What a wonderful stay in a beautifully appointed home for the Military Bowl game. The home is located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and was perfect for our short stay. Two parking spaces made it so convenient. We will stay there again if ever in Annapolis.

We rented the home for a weekend get a way. It looked just like the pictures on line. The amenities were fantastic. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, extra towels and blankets. You don't need to bring extra. Everything was in walking distance. We parked the car on Friday and it did not move until Sunday. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The home was in an excellent location. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The Naval Academy is directly across the street and the location of the home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with 2 off-street parking spaces (which is very rare for Annapolis homes). The house is in excellent condition with all amenities included. We always enjoy our time in this beautiful home when we are in Annapolis!

We spent an awesome 3 days in this lovely home so rich in local history. The home was complete with every amenity needed. And the location was just perfect to walk in town or to the academy. It made our 40th USNA reunion weekend so special.

This house is full of history and yet is updated in a perfect way. Full of charm. Could not have found a better location. Right next to the academy and the Paca house where we had our sons wedding. Walking distance to everything!! Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen- had the groomsmen for breakfast- love the sun on the front porch in the mornings. Wonderful host who was very responsive. Clear directions for check in and out! Oh , and the 2 parking spaces?? Priceless!!!! Would love to stay here again.

We rented three different homes for this event. They were all very close to each other, but this home was fantastic. They host it beautifully. Everything we could’ve ever needed was there! For anyone reading this review - this home is top notch, in all respects. Location, Location - to both the Naval Academy as well as historic Downtown Annapolis, it is all minutes away AND two parking spots!! Priceless in Annapolis. The home itself is truly a home away from home. Our daughter was married at the Naval Academy, we were able to have our 4 adult children stay together at this lovely home. Spotlessly clean, every amenity provided, and last but not least the owners were available for any questions/concerns. This is truly a gem if you are lucky enough to get a booking here.

Minutes from USNA & downtown Annapolis. The host Yvonne was a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen and living space was inviting and an easy space for our family to enjoy for the week of my son's wedding. As a VRBO host, I appreciate when other owners take the time to welcome guests and be available to answer questions.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is located right next to Gate 1 of the Naval Academy and is also just a couple blocks from downtown Annapolis. The house has two parking spots, which are precious, has a ton of charm and is very comfortable. The roof deck is an amazing place to eat dinner or relax and enjoy the incredible view of the Academy Chapel. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family went to Annapolis for a wedding and stayed in this lovely home. Yvonne was super responsive with my questions prior to our arrival and very generous to give us earlier check in and a few hours on the back end! Strongly recommend this property! (the view of the dome of the Navy Chapel from the master bedroom is an extra treat!)

We loved our stay at the King George Rose! It was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. It was the perfect house for our son, who was graduating from the Academy as it was literally steps away from the yard. The convenience of proximity to the Academy and downtown Annapolis was also key for my elderly mother. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the towels plentiful and the living space so charming! We enjoyed the history of the house and the Morris family documented through the house. The best part was the kitchen where we would congregate and talk over coffee and tea. We feel so blessed to have had a chance to enjoy each other and this joyous occasion in such a comfortable environment.

Beautiful, comfortable and historic home with spacious rooms. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need entertain. Great location a short walk to downtown, so close we could drop off a friend with a health challenge, return to park, and walk back in ten minutes. We stayed King George’s Rose for our daughter’s wedding at USNA. The house is historic, picturesque, and full of character. It is perfectly situated near downtown Annapolis. The drawing and sitting rooms are especially idyllic and encourage spending time with loved ones. We loved reading about Rose and Alexander Cecil Morris and their family and Navy history. This is an ideal place to stay when you’re in Annapolis and the hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating. A special place during a special time for us! Thank you.

We stayed at King George Rose over the New Year. The location couldn't have been better and the home is spectacular. Exactly as described. Even decorated for the holidays. What a nice touch. Would love to come back during warming weather to enjoy the outside patio.

This is a perfect Annapolis property. We spent a weekend here for holiday shopping and it is an easy stroll from Main Street and Maryland Avenue. The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday season! It was also very well appointed for all of our needs. The kitchen is outfitted with generous coffee and tea station. We loved sitting at the kitchen table with a view of the Brice House in one direction and the Naval Academy chapel dome in the other. The cozy living room fireplace was a big plus too. The two parking spaces were invaluable!
