Nestled in Mission Bay, this attractive house for $194 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Nestled just steps from the beach at both Fiesta Bay & Sail Bay in the heart of Crown Point (Pacific Beach), and within walking & biking distance of Pacific & Mission Beach, this beautiful, Mexican style hacienda is the perfect sanctuary for relaxing after a long day of sun, sand, & San Diego fun!Located in the heart of San Diego's most popular bay (Mission Bay) and just a few blocks one direction to Fiesta Bay and a few blocks the other direction to Sail Bay (beautiful sunsets!) our place offers everything you might need to rest, rejuvenate and have some fun in San Diego! Just a note: the street in and out of Crown Point does get a fair bit of traffic so you will hear some road noise in the living room with the windows open. This home is a Mexican Hacienda theme with art work and finishings from some of our favorite artists in Baja and Guadalajara Mexico. The Hacienda is one-bedroom with a full kitchen that can sleep five. The bedroom features two queen-sized beds, as well as a small sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and amenities and the Hacienda includes free Wi-Fi, Apple TV, a small back patio table for drinking your morning coffee or an evening BBQ. Not only are we right down the street from shopping, restaurants and entertainment, but we are mere minutes from San Diego's best beaches, including Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla and Del Mar. Sea World is right around the corner (two minutes), Balboa Park is just a hop, skip and a jump away, and the Gaslamp District is about 10 minutes down Interstate 5. Let's just say we're about 10 minutes from almost any place you might want to visit in our amazing city, as well as the San Diego International Airport! Photos were taken in 2018. Please expect normal wear and tear over that time period. Furniture and furnishings may be different than pictured as items are replaced and updated.

Me, my fiance, and our 10 month child stayed here. I'm familiar with PB so the location was perfect for us. The house does sit on a semi busy street but did not bother us. We were in walking distance to the bay and our child loved the park. The 2 beds came in handy for us as we had our child, the sofa in the main room was clean but needs replacing due it sinking in. The kitchen had everything we needed and internet and tv were good. We did not use the back area. My only complaint besides the sofa is the house does not have a traditional heater which is normal for the beaches of SD, they did provide a space heater which warmed the house well but kind of a pain to move around and regulate. Overall would stay again, especially in summer, we visited January.

We had a great stay here while in San Diego. This is a great little space. Very clean. Very safe. Wish we could park on the driveway. There was an empty space there the entire stay. Also this home is located on the busiest street on this peninsula. Opening the windows to enjoy the weather wasn't an option due to the noise, which can be heard inside the home as well.

Very cute house that was in a great location, centrally located. This was the perfect spot for us as we were visiting for a wedding in La Jolla. All activities were within a 20 minute drive!

Location is solid, we rented bikes after first afternoon of walking. Street home is on is a bit busy, but did not bother either of us too much even when door was left open for air. Beds were comfy, one was a little squeaky though. Good home base overall.

House was clean and the hosts accommodated all our needs! Great communication throughout. Just two blocks from beach in the bay. Walking distance to ocean beach also. Birds are everywhere if everyone is 18+ to commute. Parking for Birds are next to property also. Overall great!

Lovely casita, nice & responsive but there was a lot of unexplained activity. The garage had banging & other noises going on in there throughout the day. My husband saw a guy taking the garbage from the street so he went to talk to him. The man said he was the hosts brother, they both own it and he does woodworking in there. He asked if it bothered us, we said no, just didn’t know what all the noises were. We felt better after that, but then the lights were on throughout the night in there and we could see shadows, it was just an uneasy feeling. There is not a cooler in the home so we left doors and windows open, but there was a door to the garage right out back of the room we slept in. It made my kids feel scared and I did not feel comfortable with it either. Then, after reading previous reviews, I decided to look in the coffee table drawer and found a note etched in the drawer saying “I can see you from behind:)”. I don’t know if that was a joke or put by someone else, but I could not sleep at all after that and I did feel like someone was watching us from behind. It’s unfortunate because we liked our stay and the hosts, but they need to be more upfront so guests feel safe in their surroundings. It was unfair to make guests park around the corner down the street when there was a spot in the drive the whole time, but we weren’t allowed to use. Also, threats to make guests pay for plumbing because their pipes are old is pretty harsh. I think they need to update the pipes.

This property is wonderful. It was immaculate, which is very important to me. We were in waking distance to restaurants, convenience store, and beaches. I read in reviews about the no air conditioners, it's because you don't need it. We come to San Diego every year for a little family getaway, I would definitely stay here again.
