About this cabin rental
Situated in Incline Village, this attractive cabin for $334 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A very clean, comfortable house in a peaceful, scenic area with a tranquil creek. Convenient parking-two reserved parking spaces right in front of the house. You are sure to like homey atmosphere and the quiet neighborhood. Our location is ideal for exploring famous Lake Tahoe attractions. The house is close to the best Tahoe beaches and ski resorts, restaurants, shops, a cinema, and a bowling alley. Our family-friendly, two-story townhome accommodates up to 6 guests. There are high speed wireless Internet, TVs (Dish Network, Smart TV, Netflix), DVDs, board games, X-Box 360, books, and toys. Window & floor fans are provided; no AC. A heated communal swimming pool is available during summer time, usually from Memorial weekend through mid September. NO smoking and NO pets allowed. Short-Term Rental Permit: WSTR 000182-APP-2021 HOUSE LAYOUT UPSTAIRS: MASTER BEDROOM: a king sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, a TV, and XBox 360 BEDROOM # 2: a queen bed BEDROOM # 3: a twin-over-full bunk bed Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a full bathroom (tub/shower combination) All the beds have memory foam mattresses, quality pillows, light blankets, and warm comforters for your restful sleep. DOWNSTAIRS: The spacious LIVING ROOM has two sofas, a 55” TV with Netflix streaming via smart TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The gas fireplace with a thermostat for additional temperature control. There are also a dining table and a computer desk. The adjacent KITCHEN is fully equipped. We provide basic cooking supplies, condiments, and spices. HALF BATHROOM on the first floor nestles a washer/dryer and laundry supplies. In the summer, you'll love to spend time on the DECK that opens up into a beautiful woodland with a year-round creek. We invite you to sit there and relax, sipping your favorite drink and listening to the nature. Up for BBQ? There are a Weber gas grill, a table, chairs, and an umbrella for you. Charcoal grills are prohibited. If you travel with small children, we have the stairway gates, a portable playard with a removable infant bassinet, and high & booster chairs. We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Plenty of space. Everything we needed for a winter ski trip, and great proximity to diamond peak. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited Olga's place with my parents, and my mom, who is notoriously picky, absolutely loved the place and thought it was immaculate. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning!
We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time.

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson.
They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated.
Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard.

Nicely placed in an isolated cul-de-sac with a raging river behind it. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Host was really easy to communicate with.

Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Would definitely go back!

This is such a cozy place! Downstairs is a generous half-bath/utility room with washer & dryer, a (very) well-stocked kitchen, a generous dining table (great for 6 people, and will fit 8), and very comfortable living room opening onto the deck, which has a bench around the outside, a table and chairs, and a clean propane grill.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two full baths, one attached to the main bedroom. Main bedroom: King bed; 2nd room: Queen; 3rd bed: Full+Single bunk; plus futon and pullout couch in living room.
The back porch is right on the creek. During the summer with the snow melt, the soundscape is incredible!
I thought we would be sharing walls with other units, but it's separated from neighbors by a few feet. Very clean community with a shared swimming pool and the gorgeous surroundings you'd expect in Tahoe.
The owner, Olga, was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay, and very helpful.
One thing not evident in the listing: There are at least 8 units side by side, and their porches are visible to each other. We only saw one neighbor, briefly, during our entire 4-day stay, so not a huge deal, but if you want seclusion, you'll want to open the back sliding door and hang out in the living room.
Also, do not miss Sand Harbor Beach!
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay and this location. We especially loved having coffee on the mornings on the back deck overlooking the creek. The cabin was well equipped, very clean and had appropriate child safety measures inside. We will book again!

The location is great, close to everything in North Tahoe. The property was immaculately clean and very well appointed. It's completely infant-ready and children-proof, with stairs gates, a travel crib, tons of games, multiple types of sleds, etc.
The hosts were awesome. They really thought of everything, even of things we never thought we'd need. They reached out proactively before our trip with snow reports, overall trip and activities suggestions, and then stayed in touch throughout our stay and even after.
And as a bonus - there is a nice river right next to the patio. Will definitely be back again.

I booked this for my family and found it to be the perfect place for the four of us. The condo was really well taken care of and just as pictured. It really seemed like the property managers had though of everything. The binder they provide is very thorough and super helpful for anything from local hiking trails to how ro work the thermostat.
Overall I have to say that it was a pleasant experience and would totally recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway,

We found the property to have everything we needed (and more). One of the cleanest holiday places I’ve stayed in. Loads to do in the area and also enjoyed staying in and making use of the pool. Nothing bad to say.

I had never stayed in a VBRO that was a rated 5 Star by ALL guests. Now I know that experience and we will be back!! Everything about the cabin is just how it is described … everything I thought I might need was there, everything was super clean and well taken care of, the beds are comfortable, linens very nice and plentiful, even the bathrooms were spacious and I had room for all my stuff! The location is great. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Olga provides lots of extras with lists of things to do and see and where to eat and shop and hike. The neighbors were friendly. Checking in and out was so simple! I really cant say enough! But I must mention Olga, the host, she was so helpful, kind and responsive. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. We hope to be back in April!
For the skiers out there - Diamond Peek is named appropriately … although maybe it should be named Black Diamond Peak!! There are so many resorts so close to the Incline Cabin … make sure you pick one that suits your skiing style and abilities!

Beautiful Well-Appointed Cabin Close to Everything
We had a lovely time staying at this cabin. The photos perfectly depicted it, with the exception only that some bathrooms are even more updated now! It was very clean and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. Also we were there during days in the 20sF and nights below 10F and it was still cozy warm! We were so comfortable. I had good communication with Olga prior to our visit and received answers during our visit when I had a question.
Throughout the visit my spouse kept mentioning they would absolutely hope to stay here again.
Also the hosts gave so much great information on the area that we followed and found some new beautiful walks along the lake that we also plan to return to.

Perfect Getaway!
Really loved this place! Went up for a few days with friends for a Tahoe getaway. The space was clean and well maintained. Loved the open floorplan. Many amenities including books, board games, Netflix, video game systems, tons of DVDs, and even some snacks stocked in the kitchen.
Location was fantastic, 5 minutes to Diamond Peak ski resort, 5 minutes to the lake, 10 minutes to the local casino. We even took a short 40 minute drive up to Reno.
Beds were super comfy and owners were readily available and very accommodating. Overall 10/10 really great experience.
