Our first time in South Carolina. The condo was like home away from home. Very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular!! Watched the sun rise every morning. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Grand Atlantic Resort. Check in was easy and the room was just as it was advertised. It was very clean. We thought the location to activities was great. Access to the beach was our only complaint. There was construction going on at the outside access next to the resort which wasn’t accessible. If you wanted to access the beach before the pool opened at, I believe 7 or 8am, you had to walk to the resort next door and walk on somewhat of a path and through some brush to get to the beach.

My group was completely satisfied with this unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, starter toiletries, and beach item (chairs, umbrella). The check in and out process was super easy. Parking was also very convenient. The management contact was excellent and very responsive to my emails prior to our trip. He went above and beyond to provide me with information to make the most of our trip. The beds were very comfortable. Living room area had plenty of seating and very comfortable. TV was super easy to navigate. Bathrooms were very roomy and showers were exceptionally clean. But the clencher was that sunrise! It was absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t miss a one!!! I highly recommend this unit.

This was a perfect location for a girls trips! It is very airport close and great place for going up or down the coast. It was disappointing that the Blue Ray player was broken, but we managed. Also, a heads up to buy toilet paper, tissues, dish soap etc. Just be sure to do an inventory before you go food shopping.

This is a very nice condo. It has a wonderfully comfortable large leather sofa. The lighting is very good for reading or crafting. Large roomy refrigerator, a keurig coffee pot, plus a drip pot. Plus for us because we like the pod coffee and I usually have to take mine. Nice balcony oceanfront. Well stocked for cooking.Very clean and spacious! Will definitely stay there again!

Very happy with this property and host! We had 4 adults, 2 children. The condo was spacious and fit us all comfortably. Had everything we could need for the week. Lots of extra beach accessories available for use stored in the closets. Beautiful view on the balcony. Access to the beach was quick and easy. The kids loved the pools and lazy rivers. Building location was easy to find/access. Host was great to work with, responsive to all questions. Would love to go back!

Overall I was very pleased with this unit. Only negatives was that the kitchen sink faucet had black mold hanging from it. Had to clean it with Clorox wipes to get a lot of black goo off. Looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. Also, the picture of the balcony looks larger than it is. Very small balcony. Loved the large sofa, perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Grand Atlantic staff was great!

We had to leave a day early the weather wasn’t good and we couldn’t get in the ocean 2 red flags . Hated to leave a day early since we paid already . We enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable condo that met almost all of our needs. Has a very large comfortable sectional for the evening watching tv. Could be better with a couple of comfortable throws for after that long day in the sun.😊

Apt was just as advertised, very clean and has everything you need. Easy access to the beach, kids loved the pools and lazy river. There are chairs, boogie boards etc in the bedroom closet so you have everything you need for the beach!

The stay was great , accomadations were clean and well stocked! Nice rooms! The only thing was the master bedroom bathroom tub wasnt draining properly! And we couldnt sit on deck half the time because someone smoking weed and it stank! But other then that it was great! We will come back! Fran and Pete

Such a fantastic place with a view to match. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals. As stated coffee makers and crockpot included. Counter is an excellent size to play games and put together jigsaw puzzles. Pools are clean and warm for our January getaway. Owner is great at communicating offered a late checkout. Condo is right on the beach and close to wineries, breweries and distilleries. We are so glad we found this place, this is our second trip here and we will return next year. Thank you for the memories!

We were in town to visit family who live on the area. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go, especially the airport. The condo was clean and well-stocked with the essentials we needed, especially the full-size washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the couch perfect for us all to stretch out after a long day. The view from the balcony was perfect and there is easy access to the beach from the ground floor. Being off-season, we had the lazy river to ourselves. The elevators came quickly and the resort is well-maintained. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores and is an easy drive to the grocery stores. The owner, Brad, was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had great communication with Brad. The condo was just as described and pictures showed. We did go in the off season so a lot of the shops close to the condo were closed. We liked that Walmart was within walking distance! There was plenty of beach toys and chairs in the closet which was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property...however, the listing says the overflow parking lot for large vehicles and trailers. However, we were told that we could not park the trailer there.. So we had to make other arrangements last minute. This needs to be changed in the listing.

Overall experience was good. Condo was mostly remodeled as advertised. Facilities were good and view was excellent. Proximity to beach was great. The master bed was not very comfortable and carpet needs to be replaced in bedrooms. Lazy river was down when we arrived but was fixed a couple days before we left. Overall good experience.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The condo was so clean, and cozy and had everything you could want. The bed was comfortable. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. I have pulmonary fibrosis and it's hard for me to walk any distance. I was able to get to the pools and the beach with minimal difficulty. The mini-mart and souvenir shop was easy as well. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Oh, and don't miss sitting by the picnic tables!! It's like being in a butterfly sanctuary!! We will definitely be back!!!

The unit was equipped like I was told .. the property manager and checking in were easy. Got emails and text messages prior to my stay very informative. The pools were nice access to the beach was easy. Do feel the unit should be cleaned alittle better between guests. The parking was good and feel the property was safe

The condo was nice. Upon arriving at check in at 4:00 pm the condo wasn’t ready yet. We had drove 13 hours and couldn’t get into the condo. The main pool outside was dirty! We arrived on Saturday and the following Wednesday it still hadn’t been cleaned. The baby pool was closed until Thursday of that week. At different times during the day there was up to 30 people at one time in the big pool. The condo itself was the only plus to our stay.

Fantastic view off the balcony! Looks right out onto the beach and ocean! Place was super clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen (except scissors lol no biggie though). Appliances looked very new.
Bedrooms were good sizes with plenty of storage. Beds were too hard and pillows were too flat (our only complaint). Living room furniture super comfortable. Had beach chairs, umbrellas, some beach toys and boogie boards. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer that worked well in the room. Within walking distance of places to eat and shop and things do. Also only 10 to 15 minutes of driving to so many more. The best part was being able to just walk out of the building and there are the pools and then the beach. All together a fantastic stay!! We really enjoyed ourselves!!
