Arrived at night while raining and because the unit number is on a side wall we couldn’t find it at first. The porch light was off as well. Ideally the number should face the parking lot and the porch light should be on. . Also, the path to the unit sinks in one place so gathers water and mud (overgrown path). Had to walk through the wet grass.
The unit itself had everything we needed. It is right out of the 70’s or 80’s and shows it’s age. I’d prefer to see updates especially to the stained carpet.
Location is close to town and easy to get to.

The stay was so perfect! It was a small condo in a very quiet neighborhood and close to all the fun stuff! Great views too! My only complain was that I couldn’t get a hold of the property manager when needed!

The unit is nicely located in a quiet part of Big Sky town. Inside is ok, a bit rusty, say an old electric oven, old dusty carpet, not ideal plumbing, but I could live with that for a few days.
What ticked me off was a terrible communication with the hosts. I arrived when it was already dark - around 6pm, and really cold. The code to open the unit was not working so I called the number provided. The girl on the other end could not help me, and based on her accent I would not be surprised if she were sitting in India. When I asked to connect me to someone local, she promised to find out and call me back, but she never did. After 30 minutes waiting in the cold, I had to call again and got a guy on the line with the same accent, and he was able to give me a code that thankfully did work.
Another example, I called them later inquiring about a sauna at the property, and was told that it was “suspended due to Covid”, and they gave me a local number where I could inquire further. Turned out that they directed me to completely unrelated private club that serves only registered members.
So the way they treat their guests if there is any issue is absolutely unacceptable.

Again the house was awesome, the property management company is awful. Customer experience was awful, not helpful at all. Will never rent from a vacasa property again.

Fine little loft condo is meadow area. Location is great. Wi-Fi was good. But it’s super dated, probably no work done since 90’s if not since built. Was very clean which goes a long way but Motel quality. Any stay beyond a couple days would come with annoyances of shared laundry room, hot tub/pool far etc.

Loved the location. I came here for a wedding and it was the most affordable option in the area for the few days I was staying.
Bed was comfortable and the entire cabin was so spacious. For me, being a single person, it was almost too spacious!
The only bad part of this was that the electronic lock is a bit finicky and I ended up sleeping with my door unlocked by mistake the first night. Figured out the lock and everything was good from then on.

We loved the location but this condo leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, the check in process was not clear. We were given the code and told to use the top lock box (there were 3 mounted next to the door) None of them worked. We stumbled onto the solution when we opened the screen door and found a key code on the door handle. A little clarity in your check in directions would have saved time and frustration. Once inside we were immediately greeted by really filthy carpets. Not a great first impression. It's a very tired and old condo but other than the dirty carpeting the rest of the unit seemed clean. Once upstairs in the loft bedroom we realized the the bed is not queen sized but a full which was tight for two adults. The other problem with that was that the upstairs loft was very warm at night. Providing a fan for comfort would have been so appreciated. The upstairs toilet seat is quite cracked and disgusting…I would suggest replacing it. I can't say I'd recommend this condo to anyone.

I loved everything about it the place was based at the end of the mountains. Waking up early in the mountains is amazing when you don’t live here. The experience was great looking forward to staying here in the future

We had a great stay in Big Sky. The condo is located just a few minutes away from the stores and restaurants of the Big Sky village, and about 10 minutes away from the base of the ski area. The condo is clean and comfortable and we would stay there again. A few inexpensive upgrades like a newer microwave, shower head, faucets, and upstairs TV would take it to a 5-star level.

It took me four different vacasa representatives to finally get a code to open the lockbox for the key to the condo. I needed a place to stay in near Big Sky for a few days to visit a project site. Normally, I stay in Bozeman at a hotel, but the hotel prices right now in Bozeman are obnoxiously high. I was able to find this condo in Big Sky (very close to the job site) for less than the cost of a motel would have been. The condo was very comfortable, everything worked - including the high speed internet and it gave my trip a much more "at home" feeling than I ever could have achieved with a motel. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Weekend Away
The condo was clean and well-kept. My husband and I were only there for a long weekend, but it easily would have worked for a longer stay. Close to the restaurants in town and only a 15min drive to downhill skiing.

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned well. It was not vacuumed well so I found a vacuum and vacuumed myself...not the way you want to start a vacation. The decor was very cute but we had a number of problems. There was a leak from the kitchen sink so the bottom cabinet was soaked. Had to throw away the spare paper towels under the sink because they were soaked. I bought new paper towels and tissues (none at the property) so I bought new tissues/kleenex. Carpeting is badly stained and either needs a deep cleaning or replacement. We wished we had not spent 4 nights there because it was expensive and we stayed other places that were much better and less expensive on our trip.. As a Realtor I know a lot about properties and this one needs attention immediately and a new cleaning crew.
