Nestled in Seagrove Beach, this charming house for $642 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Come enjoy the beach from this beautiful 3-bedroom home with bunk room located in the highly sought after Summersweet community of WaterColor! This beach oasis is located directly across from the Dragonfly Pool, and is just a short walk or bike ride from the Gulf. You are sure to find all that you need in this well-appointed home. Every bedroom includes a TV, the kitchen is fully stocked and the large, open-concept living area (with 60" TV!) makes the best place to relax after a long day at the beach (or pool). The laundry room and a half bathroom are right off the kitchen for your convenience. At the back of the home, you'll find a spacious, screened-in porch, complete with lounging chairs and convenient steps leading out to the Dragonfly pool. The perfect area for all your entertaining needs! As you walk up to the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. All 3 of the suites have a connecting full bath, and beautiful, glass enclosed showers. Off the large master suite, you will find a private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs, providing a comfortable area for you to sip and enjoy your morning coffee. As you walk down the hallway, you'll se the bunk room that can be closed off with French doors. Sleeping Arrangements (2nd Floor): Bedroom 1: King bed, private balcony, TV. Large private bathroom with dual sinks. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV and private bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV and private bathroom with shower. With less than a 1.7 mile distance to both the Seaside and Watercolor town centers, you are only a short walk, bike, or drive from fun family activities, delicious restaurants, and desirable boutiques in the nearby surrounding communities. * Sorry, no pets allowed * Parking for 1 car in garage, 1-2 cars in driveway (depending on size) A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The house is wonderful and we had a group of 7 staying there. My only “nit picky” complaint is the cable is difficult to work. It’s a great location for Thanksgiving as parking is easy everywhere. Access to the pools and beach were an added bonus. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean and exactly as described. Quiet little neighborhood that was a close drive to many things. There is no golf cart with this house but I encourage you to rent one if any are available.

The neighborhood was quite a treat! Beautiful evening rides on our rented golf cart through the neighborhood was delightful. Loved all the amenities and the house was very tastefully decorated and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

During our brief 3 night stay, the smoke alarm went off 3 separate times, 2 of which were at 5 am. No assistance was provided and we had no way of turning off the ear piercing alarm. There was no smoke of ANY kind ANY time. I was literally told by Benchmark management that I would have to wait 3 hours for their office to open. When I asked specifically if we were expected to listen to the screaming alarm for the next 3 hours I was answered with, "Yes, ma'am."
I was told by Benchmark I would be put on a waiting list and someone would contact me to address the issue. 6 days later, nothing. I called again and was told nothing could be done.
Waste of time, money and trip RUINED. Thankfully there never was cause for concern, however if there had been, not 1 responder called or showed up ANY time.
Absolutely APPALLED by the complete lack of customer service. Disgusted to say the least.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location, wonderful pools and amenities. This house didn't blow us away with the interior decor but it had everything that we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and beach towels. The hardwood floors could've used a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the trees need cut back as they kept scratching the metal roof. Despite those details, we'd still recommend this property to anyone looking for a slightly less expensive stay in Watercolor.

Well one is that there were things that needed to be taken of, lots of things that needed to be put in place and thank goodness for my son in law he put himself to work.Than we had small little ants in which I hate especially in the kitchen I call several time and somebody came and spray but that didn’t help.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we found the house very comfortable and cleaned pretty well. However, the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking and the sink frequently dripped unless you worked at getting it in just the right position. There was no garage door opener which is a bit of a pain given the small area in which to park. The sheets were fairly rough also. I am not one who usually complains, but we rent our house annnually to guests at a major golf tournament, and we would never leave our house to our guests this way- especially at that price.

Rental was located in a great area that we always love. It was mostly what we expected from the pictures. There was an official side with the filters in both the upstairs and downstairs being completely stopped up but after notifying management, the downstairs only was changed. Cable and internet didn't work for the first day but cable was fixed the next day. Internet service was never good. A lot of dog hair on floor and in bedding. Property was not as clean as it could have been. There was even a dirty towel still hanging in one of the upstairs showers when we arrived.

For the most part it was a very nice trip. We have stayed at this house several times and love the location. This time it appears the property is not being taken care of like in the past. The master bath was very dirty and showed signs of green stuff. The garage opener was missing and one of the garbage cans had a dead animal. I could not find any garbage bags or wash clothes until the third day. I never found any garbage bags. Maybe what I am saying is that they place was not as clean as in the past. We love this home and the location.

A BEAUTIFUL pet friendly home in Watercolor. Very close to pools, the right distance from 30A and quiet, quiet, quiet. Super impressed with Benchmark Management too. We had a few light bulbs out and they were right over and super quick replies to questions....all with a fabulous, spunky attitude!Only improvement - add a universal remote!

Really nice home at a great location. This is our second stay at Summersalt. Please note that the tall trees on the side on the house rub the roof on windy nights. Very creepy sound. Also the bedroom over the garage has a poor mattress and should be replaced.

Had a great time at SummerSalt. The house is in a great spot and close to everything. Perfect for a vacation with 5 adults, with room to spare. Publix is right around the corner, Watercolor is perfect for biking, and Seaside is always a good time. My *only* thing to mention would be more attention to detail on the house cleaning. The bathrooms could use a more thorough cleaning.

This home was a great option for our family (kids and grandparents) Spring Break vacation. The layout of the house was great and the location was safe and convenient. There were a couple of areas in the home that needed attention such as the Master porch. The bike rentals that came as part of the rental could also use some TLC.

First of all I chose another watercolor property but when I received the confirmation I realized it wasn’t the house I requested
After a call to benchmark I was told the property I chose was already rented so the house we were renting was a total surprise
It was fine but I still don’t know how this happened
However while we were there Benchmark Management wonderful when we needed them
I highly recommend them

Renting homes for vacations for 20 years, this was the first time using Benchmark. We had no internet all week because they said the owner had not paid their bill, the walk way was damaged and my daughters leg fell through and she was cut terribly, TV's did not work, Furniture was delivered at 8 am and left in the doorway for US to move in the garage, the dishwasher was broken and never fixed... Benchmark was NO help and quite rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

We had a great time visiting 103 Summersalt! Pool right across the street for the kids and very little traffic in the neighborhood is perfect for families. Great property
The house was perfect for our family. There was a lot of space and they had plenty of bikes. I would warn to be careful in the bunk bedroom. The top bunk is very close to the fan and could be dangerous for a small child.

Summersalt was exactly as described. A perfect house for 3 couples visiting Watercolor for a friend’s wedding. The property has been well maintained, was clean, and decor is very attractive. We would choose same house again.
