Situated in Incline Village, this lovely condo for $295 per night is a great option for your next break. High Sierra condos is a quiet complex. No smoking/partying/pets allowed and quiet hours start at 10pm. The location is ideal, walkable to dining, shopping, coffee and iecream shops. Winter wonderland: Discounts available for rentals 14 days or longer- contact owner for details. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive. There is a free Diamond Peak ski shuttle pick up outside the condo. Mt. Rose is approx. 15 minutes away and Northstar is approx. 20 minutes drive. Free sled hills on Mt Rose Hwy across from Meadows-10 min drive. There are a few sleds to borrow. Mt. Rose Meadow is perfect for snow shoe and cross country skiing and easy access to chickadee ridge (little birds will eat out of your hand in winter). Spooner Lake is nearby for snow shoe and cross county skiing. New paved 4 mile East Shore Trail starts in Incline. Walk in and relax in this beautiful, spacious 3BD, 2 1/2 bathroom Incline Village retreat. Perfect getaway spot to start planning your Tahoe activities. Quick walk to town to grab coffee/breakfast/lunch /dinner/drinks and shop. This 1400sqf spacious 3BR condo is centrally located to town , features 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully stocked updated modern kitchen, laundry room with full size washer & dryer and a covered garage space. Extra outdoor parking available. Condo located on Southwood near Tanager (between Mays Blvd and Village). Our condo and complex is non smoking, quiet with strict noise rules - not a party place. Best match for families. No pets permitted. *Fully updated kitchen with island work space & seating for 2 . The modern kitchen is fully stocked and features newer appliances. The dining area features an expandable table for 8. We are a short drive to many breathtaking public beaches and amazing biking and hiking. Sand Harbor Park Beach - free shuttle to Sand Harbor 2 blocks from our front door. Kings Beach and Sand Harbor are a 10 minute drive. The amazing new 4 mile paved Eastshore Trail along the lake which is perfect for walks and bike rides and takes you to Sand Harbor National park where you can gain access to the beautiful Sand Harbor Beach and park. NO ACCESS to private Incline Beaches for less than 7 day rental. The famous Flume Trail trailhead is nearby for hiking and mountain biking. Beach chairs, Cooler, beach umbrellas, sand toys and beach towels, a few sleds are provided. Walk to town for dining and activities - restaurants and cafes, Starbucks, Raley's grocery, Incline movie theater, Incline Bowl, shops, Incline recreation center (featuring full workout facility, exercise classes, indoor basketball court and large Olympic sized heated indoor pool with diving boards). Incline Village offers a skate park, tennis, golf, pickle ball, bocce ball courts, bike park and Frisbee golf course. *There are two 18 hole golf courses (Championship & Mountain Golf Courses ) in Incline within 5 minutes drive of the condo . Very cozy in the winter. *Nice cozy outdoor deck with gas grill. Perfect for grilling, dining, relaxing or watching the snow fall. Peaceful view of pine trees *Laundry room (full sized washer & dryer) with half bathroom is conveniently located on the main level. * There is no central air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan on the main level and in the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a window a/c portable unit. We provide standing fans in every room and 3 swamp coolers for the few hot weeks. All windows have blinds/drapes and screens. * The heat is excellent and works fast. *Great Layout. Living space, kitchen bathroom and laundry on the main level with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with private master bathroom , the second guest bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed (3 beds) and the third guest bedroom has a Full bed. *The second full bathroom is upstairs and features both a full sized tub and shower. The master bathroom has a shower. *A garage space is included with outdoor parking as well. * NO PETS ALLOWED *Features a shared backyard : There is a lovely shared greenbelt behind the condo perfect for tossing a frisbee, running around and snow play in the winter. *The Hyatt Hotel & Casino is a 3 minute drive. We had a great time. Everything was working fine. The only point of improvement could be the AC Thermostat which was difficult to set up a proper temperature because it is not a digital. I had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust it because the room was too hot. Other than that
as I said everything was great. Ps: Lots of toys for kids and the beach chair was a great bonus.

Great little cabin! Owner is responsive, cabin is clean and as advertised. Kitchen has everything you need; there’s even a small gas grill out back. Great location! As others have mentioned, no central A/C….but that is clearly stated in the description. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were in town for our grandsons tournament. Besides a slight hiccup with the cleaning staff (which was a complete accident and they were very apologetic) we enjoyed our stay and the space. Disappointed that we didn’t have access to the nearest beaches with the house pass since we didn’t stay 7+ days. That was a real bummer, but all else was good. With lots of kitchen supplies available.

Nice kitchen that is well equipped with cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. Perfect place for us 5 ladies and very close to Diamond Peak. I wish we had looked up the shuttle earlier b/c we missed the bus, but parking was not too bad. We had a great day!
The entrance is however right on the road, which I thought would be noisy, but it ended up being pretty quiet for which I was thankful!

The location of this condo is great. Walking distance (within a mile) to both Incline and Burnt Cedars beaches. Having the punch passes for the beaches was great as well.
However, the condo could benefit from significant updating. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the linens were old and worn. The bathrooms were very dated, in the master bath the lighting fixture was coming out of the ceiling.
Having a portable AC unit in the master was a plus, and the number of fans in the house to cool other rooms was nice. However, it was hard to see past all the updating that needs to be done.

We had a great stay in this condo in Incline. Not fancy, but had everything we needed for our family of 5. Back patio balcony was nice for summer evenings and owner had beach chairs which made our trip to Sand Harbor easy and fun. We had dinners nearby and the village area was not nearly as crowded as nearby Tahoe City or south lake area. All in all, nice setup in a great location.

This property is in a great location, safe and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The space and bathrooms worked well for 6 adults. The kitchen and linens are well stocked. Communication flowed smoothly. This was a great home base for my family’s stay in Incline Village!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location is really close to Diamond Peak for skiing and we were able to walk about 15 minutes visit the lake shore as well. The rental, check in and check out process are all very streamlined. There is good parking on the property. We are so grateful we got to have such a nice weekend in Tahoe!

A wonderful Tahoe spot for our little family
We were looking for a good spot to celebrate our kiddo’s 7th birthday and this place was perfect for the four of us - my husband, our birthday boy, a favorite auntie and myself. There wasn’t much snow during our visit, but the guest book guided us to a great sledding slope which made do despite the minimal snow. But, the house had many pros - some highlights follow. There was a wonderful, open floor plan downstairs making the family room, dining room and kitchen a great space for cooking, eating, family game time and some TV time, too. We had tons of beds/rooms, so we all had plenty of space for our family of four. There was a Raley’s grocery store very close by. We were able to a nice, albeit chilly, walk to the lake. Laura, the rental manager, was very easy to reach for the few questions we had. So, no cons to report - just a lovely place all around!

Perfect for family and great location!
My family enjoyed our stay. The property was cozy with a warm cabin feel, great kitchen amenities, and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The Wi-Fi connection was great, lots of DVDs and games, and near many good restaurants and activities. The owner was extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. We definitely recommend this property if you’re looking to come to the Tahoe area.

Great Property in a Great Location!
Our family had a fantastic ski weekend at Diamond Peak! Laura, the property owner, replies to messages very quickly. She was also extremely kind in letting our family push our original stay from August 2021 to January 2022 because of the Tahoe fires.
The property is clean, heats very quickly, and has a great layout. It is also a perfect location for skiing at Diamond Peak which is a great mountain for beginners. Our kiddos are 5 and 2 so it was perfect for us.

Great location, very clean
We stayed for 4 nights and found the property to be very centrally located, close to the Raley's, Burnt Cedar beach, and restaurants. Also, it is one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at in Tahoe. It was more than enough space for our family. Laura was very responsive any time I contacted her, before, during and after the stay.
The only thing that should be noted is that AC is provided through portable AC units in each room. If you are very sensitive to noise, you might find it a little loud during the night (similar to the noises the AC unit in a hotel room would make).
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends as well.

We were 7 friends Hiking that weekend . We were looking for a comfortable place to spend 2 nights . Warm , clean, enough. Really good and very close of our ideal trail!

Perfect for our family of 5 + nanny. The unit was clean and very well stocked with kitchen utensils which I always appreciate. Parking was easy, directly in front of unit. Bed/bathroom situation was great. PS2 and Wii were a little dated and some games didn't work, but they worked enough to keep my 7 year old occupied.
