Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $195 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our bright and beachy, beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. We are proud to have been selected by VRBO as a Premier Partner. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive. The first picture on our ad was taken from our balcony. The resort has two beautiful, huge, beach side pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, exercise room overlooking the beach, billiards, and more. Our condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1450 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. It is just a 1.5 minute walk from our front door until your feet are in the sand. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun. Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with wifi, 55" flat screen TV with Roku for streaming and local channels, DVD player, CD player and a small dvd library it will be easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. Our balcony with beautiful views of the beach is tiled and has sliding glass doors that can close to make a cozy sun room during cooler weather. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom. We pride ourselves on keeping our condo updated and fresh. We decorate using light colors and white sheets so you can easily see how clean it is. Our dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, flooring, have been replaced within the last couple of years. Both bathrooms were renovated in 2018 and the master includes a walk in shower with grab bar and seat. Our sliding doors to the balcony were replaced in 2019 and upgraded trim was installed in 2020. The unit can sleep up to 8-10 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a porta-crib. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV with a Roku device for streaming and local channels plus a DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for your whole family. MY SISTER OWNS THE CONDO RIGHT NEXT DOOR SO YOU CAN RENT TWO 3 BEDROOM CONDOS SIDE BY SIDE AND ACCOMMODATE 16-19 PEOPLE! All PCB condo elevators stay busy in the summer, so being located on the 3rd floor in this condo is great! Easy access to the beach and pools, but high enough up to have a great beach view from the balcony!! In addition to the pools, the condo has a nice hot tub that's in a separate room in the pool area, a seasonal cafe with great food and drinks (alcoholic and non), and sun deck that runs the length of the condo. It's a few steps lower to the beach than the pool deck, with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. The condo is located around smaller condos and houses, so you have more of the beach to yourself. But it's also located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and parks. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. I will start you off with a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. There is a store with groceries and general merchandise and a liquor store right across the street from the complex. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are a short drive away. Beautiful St. Andrews State Park is a short drive or a nice long walk down the beach. The rental marina is also a short drive which makes pontoon boat, jet skis, and pirate ship rides very convenient. This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed at the resort. I'm sorry but our condo is not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs will not fit through some of the doors. Renters aged 21-25 considered with additional deposit and damage insurance. This property was perfect for our annual visit to PCB. Everything was just as pictured and we loved it! The kitchen cabinets could use an upgrade or just repair the broken drawers. And the living room furniture was picturesque but not very comfortable. Great place for families and we will definitely book it again.

We had a great week in August. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed to get our week off to a great start. Weather was hot and humid and dry all week but thankfully air conditioning in the condo didn’t miss a beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, roomy condo.

Lovely condo on the beach! 3rd floor was easily accessible using stairs when there was a line for the elevator. Great location near St Andrews State park with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Condo was clean with everything we needed for a wonderful, memory filled week!

Was fantastic the only issue was waiting on the elevators! It was a very busy weekend and it was a little hard to catch an elevator when checking in and out! Being in the 3rd floor and stairs were super. Other than that it was a great place to stay the view was super the beach access was easy.

The place was very clean and the location was great. Jan was very kind and helpful. The beach was awesome and not as crazy as Front beach road which was great it was nice and relaxing for the family. Bikini Bobs was also nice and the prices of the food was very reasonable.

This condo has it all. Located on the third floor so use the elevator or stairs! Bright and colorful inside. Kitchen is well appointed and the balcony/sunroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. You won’t regret staying here.

This 3BR unit was perfect for my family! It was clean and very comfortable. The side view of the ocean from the balcony was a nice retreat area and very cozy. The Regency Resort had several nice amenities and we especially enjoyed watching sunsets from the swings at the pool area!

There were 3 couples that stayed during Thunder Beach 2022. Jan's condo was perfect from cleanliness to amenities... There wasn't anything the room lacked.... Even found a box fan in the closet... All the appliances were in great condition... The bedding was perfect... I really liked the layout of the condo not just because of the size but the privacy of the bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again!!! Hopefully soon!!

We loved this condo and we will most definitely stay at this unit again when we go back. My family loved the pools, hot tube and that the beach was right there and didn't need to drive. The condo is also close to excursions, shops, and restaurants. We have 4 children 15, 14, 6 and one under 1 year old and we brought my mother in law. Plenty of space for all of us. I especially loved there is a sliding glass door around the balcony and it made my momma heart feel safe with a little one. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us. We made wonderful memories that will last a life time
