About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean City, this charming condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Extra Large (990 sq ft) direct oceanfront 2 bedroom condo that has fantastic bay views also, This condo is very rare to have a direct oceanfront balcony and an additional direct west-facing balcony to capture the beautiful sunsets! Don't be fooled by the listings that claim to be oceanfront that is actually ocean side, or can't even see the ocean. A lot of new guests ask how have we maintained over 8 years all 5-star reviews, we do that by reinvesting money back into the condo consistently. The Winter of 21/22 was a new water heater and HVAC system, over $7,000 spent, the winter of 20/21 was new carpet, LR blinds, and bed linens, $5000 spent, we do this every year. And every year we replace the heavily used items like pots and pans, etc. We are always keeping up with anything that shows wear or is broken. A complete remodel of the entire unit was done that includes the kitchen with new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, and ceramic flooring. The bath has new ceramic floors, cabinets, a sink, and a toilet. The bedrooms have new carpet, furnishings, paint, window treatments, 40" smart HD wall-mounted TV in the master and 27" TV/DVD in the second bedroom, and a new King box spring and mattress in the master. The living and dining rooms have new paint, window treatments, a new full-size sleep sofa, and a 46" smart HDTV with a Blu-ray player in the living room. Our unit is light, bright, and airy with windows on three sides the unit has the most spectacular views I have seen in OC. There are 2 private balconies for you to enjoy. One is a direct oceanfront where you overlook the pool, beach, and ocean. You can see and hear the ocean and watch a sunrise. The other balcony looks directly west at the bay where you can watch the spectacular purple, pink, and orange sunsets. The direct bay view balcony has a picnic table and seating so you can enjoy those stunning sunsets while having dinner or cocktails outside. Our kitchen is fully stocked so if you enjoy staying in and cooking meals on your vacation it's perfect for that. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. We are located at the northern end of Ocean City where it is peaceful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and traffic. Rainbow has 2 beautiful pools, 1 regular oceanfront pool, and also a Kiddie pool. (The pool is open from Memorial Day until Sept. 25th) We include FREE Comcast WiFi that is private to our unit, no sharing with the building, NO $40.00 weekly fee, and great speed! There is parking for ONE car only, and there is a $30.00 parking fee per stay during the summer. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental but are available for an additional charge. We only do Saturday to Saturday rentals from June to September. 1, 2, or 3-week rentals.

This condo was the most organized one I have stayed in. Everything was in its place - even in the well-stocked kitchen.
Parking and check in were easy and there are plenty of restaurants and markets within an easy walk or drive. Ocean City is quiet this time of year and the condo was quiet - we could easily hear the waves crashing on the sand.

The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. The property was in a quiet relaxing neighborhood within minutes to drive to the boardwalk or Assateague Island. Plenty of pots and pans and a laundry to boot. We enjoyed both balconies and many walks on the ocean. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was closed for the season. Many grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. We were fully relaxed and rested well on the matress. Central AC also helped

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. The ocean view deck is beautiful. The bayside deck was perfect for the sunset. The bed in the master bedroom was so very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was very quiet in the area. Perfect Stay!!

My family and I loved the condo. The views and amenities were exactly as described. We were within steps from the pool and beach. It was the perfect location to be close enough to all of the popular spots. Just a short drive or bus ride.

Condo location perfection , clean and very quiet . Could use some sort of fans in bedrooms it got pretty warm since you couldn’t lower ac especially at night and it wasn’t even really hot outside during our stay . Our granddaughters had the pool to themselves on the one day they were able to get in ( first day it was being cleaned the whole time and second day it was a little chilly and water was super cold!) but there’s nothing anyone can do about that otherwise and overall all a nice stay , we had a great time making great memories

A nice unit, well kept, clean, well stocked, even had new beach chairs we could enjoy. Master bed extremely comfortable. Twin beds were less so. View was nice, location wonderful. Glad for the visit, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was exactly as described. Communication was clear and thorough so there is no confusion so long as you read everything.
The condo is spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice! We loved the private patios and the outdoor table was so cozy to relax and enjoy the sunset with a drink or dinner.
I loved the location as it was really quiet and away from the boardwalk area, yet close enough to enjoy so many places. We visited Blackwater Refuge, the Salisbury Zoo, Chincoteague and Assateague.
We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Bathroom needs updating. Water pressure is very low. But for the price a nice place to stay for a couple. Would be tough for 6 people the maximum allowed.

Great place to get away for a quick vacation. Much better laid out then other condos we have stayed at. Great views from the balcony, and we were lucky to have 75 degree weather in November. Everything was great. A newer more comfortable couch would have been nice, but it was not bothersome. Hosts were very easy to communicate with!

We stayed at this property last year & found it to be very nice, however this year upon check in we found definite issues with the cleanliness of the unit. The bathroom was the worst area... the tub was not clean, fixtures in sink were not clean and there were no rugs on the floor! We thought that was very odd ... we finally found the dirty rugs thrown in the washer... we had to wash & dry them ourselves & put in the bathroom! In addition, there was something obviously spilled down the front of the refridgerator & on the handles! We found an empty Gatorade-type plastic bottle & other junk behind the nightstand in the smaller bedroom! In general we felt the unit needed a good cleaning! The only obvious sign that the place had been cleaned was the vacuum marks on the living room carpet.

The moment I walked into this apartment I was impressed. Very clean, well kept and the views are to die for. The beds were really comfortable and I slept great the whole time. The property owner was very pleasant to communicate with. 10 out 10 would stay again.
