Conveniently close to the Meadows and Woodlands Golf Courses, this home makes it easy to get around. The Village at Sunriver, with its eateries and shops, is less than three miles away. This home also includes full access to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics thanks to your SHARC passes, making it a good place to cool off during the summertime! This home also includes access to Sunriver Fitness and Aquatics, a fitness facility on the north end of Sunriver that includes cardio and weight training, an indoor pool, rock wall, and half-court basketball gym (flowrider admission is extra). Whether you choose to soak in your bubbling outdoor hot tub or snuggle by the fire with a good book, you are guaranteed to feel relaxed. You've got all the comforts of home here - cable TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, and a gas grill. he upstairs main bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and doors to the deck. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The BBQ was terrible, they replaced it on the first night. The first two pans I tried to use to cook my dinner were dirty and I had to wash before I could cook dinner. Two of my guests got glass in their foot from the downstairs bathroom floor not being cleaned well enough after the prior guest. The vanity lights in the master bathroom are quite dim. Not enough light to see. The beds we’re comfortable. Two bikes had bad brakes. Wear shoes on the deck as there are lots of nail heads. The location was a bit of a distance from the main features of Sunriver. It was a big price for cleaning considering the condition we arrived to. The carpet needs shampooing.

It was a great stay

This place has the potential to be awesome, the beds seemed uncomfortable. It was a bit cramped and outdated. Things were run down, such as the front door handle hanging off, screens in windows broken, etc. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with all the other options around town. We also found a dirty bowl underneath one of the beds. Vacasa dropped the ball a bit with our check-in being hours later then the promised check in time, and the cleaners showed up an hour before our check out time. They did help compensate us but it still caused some inconvenience.

This place was great for our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway with easy access to the trails!
Only complaint were the bikes. We wanted a place with AC and bikes (these were my main requirements for our stay) and unfortunately the adult bikes there were all unusable so we had to rent which cost a few extra hundred dollars we weren’t planning for.
If these were either serviced or simply removed, it would give people a more accurate view of what they were signing up for. Had we have known we wouldn’t have rented here.

We were of group of 5 women and loved the location of this house at the far end of Sunriver, away from the Village. The deck and hot tub looked out over trees and there was limited views of other houses. The house was clean and more than adequate for us. However, some of the bikes were not operable, or of sufficient size or number, and we ended up renting bikes. Also, we couldn't get the BBQ to work. There were other minor issues and we mentioned all of them to the management, so hopefully they will be taken care of for future renters. The management people we spoke to were all very helpful and friendly. So, even with these issues, I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was set up well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was great. The only downside is the bikes at the house are in terrible condition so we didn't get to do much riding which is one of the big reasons we come to Sunriver. I would recommend bringing your own or budgeting to rent bikes. We will definitely stay there again. The house was great!

A wonderful family vacation
We last stayed at 16 Hickory for New Year's Eve 1999 was turning to 2000. It was homey and welcoming then and it is still the same home we remember fondly. Master Suite upstairs with a beautiful master bath attached and Hot tub right outside the sliding doors. Two beautiful bedrooms downstairs with bath. Staying here made the old memories more memorable and added the new memories to our treasure box. From the kitchen to the bikes in the garage, it's a wonderful place to put your feet up and relax at the end of the day. We will stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay at this location. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable furniture and had all the cooking supplies we needed! Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families! The outside deck is gorgeous and great for hosting meals outside !

Positives: Good house for a small family, perfect location in a quiet cul de sac. Great upper deck and outdoor seating, huge dining room table for game playing, nice open floor plan for gathering, vaulted ceilings also make house feel bigger. Highlight of the house for us was the upper deck hot tub with amazing view of the summer night sky!
Needs improvement: Kitchen needs updating and a good cleaning of pots/pans and dishes before new guests arrive; and at least one deep frying pan, some bbq utensils would also be a good addition. Garage felt super dirty too - could have made a huge difference in feel if it had just been swept up from the guests before. Dryer takes forever to get clothes dry.

We enjoyed our stay in 16 hickory. It's an older house with plenty of space for our party of eight. There were little maintenance issues, like the slow drain in the master shower. And just like Laney reported in Sept 2018, the dryer is VERY SLOOOOOW. But if you run it three times, your clothes will be dry. So it's workable. The hot tub was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, basics (oil, vinegar, sugar), and even a little spice collection. I feel that relative to the price I paid, the house provided a very satisfactory home base, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it in the future.

Great house for the family
WE enjoyed our extended stay at this home. Nice updates in the master bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed. the only thing that would have made it great would have been an electric tea kettle to speed up the process for tea.
The location is perfect. Close to swimming, biking and all the beautiful sights to see in the area.
Just a few downsides:
The washer and dryer are the eco type so you can only wash small loads and for some reason the dryer wouldn't dry the clothes after one session. It took two and sometimes three rounds of drying to get it dry.
The bed sheets and blankets smelled, felt, and looked old and used. It was a little unpleasant sleeping in them so it would be nice if those could be updated.
Other than those two downsides we enjoyed the place. We would come again. :)
