Located in Avalon, this charming condo for $329 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This family-friendly condo with central air provides everything for the perfect summer getaway! The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower and a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. The living room and dining room feature hardwood floors and new furniture. The well-equipped kitchen features tile floor, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sit-down counter with stools. The unit has a furnished porch with bay views for outside entertaining, as well as a private outside shower with changing area and off-street parking. The backyard is equipped with a gas grill and chairs for eating and socializing. We had an amazing stay here. The place was clean, updated, comfortable. Best location right off the main street in town- walkable to everything Avalon has to offer including of course the beach and bay. We cannot wait to come back here !

This year, my wife is pregnant (8 months) with our first child, so I figured she would be more comfortable staying in a house instead of a hotel. This place was perfect for us - no complaints. Thank you to the owners. Hopefully we will be back next year, + 1 😊.

Enjoyed staying at this property. Convenient to restaurants and beach pavilion. Central air on a very warm week was great, with a private outdoor shower and a shaded deck where we had many of our meals. Bunk bed is great for kids. Unit was very clean. Overall a wonderful vacation week.

Lovely rental - book early!
We’ve rented here before and it’s a lovely rental. Be forewarned that nice rentals in Avalon are disappearing all the time. We were going to book here for next year but it had been rented before our week ended. If you’re thinking of staying here book as soon as you possibly can! Around 13 to 14 months out is probably your best shot.

Quiet Family friendly fun
Our family enjoyed our first stay in Avalon. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was as compared to other beaches we have stayed at like Ocean City MD and Ocean City New Jersey. The house was conveniently located and within walking distance of Uncle Bills Pancakes, Duck Donuts, Ice Cream shops and Pizza shops. We were able to utilize the track and soccer fields across the street. Found the 8th street jetty to be a perfect location for fishing. The house was perfectly size for 6 people. We found it easier to park at the 28th street lot by the bathrooms vs walking to the beach. We look forward to visiting Avalon again in the future. Next time hopefully renting a golf cart as well 😊

Great property....
we had a lovely stay at the property. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and enough room for our small family. Great location...close to all stores in town. Kids loved that they could walk to Duck Donuts so that was a "win". Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend with no hesitation. The owner is great. Very communicative and quick to respond.

Great Location
Our family had a nice week at the shore. This house is walking distance to most things you need. The washer was a little loud. The dishwasher was not secure to the wall. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location and size
This 3 bedroom duplex was the perfect size for us and our 22yo daughter, many rentals in Avalon are really too large and pricey for only 3 people. The house smelled like bleach- in a good way- when we checked in. That, combined with providing our own linens, made us feel very Covid-safe. The location really is perfect- a short walk to the beach, centrally located so it's an easy walk to get coffee, breakfast or ice cream, but also on a quiet street since it faces the library. We were a little concerned that it could be loud being on the first floor, but as as it turned out we had friends who rented the upstairs the same week as us so it was a non-issue. There was a problem with the coffee maker (which could have been user error) and the owners really went above and beyond and delivered a new one within 48 hours. We had a great week and would absolutely rent this property again, either upstairs or downstairs.

Close to Beach and Shops
The property couldn’t be more conveniently located with both the beach and town within a block walking distance which was awesome. A Duck Donuts right around the corner as well as a small grocery and shops close. The town is very walkable which we took advantage of nightly. We did cook in near nightly and would have hoped for a better stocked kitchen in terms of tools to use. Overall enjoyable stay.

Owner was responsive, accommodating and helpful. Unit is accurately described and represented in the listing/photos. My young teens loved the freedom of being able to walk to destinations in town. Walk to the beach is 3 blocks, but very reasonable for our crew.

Repeat, extremely satisfied renter
This was the 4th year my family has rented this property. We typically stay in the upstairs unit but stayed in the downstairs unit this time. We found the lower level to be as comfortable as the upper level. This property is clean, convenient to shops and restaurants and a short walk/bike ride to the beach with sidewalks. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property again.

Quaint house close to everything!
We loved our time here. The house was very nice and clean. Close to everything and convenient. There is a library and playground across the street. Perfect for the little people. Our only suggestions are for a larger washer and a king bed in the Master. We are very tall people and we had to buy queen and twins sheets as we have no beds this size in our home. I would also suggest bringing your own comforters for the same reason. Plastic wine glasses would also be nice so we could have a drink on the front porch. We made due. The house is beautifully maintained and we truly had a wonderful 2 weeks and loved every minute of our time.

Wonderful sunset viewing location across the street from the Library!
The home was clean, well cared for, and the AC handled the 99 degree plus temperatures flawlessly. The bathrooms and outdoor shower were nicely upgraded. My granddaughters loved the 10am library activities and even were able to take out books. The front porch was a pleasant, shaded gathering spot for visiting family members. We loved the beach --- so immaculately clean and well-protected. Great FAMILY vacation destination --- Quiet, no traffic, no wild parties, no loud music or drag-racing teens! Fireworks display from barge to beach was impressive, and the atmosphere was very festive! Good market, shopping and parking just steps from the house made food and sub purchases super convenient!
The walking distance from the house to the water's edge was challenging for the 3 and 5 year old and seniors in our group. This consideration changed our review from a ***** to a ****. There is a single handicapped parking spot at the beach entry on 32nd St. which was always occupied. A few blocks north, handicapped spots were available, as well as general parking. We used the beach wheelchair there which was ideal.

WONDERFUL BEACH HOME!
Our family loved this place in Avalon. The location is perfect - walking distance to Uncle Bill's Pancake House and other shops in town. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk, tops! There is also a public dock 1 block away on the bay side for crabbing. Lot of fun!
The home is updated and clean. The 3BR was perfect for our group of 6 - my wife and I, our three kids and their Nana. I would recommend this property and rent here again!

Wonderful Memorial Day!!
This was the perfect location for our Memorial Day vacation and kick off to summer visit! Our teens were in a great location to bike or walk into town, all the stores and the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had the best ocean breezes (air too, but we didn't need it!) Owner and family were visiting at same time, lovely and accommodating. Enjoy!

Great house near the beach in Avalon!
We had a great time in Avalon and the house was close enough to the beach that we could easily walk there every day. Very quiet neighborhood but not far from the main st. The house is nice and homey with lots of room. The description and pictures were very accurate. we would certainly recommend this house as a home away from home.

Great location in Avalon!
We had a great week in Avalon and the location was so convenient to everything. We never moved the car all week, enjoyed walking to the beach every day, close to the main strip yet far enough from the hussle of Dune Drive. The place was so quiet at night and the owners could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a great place to stay in Avalon! Clean and Convenient!
This was our second year staying in this cozy, clean, convenient home. This home is perfect for my family of four but would also accommodate a few more individuals. We love having the ability to bike/walk to the beach, park, shops, restaurants, market, and ice cream shops while staying in this home. Our car never leaves the driveway during our stay.

Awesome rental in a great location!
Our vacation in Avalon was so much fun! The home was perfect and in a great location! Walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants and for those who like to exercise there's a studio at the end of the block! The community center/library is across the street with a basketball court that kept two 16 year olds and a 10 year old occupied in the evening! The property is super clean and up to date. The kitchen is stocked with every gizmo and gadget you can think of and beach tags were included. The owners thought of everything, down to the clothespins! I also found an Acme grocery store inland that was helpful when we had to restock grocery's. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back soon!

This was our first time in Avalon and we had a fantastic experience at this property. It's recently renovated, very convenient and walkable/bikeable to beach, shops, and restaurants. The owners were also very accessible and polite.

This was our second year renting & we truly enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to shops & restaurants & beach, an ideal location. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy summer meals after a day at the beach, and we used the grill out back quite a bit too. Having the beach tags was a big plus too, much appreciated!! The property is clean and cute, really perfect for a family with little kids.
