but it would be good to make this a little more explicit that they’re needed. The second bedroom has a window that only looks out on an interior corridor with pretty bright lights at night.

My family of 4 had a great stay. The condo was exactly what we needed. Location was great, we made use of the chairs provided and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.

Incredible view of the ocean from the balcony. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice. The A to Z linen rental service was great. The quality of all linens were great, especially the towels nice and fluffy!
There were only two things that I was a little disappointed in. When we got there we weren’t able to get into the condo. The directions stated to watch a YouTube video. It would have been much easier if they were written out. We contacted the owner but it took a little bit for him to get back to us. The other was I informed the owner that we would be leaving two days early due to a family emergency. This time there was no response from the owner at all.
I have stayed in many other VRBO’s and if there was a need to contact the owners the response was almost immediate.
Again we did enjoy our stay!

Peaceful and close to everything. Plus right on the beach...hey the dryer had heated the laundry room up really warm...jus a concern.. as a professional house cleaner .the cleaner does a poor job ...cabinet fronts dirty. Dust everywhere. And glass door sliders really dirty... thanks

Rented this same condo in 2021 and had some cleanliness and maintenance problems. But liked it so much we went back this year(2022). The property manager had addressed ALL my concerns from 2021. Will not hesitate to book this property again.

Cleanliness is our main concern, and this owner came through for us. The living room chairs were comfortable, the bed had no bumps of dips, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms large and fully tiled. A very comfortable space. On the beach and off the main roadway, it was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our time immensely.

So clean! Little storage, and a hiccup!
This is our second year in a row staying at this condo. The overall cleanliness is amazing. Chairs included is a major plus. A toaster oven was added this year and that helped so much with reheating my kids food. Things to note: storage is needed, for food and shoes. More towel racks would be nice.
The hiccup: it was so so hot in this week in OC. In the high 90’s. The A/C could not keep up. 2 nights before we were set to leave the thermostat just turned off, TVs stopped working. How frustrating! Owners were in contact but the problem wasn’t addressed in a serious manner until after we departed. It was incredibly hot in the condo, uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall though we had a nice time and this place is nice with an added bonus of a pool.

Finally found the one!!
For over 20 years we have been going to OC. This was the first time that my husband said let’s book this for next year! We loved it. Nice and close to everything. My husband had a terrible accident two weeks before and broke his leg and had surgery and my daughter in law was 7 and 1/2 months pregnant. So being close and having easy access to restaurants etc was nice. The only bad thing was that the washer didn’t work. The clothes wouldn’t rinse. But that’s ok. We had extra clothes.

We had a nice trip. The beach in this area wasn’t crowded, and was clean. The photos in the listing of this unit are not 100% what was in the unit (the barstools are different, there were no rugs in the bathrooms, the outdoor patio furniture is different). The pillows in both bedrooms need to be replaced. The current ones are either entirely flat, or they were dirty and even with bringing our own pillow protector covers, we didn’t want to use them. The rugs in the unit need to be replaced or cleaned. Our feet were black within minutes of entering the condo, and we ended up having to wear our shoes inside the entire week, which was not comfortable as we are people who always remove our shoes indoors. This is not from dirt or sand being tracked in once or twice. The rugs are dirty and need cleaning or replacement.
The bathrooms could use another towel hanger for body towels, as well as one for a hand towel. The screen door entering the unit needs to be fixed as the handle was falling off when we arrived, as well as the thermostat hanging off the wall. In addition, the master bedroom electrical outlet on the wall with the closet needs to be fixed as anything plugged in just falls out, and the master bedroom door needs to be adjusted as it was very hard to close all the way. You had to lift up hard on the handle to get it to close entirely without being able to just push the door open.
The furniture on the balcony is too large for the space and makes it difficult to move around out there. The washing machine also requires two spin cycles to get clothes to where they’re not dripping wet before putting them in the dryer.
Finally, the downstairs door of the main building before going up the elevator never locked. We were given a code to use to enter but the door just opened freely and was never locked. This is a safety issue, and I contacted the property management company early on in the week to tell them, and it was never fixed while we were there.

Great location and super clean
The location was perfect and secure and the condo is updated and well maintained. It was perfect for a week at the beach and the owners responded quickly to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo is decorated very well and furniture is comfortable. The main door to the building does not lock, anyone can just walk in. Dryer vents into the laundry room making everything in the room hot and wet. Needs a thorough cleaning, we left it cleaner than we found it. We checked in to find coffee spilled on the kitchen floor and food remnants on the balcony table. Floors were dirty, especially the balcony. Dust bunnies in the bedroom and counters needed to be wiped down upon arrival. Lights in the kitchen flickered when they were off, indicating some sort of electrical wiring issue. Cookware is not good, especially for a “high end luxury” condo. The owner of the condo upstairs harassed us the last two days of our trip, accusing us of smoking in the unit, which we absolutely did not do. They were very obnoxious and the condo owner didn’t seem to care, and was unresponsive when I reached out.

If you ever imagined falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves, morning coffee and nightly cocktail looking out over the Ocean, then this is the place. Great location, place itself was amazing, and to be right on the beach just tops it all off. Will be back again, a true gem.
