The luxurious Coolibah villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and will sleep 8. The comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for the vacation of a lifetime! Coolibah villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Coolibah villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The fourth bedroom is located on the top floor and has a queen bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3. The downstairs floor has a powder room. The living room at Coolibah villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music. The swimming pool at Coolibah Villa (Starfish Isles) is quite spacious and is surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner. The kitchen at Coolibah villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests at Coolibah Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. Since 2018, there is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Should you wish to opt in to the programme an upgrade fee is paid directly to Palm Cay when you are at the resort. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the tennis courts, children’s playground, restaurants, café, boutique shop, spa and boat charters without paying this extra fee to Palm Cay. Please contact Palm Cay or review their website for the latest details. As you are directly on the beach you may not require this option, but some may like to make use of it. The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more. Coolibah villa is located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown nassau and paradise island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. We spent 5 nights at Mike’s condo and had a great time. The views are incredible and the beach is right there when you walk outside. You are also right next to the members’ beach (with umbrellas) and members’ pool and bar. We paid for the wristbands and thought it was worth it. We have a baby and couldn’t bring him into the main pool but there’s another one just next to it that allows children. The food at the pink octopus is good but service is hit or miss. We took Mike’s recommendation and hired Keshla to cook for us one night and it was great! Overall the condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Just a heads up for the third floor - the two rooms share a bathroom and a hallway. The room in front with the balcony has doors but the other room does not, so you’d be “open” to the hallway/bathroom that you share with the front room. It was fine for us because we used the back room for our 1 year old, but I didn’t recall seeing that in the listing description and thought it would be good to know if you were planning on having 2 couples in those top two rooms. We loved our stay and definitely want to return! Mike was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Steps from the water. Water is beautiful all the time but at high tide bigger fish come in for good snorkeling. The condo is several miles from Nassau which makes for a peaceful ,secure experience. Micheal is great and very responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Had great boating experience with Jason. Michael has contact info. Bahamas is beyond expensive but this place was well worth the money

As soon as you open the door to the villa you see the beautiful blue water in front of you. We could not have asked for a better to stay for our first visit to the Bahamas. The villa was the perfect set up for our family of five. Everyone had their own space. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return!!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the view is from this villa. The minute you walk in the door you look straight out onto the beautiful beach and ocean. The view from the master is equally as stunning. The villa itself is also very nice. All of the furniture and decor is top notch. The mattress on the master bed was super comfortable. We had 2 teens and one pre teen with us and they all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling by the rocks. However, there was not much else for them to do. In order to keep them entertained we traveled to Baha Mar to visit friends, we went to dinner (the Poop Deck was great) and we did a couple of excursions. Be aware that cabs are very expensive each time you go somewhere. A round trip to Baha Mar was around $120. If you don’t mind paying that then we do highly recommend using Cheryl’s Cab. Our driver all week was Ramon and he was incredible! We ate at the Pink Octopus one night. The food was good but didn’t knock our socks off. We did hear that their lunch was yummy but we never tried it. Overall, if you are into more of chill vacation then you can’t do much better than this place but if your into more of an active scene you may want to try a bigger resort. Baha Mar was nice but VERY busy and VERY crowded. We enjoyed visiting there but my husband and I (not so much the kids) were happy to get back to the serenity of Palm Cay. FYI…Mike was awesome to deal with. We had one minor issue and he was quick to resolve it.

This was my second time staying at Palm Cay Development. The location of this unit is great - steps from the water on a pristine beach.
We were a party of 6 adults so the unit plenty big enough for all.
Unit is nice but needs some work and possibly a deep clean. Some small repairs to be done - the type of repairs that are common in a house that is a vacation rental property.
Owner responded pretty quickly to any questions or comments we had. He is aware of the issues and stated he is working on correcting those issues as I write this.
Overall, we had a good week.

We loved our stay at this property. The ocean view was fabulous! The house was comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. We enjoyed eating at the Pink Flamingo and appreciated recommendations from the staff in The Welcome Center for excursions and restaurants. Mike provided very helpful information about staying in Palm Cay. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

The view is amazing! We had 6 adults (2-50+, 4-20's), and stayed for one week. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean. Nothing was worn out. Plenty of beach towels, too. Mike was fabulous in his communications. We took several of his recommendations, especially Cheryl's Taxi. We used them all week to go into town. Loved there was a loner car to use for 1 hour for a quick trip to grocery store 1 mile away.

I recently stayed here with my husband, two kids (ages 1.5 yrs and 3.5 yrs) and my friends. We were blown away by the quality of the villa, the location, the views, and the Palm Cay neighborhood. Mike is a great host and maintains the property well. The views from the villa and the cove in front were amazing. Everything was even better than we could have imagined. We all had a wonderful trip and cannot wait to return!

We travelled here with 6 people ranging from 15 to 70+. This location is great. The water outside is calm and relaxing and you can sit on the deck all day watching the calm waves come into shore. The area is quiet at night and have amazing sunrises in the morning.
Grocery store - less than 2 min drive
The only negative is the power company cut power off for about 30 minutes. It didn’t get too hot and when I asked, this is normal.
Hopefully we will be able to rerun in 2024.

Mike and this property exceeded our expectations...the property and beach were perfect and beautiful.
We rented a van for our party of six and were glad to have it so that we could tour the island, enjoy dinners out and go the the nearby grocery store. Driving on the left side of the road became second nature after a day or two of driving and Google maps helped!
We loved having the beach right outside our back door and felt like we had our own private beach...complete with patio furniture and plenty of beach chairs. We bought fresh fish from the fish market and grilled on our patio.
We can't say enough about how wonderful this property is and how responsive Mike was. We will come back many times!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Mike’s place for a 40th birthday trip and enjoyed every minute! It was incredible to walk right onto the beach from the back door and to have a cafe and restaurant so close by. The home was clean and well appointed, and the welcome guide was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely go back!

We had an amazing stay at Palm Cay! We were traveling with 6 adults and 2 kids (4 and 2) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, as were cleaning supplies, towels, and sheets. We used Cheryl’s taxis for transportation and they were lovely and punctual! We didn’t buy the member passes bc we didn’t feel it offered much, except having the umbrellas for chairs on the beach would have been nice on the very sunny and hot afternoons. The pool that the home comes with access to is very nice/ has a pretty view of the ocean, but you’ll probably spend most of your time in the ocean! There are lots of fish to see if you swim to the outer parts of the jetty’s, and walking the marina to see the pretty sailboats was enjoyable!
Mike was very available for any questions. And yes, the pizza at pink octopus was amazing!

From the moment you walk in the view is like a postcard. I booked this house for my mom's 75th birthday and I am so glad we stayed here and not a hotel/resort. We had 7 people in the house ranging from 17 to 75. There was room for everyone, and we didn't feel as if we were on top of each other.
The house is decorated beautifully, and the views are AMAZING. It was well stocked with all the necessities and if we needed anything Mike was quick to make sure we received it.
Mike was a great host. Gave local information and recommendations, communicated with me leading up to the stay and during.
The rental didn't come with the use of the members side, we could opt to buy the pass for the week but honestly it was not needed. We had access to the beach and just bought our own drinks to sip on the beach.
We are already talking about a return trip and would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I traveled with our 4 boys ages 11, 9, 8 and 6. We also had a friend stay with us (3 adults, 4 kids). It was a perfect size for that amount of people. We felt very safe because it was a gated community and they had security all night making sure the guests are safe. I can only speak for our stay but it was a perfect for our family. The beach was never crowded, in fact there were days it was just us. Even when our neighbors were out there we had more than enough beach to ourselves. The water was so clear we could snorkel right at the rocks. The tides never got rough. I wasn’t worried about the children swimming during the changing tides. The pool was great as well because it was a short distance from the home and overlooked the breathtaking view. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. With a family our size it was wonderful to go grocery shopping at Solomon’s and be able to make breakfast and lunch in the fully stocked kitchen. There is only one restaurant in walking distance (pink octopus) so unless you have food on hand (or the snack shop) that will be where you are eating. It was truly perfect for us because our kids love exploring and those rocks certainly are interesting for them to hunt for sea creatures. The only real downside is the cab rides are super expensive everywhere you want to go. From the airport it will cost between $100-125 (for our size family). We only went into town 2 times because we had such an amazing set up on the beach with this home (fishing excursion with Born Free - captain Willy was EXCELLENT and dolphin encounters at blue lagoon, would highly recommend both). Hope this review helps you with your vacation!

We had a great stay at the Coolibah townhouse. We had a group of friends join us to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for us.
We and our guests loved waking up on the beach every day. The townhouse is clean and modern - very comfortable.
The resort amenities are also really nice and the property is well run. We were bummed that management was doing routine maintenance of the adults only pool but I guess that was because we were there for the off season.
Palm cay town homes are perfect if you want to enjoy a relaxing, low key time in the Bahamas while still having access to the resorts and casinos. This was perfect for our group.
We will definitely visit again.

Our extended family just returned from a 2 plus week stay at Palm Key (unit 103). The unit was clean, well stocked and more than enough space for 6 adults and 1 infant. Mike is an excellent host and helped us out on more than one occasion. I have no hesitation in recommending this spot.

Mike was amazing both before and during our stay. He answered any queries we had and gave us lots of recommendations which was greatly appreciated.
His property (1 of 3) was absolutely beautiful. It was very well layed out and furnished beautifully. The view from the balconies and living area was picture perfect and idyllic. Honestly we had to pinch ourselves every day to remind us that it wasn't a dream.

We had a great stay at Palm Cay. We loved being just steps away from the most beautiful ocean that we have ever seen. The house had everything that we needed. Everything was well stocked and accessible. I loved the ocean decor and the bright colors used in the house. It made the environment cool and cozy. Again budget for very high prices as paradise does not come cheap even for drinking water. Having the grill there was a life savor as we BBQed two nights on the deck. The property was in good shape with plenty of room for all of us. The wifi worked well all week. There is TV but we rarely used it and read a lot of books. We took the kids on a day trip to Atlantis for the water slides and the Palm Cay Welcome Center secured the taxi for us. Atlantis has an incredible beach as well. Download the WhatsApp as everyone on the island uses it, especially the taxi drivers. Mike was tremendous to work with and very responsive. It's really is better in the Bahamas. We will be back to Coolibah and Palm Cay for sure!

Spring Break Trip with Family
This is a very nice unit. It was clean inside when we arrived. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. It is a 3 story condo with all bedrooms on the second and third levels. Be aware of that if you have any issues with a lot of stairs. You can walk right out of the living area onto a nice deck that is right on the beach. The area is very quiet and all the people we interacted with were very nice. Mike was very responsive to us and helped out with any issues that we had. The cable and internet service on this part of the island is not very reliable. It goes out all the time. The company came out twice to try and fix it and it never happened. If you are planning to work remotely while here or have kids who enjoy the wifi, just be aware. When the internet goes down you are on 3G cell service.

Absolutely Amazing!!
Honestly I wasn’t sure how we would like not being at a big resort and away from everything but we decided to take a chance and try it. It was so much better than we ever could have imagined. The first minute you walk through the door and see right out to the ocean is breathtaking. My boys 19,16 and 8 said it was their favorite vacation!! House set up was perfect for our family, big boys had the whole top floor to themselves. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! We bought the passes to enjoy the other pools and bar. My oldest bought the gym pass which had everything you would need. We ate at the pink octopus 3 nights and food and drinks were amazing!!! Recommendations for dinner Poop Deck, great seafood, Margaritavile and Anthony’s on Paradise Island. We hired Chef Everton one night and food was so good, we had enough for lunch and dinner the next day. I highly recommend him, great hearing all the stories of famous people he has cooked for. Grocery store and liquor store are a quick taxi ride or my husband rented a Bird scooter for a quick trip up there one day. We loved walking the piers everyday looking at all the boats coming and going. We had super fun neighbors that we had a blast with all week. I honestly have no complaints, cannot wait to book again for next year 😊

Secluded Slice of Paradise
Mike was a great host and made the booking process easy. He checked in on us a few times during our stay. This property was modern and well equipped. Overall the beach is not crowded, although this property is at the more densely rented end of the strip. The opposite end is all but deserted. There is a restaurant, Starbucks and corner store located at the marina just next door.

We stayed here for 12 days and the Villa was awesome. The view and complex couldn’t have been any better. The host was super easy to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend staying with this host. We just had the best possible experience.
