Billabong villa is a beach-front townhouse in a gated and child-friendly community located in Palm Cay, New Providence, The Bahamas. The community offers tennis courts, children's playground and pools. The luxurious Billabong villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and will sleep 8. The comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for the vacation of a lifetime! Billabong villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wifi internet, and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Billabong villa is air conditioned throughout with central air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The top floor has a studio bedroom with double bed and a futon bed. The washrooms are equipped with additional amenities such as hairdryers. The downstairs floor has a powder room. The living room at Billabong villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music The home is also stocked with board games and a small number of books. The swimming pool at Billabong Villa is a shared facility and is quite spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the rear deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner. The kitchen at Billabong villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, dishwasher and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests at Billabong Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink at the restaurant and cafe. There is an optional extra fee charged by Palm Cay Club for access to the club amenities. Should you wish to opt in to the programme an upgrade fee is paid directly to Palm Cay when you are at the resort. Payment of the fee will entitle your group to use the club amenities including the member's beach and the member's pool. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. The luxury villa can connect to a 4 bedroom sister villa named Coolibah Villa, so if you have an extended group or a larger family you can house up to 16 people in these 2 magnificent homes. Lovely unit and just as described. The beach is beautiful. It was really quiet which was just what we wanted. It would be nice if there were other restaurants close by but we knew this when we booked. We just didn’t want to cook and did get tired of eating at the on site restaurant. The food at the restaurant was good. We didn’t rent a car but several of our neighbors did and they had no problems driving. We used Cheryl’s taxi service as recommended by the owner Mike and we highly recommend her company. Top notch. We felt totally safe and all of the locals that we met were so friendly. We would love to come back!

Absolutely unbeatable location and views. Can’t beat opening your sliding back door and walking onto the beach and into the beautiful water. Snorkeling right there on the rocks, paddle board and kayak rentals next door ($45 for the whole day). Quiet side of the island, which is exactly what we wanted. Easy 30 min drive into Nassau or Paradise Island. We had a rental car and explored a bit but Palm Cay was our favorite place to hang out and absolutely can’t beat the views. On site food at the breakfast/coffee spot was nice and convenient and we ate at the Pink Octopus 3 or 4 times during our stay and everything we tried was delicious. Rooms were spacious and fit our combined families of 8 people perfectly (2 grandparents, 2 kids, 4 younger adults) - beds were on the firmer side FYI. Great communication from the host. Absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough! Hope we can go back soon!

Terrific location and owner was super helpful with advice on how to enjoy the island. Our backyard was the beach which we essentially had to ourselves. Next store was a bar and restaurant. Favorite day of the week, was a boat trip. They picked us up at the marina and Palm Cay and we toured, snorkeled, spear fished and ate and drank all day.

Mike and the property were wonderful! Our family thoroughly enjoyed waking each morning and walking out onto a beautiful beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five! The highlight of our trip was chartering a boat from the Palm Cay Marina to Rose Island. Thank you Mike for everything!

Beautiful villa with unbelievable views of the water. Property is beach front so you only have to walk a few feet to the stunning water. The villa is very large with nice furniture and is very clean. The kitchen has all you need to cook simple dinners etc. The owner has a book with all the needed information for the villa, the property itself and the area. I suggest you use his suggestions. They were great. The location is close to everything and you can easily get anywhere around the island within 30 minutes or less. The property of Palm Cay has a great restaurant and bar. The staff were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The property is pristine with staff working on it everyday to keep it that way. Pools are nice as well.

The Villa was great for our family of 5. Our children are 20 and 16 year old twins. We had plenty of room and the view was amazing. The location was great and close to the beach club. Weather canceled two boat trips, but we still had fun relaxing on the beach those days. I highly recommend and will definitely return. If you want to be relaxed and away from crowds, this is your spot!

This is a wonderful beachfront property!! The house is surrounded by beautiful white sand and crystal blue water, and is equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! We enjoyed sipping coffee on the second floor balcony each morning and listening to the waves roll in each evening. Excellent snorkeling, as well! The resort-style restaurant was convenient with great service (order the pizza!) and the outdoor patio space was perfect for our family of four (with lots of space to spare). We ventured into Nassau a few times for activities and meals. We also utilized the host’s recommendation for a private guide for a day trip to Exuma…it was amazing!! We appreciated the responsiveness and communication from the house host, Mike. Five stars!

Amazing property with one of the best beaches on the island! Property is gorgeous and was very clean and furnished beautifully! My husband and I traveled with our adult children and their significant others. Close to grocery and plenty of great restaurants! Recommend Latitudes and The Poop Deck. Mike was a great host, and left a very detailed information package with everything from things to see and do and recommendations on restaurants and excursions. We had an amazing time! Thanks, Mike, for sharing your beautiful home!!

Our stay at Mike’s Palm Cay Villa was wonderful. It is a great location, away from it all, with beach and pools and a playground perfect for kids. Mike was super helpful and provided a great guide to the area. Highly recommend!

Palm Cay was great! Location right on the beach couldn’t be better! The amenities at the Palm Cay club were also a great addition which we weren’t expecting . We would definitely recommend Palm Cay to others!

This property was great. We stayed in a townhome right on the beach. The drive from the airport took about 40 minutes with traffic. Driving was overwhelming at first, but we acclimated quickly. Having a car at this location was essential for our trip. The home was very clean and well appointed. Check in was simple and the hosts welcome information was thorough and useful. The beds were comfortable and the layout allowed us all to have space to call our own. There are lots of towels and a big washing machine, plenty of cookware and the appliances are in great shape and are easy to use. The grocery store is very close. Travellers should take advantage of the Pink Octopus (their pizza is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful). We did takeout and ate on site and both experiences were great. The Dockside cafe is also very good. The beach is amazing and the Palm Cay resort felt very safe and secluded. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back to this location.

Our stay was amazing at Palm Cay the we loved the condo, it was clean and had everything we needed. Its a perfect location. The view is just breath taking. Fantastic property, outstanding host.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mike’s beautiful beach home. Right on the water in a gated community. No crowds, just enough people to be a friendly experience. An incredible spot to soak in the sun and relax. Mike was always available for help and his suggestions were all spot on. We’ll be back.

We took Mike's recommendations for most everything. Cheryl's taxi is fantastic and always on time. Chef Kelsha provided dinner on 2 evenings and it was wonderful!!
I was glad I canceled my rental car and used Cheryl's due to the traffic and the roads - it was a less stressful vacation by doing so.

Amazing location, steps away from the water and the club is right next door.
We were two families and enjoy our stay a great deal. Amazing location just steps away from the water. They gated community makes you feel safe and the club and restaurant is also steps away. The kitchen appliances need an up grade but i guess that happens with many people using them.

Perfect location steps away from the beach!
Perfect location! Beautiful beach just steps away. Needs a little updating and the 4th bedroom doesn’t have a door separating the 3rd bedroom which was disappointing. Overall, we loved it and already booked our returning trip!

Also, for anyone with concerns about Covid testing while you’re there - ask the spa about the testing - they make it very convenient for you and come right to your villa! Bring your vaccine cards to the restaurants for indoor dining!

Billabong- June 2021
Absolutely beautiful home with a stunning view. We ventured out a few days of our trip but found we enjoyed staying at the house better. The beachfront restaurant at Palm Cay is fabulous and we enjoyed the beachfront bar too! If you enjoy relaxing vacations then this is the place for you. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.

Best place ever ! This place had it all !! Beautiful condo, amazing ocean , great pool & restaurant right next door, and the marina !
We LOVED every sec there !! We have older kids (25-16 ) but our neighbors had little ones and middle school and we all agreed it was perfect for EVERYONE.. We had a chef come and cook twice for us ( Chef Everton Smith ) SO GOOD ! We also booked an amazing day to Rose Island through the Marina and went on the Adventure Boats to Exzuma. All of it was absolutely the time of our lives !!! You lucky if you get this place booked FIVE STAR ALLLL THE WAY !! I have stayed in the Bahamas 3 times - this is by far the best !! Mike is also VERY on top of all details and any questions you may have, super easy and helpful !! Dont Worry - Be Happy :)
