Excellent accommodations at a great price. Beautiful view, Maison is hard to beat. Host was quick to respond to messages. Penthouse was well stocked. Beds very comfortable.

This place was great. The host was easy to communicate with. The Penthouse is super nice and the views overlooking the ocean are fantastic. Easy access to the beach which was great. A few things to note:1. Review the rules that are given to you upon check in. The biggest things are making sure to pull into your parking space, not back in and then knowing that you cannot bring your luggage through the lobby. You have to load/unload your vehicle from the ground level. These are building management rules. 2. Check in first and look around the Penthouse before venturing out to get things. There are many closets and cupboards full of stuff to use, or that others have left like coffee, waters, sunscreen, etc…3. Check the drawers and linen closets to make sure that housekeeping hasn’t missed anything. When we arrived housekeeping must have not been on their “A Game” as there were a few things left around but nothing that was a deal breaker. We contacted the host just to let them know about it. Overall, this place is amazing. You will not be disappointed and being on the 24th floor with that view is sooooo worth it.

Beautiful view, but had multiple issues we came across. The housekeeping was not complete items in dishwasher and left in dryer, floor in guest bath near toilet not clean, multiple doors did not lock, which was a safety issue with a four year old who could open them, broken piece of furniture on patio (chair missing arm). No storage places for dry goods except on counter. No tv available in master suite due to issues with the cable. Owner did try to assist, but it caused us to be the one awaiting service people and maintenance. No compensation was received for the inconvenience or time spent waiting on persons to remedy and evaluate issues which took time away from our vacation.
Owner did communicate multiple times via email and text. The beds were comfortable, beach was nice and view was beautiful. Just not what was expected for the price we paid and for a penthouse listing.
