It was a great place to get away with family. Big fire pit everyone could fit around. Big dining room table for playing cards & board games. At the same time there was plenty of space so it never felt crowded and places for everyone to give themselves a "time out" when they needed. 2 decks, 3 living rooms, 2 dining spaces, 2 yards. Oh, ya, and a big river. On the way home, the 7 & 8 year olds wanted to know if we could come back again next year!

The secluded, not far from town location was superb! Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay very much! One suggestion that would make it better would be if there was a second refrigerator on the property (possibly downstairs). Ten fishermen end up filling up the one freezer and fridge pretty quickly.

Beautiful views. Simple check in and out, very accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this property in the past. Nice place with a nice view that meets our groups needs.

We absolutely loved our vacation time. We had plenty of room and lots to do for everyone.

First impression of the property and view was perfect! House and yard was clean and had everything we needed for the week. There was a little set back with the sewer, but Karri was on top of it and so were the guys that came out to fix things. They did give me a rebate for having to deal with that on vacation. We fell in love with Chamberlain and we will most certainly come back for another visit. Thank you for everything!

We loved this place! Accurate listing, prompt owner, no issues at all! We had about 15 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of outside things to do for all. We all enjoyed it!

This home was perfect for a friends/family holiday weekend with 6 young boys that crave outdoor activities, space and swimming. We felt completely at home with the amenities and vast spaces available outdoors for our families. On top of the cleanliness, there is ample room for everyone to gather or hideout when a break is needed. One of the most under reported perks of this home is the amazing shoreline with access to the river for swimming. We had no concerns about children in life jackets and river currents due to the protected area and shallowness it provided. Our boys could skip rocks all day long if you let them! Communication with Karri, the property manager, was spectacular. She responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks, Karri!

We had 4 brothers, 4 brother-in-laws, and 4 sons in our group of 12. Great togetherness. Great views. Kitchen a bit tight for 12 guys. Karri represents property well. Price is fair for accommodations. Wildlife on the property is awesome.

The house was great. The location is awesome. Lots of room.

We have stayed at this property for several years now and have always enjoyed our experience. I would say this stay was not as nice as previous stays and we ended up paying more this year. We entered the property to find the dishwasher had been run but the dishes were left in them with mold/mildew including a cast iron skillet. Unlike past years, there was no dishwasher soap so we had to buy some and left at property. The refrigerator/freezer in the basement was plugged in but not working. Unlike past years, there was no laundry soap so we had to purchase and left our extra when left property. The downstairs shower is still not right from a plumbing standpoint. The hot is on the right and the cold is on the left. Controls are very touchy and either cold or burning yourself. Find that most prefer to take shower upstairs than downstairs. Other items were fine. Overall nice place to stay and plan to stay in future.

My family really enjoyed our stay. This property is very private and secluded. The house is plenty big for large groups and yet has separate areas for those wanting to do different things. Wifi was weak because whenever we tried to connect it said it was full so thankfully we really didn't need it. The house was clean though the kitchen was lacking in cleanliness but I've already contacted management about a couple things and I'm confident she'll take care of those. When the weather didn't cooperate with us, the smaller, covered deck on the back was plenty big enough to accommodate us all for our cookouts, etc. When the weather improved and we were able to enjoy some sunshine, the front deck and yard were huge and the firepit was great! There's a small cliff separating the yard from the riverside and the path down can be treacherous - I'm sure moreso due to the mud from the rain we received which unfortunately noone can control! All in all plenty of space for family, fun, food, and drinks!
