Located in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to 'The Reach at the Beach'! Located on the 17th floor of Ocean Forest Plaza, in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our unit has been completely remodeled. No more looking through balcony bars from cheap plastic chairs. Enjoy our tall high-end Adirondack chairs and side table, while taking in the amazing view of the Atlantic coastline from our over-sized balcony. This is a True 1-bedroom condo with king size bed, additional private vanity and sink, plus completely remodeled spa style full bathroom, featuring a tiled walk-in shower, with a river rock floor and rainfall shower head. The kitchen is newly remodeled, beautiful quartzite countertops and backsplash, island with high bar stools, stainless steel appliances and upscale dishware. You will not get the 'cookie cutter' feel with our condo. From the original owner photos on the wall, to the hand made furniture, to the unique antique pieces...this is a one-of-a-kind vacation property that makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Ocean Forest Plaza owners and guests can enjoy wonderful amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, relaxing hot tub, sauna and outdoor grill. FREE secured WiFi. 24-hour security with surveillance cameras. Across the street is a paved fitness trail with multiple exercise stations. Buckets Bar and Grill is a great place for a beverage or a meal, located in Forest Dunes and less than a 5-minute walk. This is one of our favorite spots to visit. Many other fine restaurants are just a short 10-minute walk. Ocean Forest Plaza is located ocean front in the exclusive area known as The Golden Mile or Cabana Row of Myrtle Beach. It is away from the crowds but close enough to all attractions making this the perfect location. There is a road that separates our building from the boardwalk on to the beach. However, there is a crosswalk and we are considered ocean front since we have an amazing unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, as seen in our pictures. There is no need to check in at a front desk or to go to an off site office to pick up keys. Once you arrive you can go directly to our condo. This is our second home and we take great pride in offering a beautiful, CLEAN, SMOKE FREE vacation condo to family, friends, and guests. Unfortunately, motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed on property except for owners. No pets are allowed, except those belonging to the deeded home owner and displaying the OFP tag. This rental is in a great location in Myrtle Beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. A magnificent view of the water and absolutely amazing sun rises. It is very quite and peaceful in the building and super clean. Our experience from booking to checking out was super, everything was made so easy and flawless. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and updated. It is comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. Jill, the host is easy to get in touch and talk with. We loved our stay and will be back Lorena

Weekend anniversary getaway with my wife. It rained all weekend but still got to get out and do a few things. The room and property has plenty of amenities for rain or shine and cold or hot. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely think about this place in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do it justice and the view is spectacular. We arrived at night and enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony, but when we woke up in the morning we were met with a stunning sunrise. The condo had everything you could want with comfortable furniture and bedding. The added vanity in the bedroom was such a bonus and was one of the reasons that we chose this condo over others. I do agree the parking was tricky and I was thankful to have my husband to deal with it because it made me a nervous wreck. On the days I had to come and go alone from the condo I just parked on the street for the short time which was perfect. Overall this was a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

My wife and I are both remote workers and wanted to get a little change of scenery to work from for the week. This was the perfect place for it! We will definitely be going back to do that again. Fast, secured internet. An incredible view. Close to Myrtle and North Myrtle so we had plenty of options to go and do things after we logged off for the day and the amenities at The Reach made us feel comfortable and at home while we were there. Would absolutely recommend!

The Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and like new. It was supplied with all the cookware and dinnerware we needed and more. Watching the morning sun come up every day was breathtaking. I took so many sunrise pictures, and I couldn't delete any of them. Will purge them later. My wife and I have been together for over 53 years and had many vacations, but our 2 weeks in this condo at Myrtle Beach was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. The owners communicated with us regularly to make sure everything was to our liking. We highly recommend this listing and we will be back for another getaway in the near future. Oh, and the building was beautiful as well. I have to mention they have the world's most efficient elevators. You will be impressed.

From the very first second of booking our host was very informative, prompt and friendly. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the view was amazing. The location was great, away from the center of town but still only a short 5 min drive to everything and anything. The short one minute walk across the street to the beach was great! Even took advantage of both of the pools later in the day in/out. We had a perfect time. Thank you for everything! Will be back again and book here for sure!

Jill was always in contact with us and the whole process was easy to get into the property and to leave. The location was only a few miles from the boulevard on the beach and a few more miles from Barefoot landing. It was only 20 minutes from the airport as well. We loved it.
