U2 metrosuna ve alışveriş merkezine yakın. Mutfakta gerekli olan arac gerecler fazlasiyla mevcut. Oda ve banyo temizdi.ev sahibi arkadas canlisi ve yardimseverdi. Verdigi bilgiler cok ise yaradi.ozellikle gun dogumunda elektrikli pansur hakkinda.
Havlular hic degismedi en azindan bir kere degisebilirdi.

Super clean and fresh property, great detailed check in instructions and same for check out! Nice and quiet building.
Quite far out of Munich but reflected in the price so that’s okay! Still maybe a bit pricey for where it was though. Also, it said this room was one large double bed which was why we chose it but was actually just two single beds pushed together which was a bit uncomfortable for a couple.

Die Lage des Apartments zum Messezentrum Riem ist sehr gut, in fünf Fußminuten ist man vor Ort. Das Apartment war vergleichsweise günstig. Es ist für eine Person gut dimensioniert. Es existiert eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank, und etwas Geschirr und Besteck. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn zur Innenstadt ist auch gut. Und wer joggen mag, findet sofort das ehemalige Gartenschaugelände mit vielen Wegen.
Während des Aufenthalts fiel das WLAN aus und wurde erst nach zwei Tagen wieder instand gesetzt. Die Verwaltung verwies immer nur auf den Provider, was wenig hilfreich für einen Geschäftsreisenden ist. Das Apartment roch recht unangenehm (nach Putzmitteln?) und jedesmal wenn man eintrat war der Geruch wieder da. Lüften half aber im Winter ist das nicht immer möglich. Das Apartment ist auch sehr klein. Das Doppelbett verstellt die Balkontür, so dass diese sich nicht richtig öffnen lässt. Für einen Koffer ist kaum Platz.
