Great place to unwind and relax. Room was great, had everything we needed. Property clean, the pools / pool area always clean. Staff friendly. Owner made check in/out easy, always answered questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property.

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located to everything in Myrtle Beach and. there were lots of amenities on the premises. The beds were also soft and so comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just right for our little family of 3. The primary bedroom has two large beds and the queen murphy bed in the living room was perfect for our daughter. The bathroom is huge with tons of counter space and linen storage. Plenty of towels, washcloths, utensils in the kitchen, linens for the beds, lots of pillows. Washer and dryer in the unit were perfect for doing a little laundry while there. The balcony was perfect for watching the waves and even saw a couple of dolphins jump out of the water. The boardwalk is about a 10 min walk and very easy to get to. It was a great stay at a great place.

I could’ve not found a better place to stay with my daughter and my grandson than this place. The location was extremely perfect in walking distance of everything you need the condo was very clean with everything you needed in it from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room in the bedrooms communication with the owner was extremely easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will be going back.

We enjoyed our stay, fit our needs perfectly! We were with several families that rented in SB and we were one of only a couple families that didn’t have complaints! It was exactly as listed, although it’s nicer than the pictures indicate and would probably benefit from updating those. It had the necessities we needed but could have benefited from some beach friendly items like Tupperware and plastic glasses/plates and bowls. Limited counter space but we made it work and cooked often-we did a Walmart pickup on the way in to town. The grill at the pool is nice and works so we used that in the evening! The lobby has free coffee all day, which we didn’t know. And the resort has towels but they were tiny and rough do we bought a couple big ones across the street to use for the week. We stayed in the resort at night, didn’t love the surrounding atmosphere and not many options for food but close to Broadway which we all enjoyed. Security was diligent on wristbands. 2 added benefits we loved: being down s little hallway really kept the noise limited, from other guests and the elevator and we loved having a key pad entertainment—not keeping up with room keys was awesome, something none of the other we were with could enjoy, they were constantly looking for room keys and making sure their party had access to the room, we were lucky!

Beds were very uncomfortable. New bedding needs to be replaced. Vending machine does not work. Only 3 spoons in kitchen. Guests needs to be reminded that once the towels are put in laundry shoot they are not replaced The entire area was dirty. Not the Myrtle beach I was use to.

This condo was perfectly located for all the attractions you want to enjoy. Parking and unloading is convenient. The condo is very clean and very well stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I could not have been happier with our stay!

We came down for my son’s baseball at Ripken. Very close to that and the main strip for many activities. Everything was was a short walk away. Our room was clean and worked for a family of 5. We had ocean view and saw dolphins and the sunrise every morning. Pools were heated and nice as well!! Randy was a great host and quick to answering any of my questions especially when I forgot the room code!! lol .. We will definitely stay there again when we come back!!

This condo worked well for our family of four with two preschool age kids. The condo is very small so I wouldn't plan to spend a ton of time inside the condo itself, but the resort is perfect for kids. There are several pools and hottubs and a large kids pool. My only issue with the pools is the kids pool was not heated so in early April it was too cold to use. The condo itself was perfect for our four-night stay although I'd probably not want to do a full week there as it was smaller. I think the condo was clean, but with any property that is aging and somewhat dated, it can only feel so clean. The washer/dryer unit is pretty old and grimey. Overall, the entire unit is due for an update, but it was still completely fine and fit our needs for a half-week at the beach.

We have stayed at Sandy Beach for years. This year decided to do VRBO to try since we haven't done that before. Experience was great. Owner was great. He was easy to ask and respond to questions. Place was clean and in working order. Would definitely recommend it!!!

We've stayed at several beach rental houses in Florida. This condo was your standard beach rental condo with the standard level of cleanliness and furnishings. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 11 & 14). We spent a week there for a dance competition. Our 11yr old got a kick out of sleeping on the murphy bed. The condo has a great view! We loved the location. It was about a 7min drive to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. There's several restaurants that are close enough to walk to. It's near the "main drag" (busiest area), but just far enough away that there isn't a ton of traffic or noise. FYI - You have to step over the high side of the jetted tub to get into the tub/shower. This wasn't a problem for us, but would a problem for anyone with mobility issues or anyone who is a fall risk.

Arrived at the condo - the cleaners had not cleaned hardly . Sand in the floor, poop in the toilet , hair in the shower and sink . The Owner was called and did send more cleaners out to the property. Was told we would get a blanket and more pillows the next day - never came to bring those . Also smelled horrible when we walked in . - thankfully we had some spray! All the dishes were dirty that were in cabinets or had stuff on them … The staff at the property started vacuuming at 7am every morning knowing people are on vacation . The owner of the condo is nice and responds back fast but would not stay here again .

This was my first time using VRBO and working with Randy on this property was excellent. Randy was always prompt in answering our questions. Condo has a great view of the ocean and the pool. About a mile or less to the boardwalk and Skywheel so walking to and from was fine. We didn't have a vehicle but catching a Uber from the resort was also easy. We would definitely rent this place again

The property was exactly as listed. It was very easy to communicate with Randy and check-in was a breeze. The unit accommodated our small family and all our needs for a weekend of tournament soccer games. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer on site for all the uniforms. We had no issues and would definitely stay again!
