Located in Sevierville, this attractive cabin for $117 per night is a great choice for your next trip. "Hanging in There" Is a custom built log cabin sitting on top of a mountain. It Is private and secluded yet close to everything too. It has one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchen, laundry room and back screen porch. The kitchen has custom hickory cabinets and is well stocked with everything you will need. The floors are hardwood (Maple) and ceramic tile. It Is decorated with black bears and other wildlife decor. It has a gas fireplace. You can take a morning walk in private or just watch the wildlife from the screen porch. New Beginnings (1453372) was completed in 2018 and is located on the same 10 acres. The remaining rental properties are 3 years old (or less). The cabins are conveniently located to the newly built Soaky Mountain Waterpark across from the Wilderness of the Smokies resort and Sevierville Convention Center. New for 2023 is an onsite soda and sweet shop where you may purchase homemade cinnamon rolls and other items and sit and relax on a covered deck.

This will not be the last time we stay at this wonderful location. The host Pam was so friendly and a down to earth person. She greeted us at the property with her dog and let us know she has cookies on the door waiting for us. The cabin is something to dream of and wish I owned it myself. Thanks Pam York for an amazing experience and we can’t wait to book another stay.

Our trip was great. The driveway was a little sketchy but after going up it a couple times it was not as bad. We were not used to drives like that. It was so cozy and welcoming. There was a dog that ran around the property that would stop to see us when we were outside and that was nice to see.

My best friend and I stayed for 2 nights at Pams cabin. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Communication was so easy with Pam. The hot tub so relaxing after hiking in the Smokies. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice place to recharge.

The cabin is on top of a wooded hill just West of Sevierville. Hustle and bustle, if you want it is only a 15 minute drive away from the quiet peacefulness of the cabin. Appliance were clean and worked well, including the outdoor BBQ grill. We hosted a family gathering with about 12 attending. The grandkids stayed busy with video games, while us older folks hung out on the cozy front porch. Wi-Fi worked well, and our bed had a firm comfy mattress so our nights were well rested and relaxing. Pam, our host, was friendly, and attending to our needs. Very pleasant and fun stay all around. We loved it

We loved this cabin. It was located away enough we didn’t have to worry about people but close enough it didn’t take long to get to shops and restaurants! They also had the cutest little welcome comedy! The dog was probably our favorite part of the entire trip. ❤️ would definitely recommend.

Although I wasn't able to stay due to a death in the family, the property owner was very nice in helping me on rescheduling. Very kind and respectful! I have no doubt that my stay would have been very pleasing and well worth the cost. I will be planning another visit soon with this property owner.

The check in process and directions were very straightforward and easy to follow. The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and in a very safe location. The fireplace really does add a lot of heat on a cold winters night, and it worked very well. The other utilities were likewise in good working order. The oven and microwave were spotless. The washer and dryer worked as well. We received responses to all of our questions very promptly and overall had a wonderful time!

My partner and I stayed in this cabin for 5 days during our trip to Tennessee. It was a great experience! The cabin is small but feels homey and is well put together. For location you're probably about 20mins minimum from most activities, but the drive through the hills feels short. The cabin itself is at the top of a steep incline that is one lane only. While we had no problems with it, it could be scary for some. Overall I'd say that this is a great cabin for small groups for a trip to the smokies.

The cabin was just what we needed after a day in Gatlinburg! It was cozy and clean. The fireplace and hot tub was amazing to relax with. And the bed was one of the most comfortable beds ive slept in in a vrbo yet.

We loved celebrating our 15th anniversary at this cabin! The furnishings are very comfortable, and the rustic decor is perfect for a mountain cabin. Everything was very clean and neat. The hot tub was so relaxing! As other reviews have stated, the driveway is very steep. However, there is a redlight at the top and bottom so you won’t meet another car. We hope to return to this cabin again!

Cabin was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a needed get-a-way. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The drive to the cabin is VERY steep but owners provided a detailed map as well as a stoplight for our safety. Loved sitting in the rockers on the front porch watching the leaves fall and reading on the back screened-in porch during the evening hours. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

The ease of getting to the property from the main road is simple with only being one turn. The numbers are missing at the bottom of the driveway so that was tricky the first time. There is a light at the bottom and top to tell you when it’s clear to go up or down since it’s a single car driveway. Definitely would need 4 wheel drive in the winter for the steep driveway and where the road goes from asphalt to gravel. The cabin itself is nice and has plenty of cookware and spices.

The cabin was spotless and very nice, however we were disappointed that the cabin was not as private as we hoped. There is a neighboring cabin, approximately 75 yards that can be clearly seen from the front and back porch. There are 2 more buildings on the property that the vrbo listing doesn't show, one which is being built. Not necessarily cons, but not accurately described in listing. Cabin is not private in our opinion. The cabin itself was exceptional, well maintained and cozy. Bed was comfortable and great water pressure. It rained while we were there and wished the hot tub had a little more cover to enjoy during bad weather.
