We stayed at this property in early December 2023. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Location was easy access to all of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking and covered entry way out of the weather. Definitely on our lists of good places to stay.

Was good but tub/shower drain very slow, light bulb out in bathroom and gas logs in fireplace would not work

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location. Easy in and out. The only complaint is from our elderly mothers. They said they wished there was a grab bar in the shower to help hold them up. Other than that, no complaints.

This property was perfect for our small group of Senior cousins to come together & share memories while making new ones. It was spacious & welcoming. We traveled from upstate NY for a cousin’s son’s wedding. The property was perfectly located near everything we needed. The owners were always prompt to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the area.

Property was clean, in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Very easy to get to. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. Conveniently located near a trolley stop as well as Walmart for grocery shopping. Beds were comfy and the fact that there were two king beds plus a queen fit our family perfectly! Definitely would stay her again!

We love staying in this condo! Always clean, convenient location, river side in the morning is always peaceful, ducks and geese are a bonus for our group of animal lovers. Communication is always fast and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our quick 2 night getaway! The property was just as described and delightful. The condo was clean and as described. Also, the location was perfect to shopping, many restaurants, and activities! The communication was great with the owner as well. When we return, I will definitely look for this unit and would highly recommend!

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt like I was home. I had all the information that I needed to get into the condo and to check-out without having to contact anyone. It is conveniently located a few seconds off the Parkway but far enough where you won't hear any traffic. The beds were super soft...honestly the softest beds I have slept on while on vacation. To my surprise, there was even a box fan tucked away in the closet so I was able to use that for white noise. My family definitely enjoyed staying in this condo and will book it again for our next Pigeon Forge vacation.

It was centrally located and very clean. Well positioned in the heart of all activities. We were there on a fishing trip and it was a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and we would stay there again.

Overall just a well done rental. Locations right off the main road but you.really don't notice it with the river right there outside your balcony. Son love seeing the ducks that came up to the railing. The building itself is nice. Not that busy and we had no problems finding it. Interior was very nice. My father, who came along with us this trip was so impressed with the unit. It was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely go back if we are looking for this size of unit again. The kitchen and floors for the unit have been updated. Some of the pictures show it some are older. New hardwood style floors. And kitchen has white cabinets now. Looks much better from the older pics.

Lots of room. The master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub wad used by all. So glad we had tvs in every room for kids. We were on first floor which made it so handy. We will definitely recommend to our relatives and friends

Traffic on the Parkway can be rough, but this location allows you to travel through out Pigeon Forge and even to Gatlinburg with minimum time on the Parkway. It is the best location I have stayed in with access to so many attractions. Facility is great and everything is clean and very comfortable. Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again when traveling to the area if it is available.

Everything about this condo was great. It was in a great location. The owner was excellent to communicate with. He always answered my questions and was very quicm with responding. The condo was very clean and was just like the pictures described. Ducks came to the balcony from the river. We will definetly be staying here again.

This property is always so well kept. This is our second time staying. Doug is so quick to respond with any and every question. There were a couple little tiny things we mentioned to him and he was responsive as well as kind. The beds are super comfortable and the porch is my favorite place to hang out.

Neon Fish is as wonderful as all the previous reviews say. The house is beyond well equipped. There are wonderful hikes near by. Kim is a pro. Any time we had a question we found the answer was already in the documentation even though she was only a text away. Our group had Chef Tim come and cook one night, which was amazing. The sights, smells, and sounds of Neon Fish are a full body experience that none of us will ever forget. It truly is like a dream made real. Book it. You will be so glad you did.

Some of the listing pics are not updated. The floors still show carpet in some pics. Also the kitchen shows as white cabinets and the older tan ones too. Also the table and chairs shows in the pics as a lower table with easier to access and more comfie chairs than the tall ones there now. Overall love the unit though.

Had a great time and already booked for this same unit in the fall. Only problem we have is they had just replaced the air conditioner. It worked fine at first, then by Friday the front bedrooms weren't getting any air. Other than that, had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to going back in October.
