Welcome to our vacation rental nestled in the heart of Downtown Annapolis. Immerse yourself in the rich history and vibrant culture of this charming city.
Our inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is a spacious retreat, thoughtfully designed to provide an unforgettable vacation experience. The open-concept living area invites you to relax, filled with stylish furnishings and ample natural light.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances, before gathering around the large wooden dining table. After a day of exploration, rest and recharge in our comfortable bedrooms.

* Bedroom 2: The perfect blend of comfort and productivity. This room features a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need a quiet, cozy spot to work from home or study

The home includes two contemporary full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half-bathroom on the main level, all stocked with complimentary toiletries.

Historic Downtown Annapolis is known for its waterfront charm, historic architecture, restaurants, shops, and walkable streets.
From the home, you can easily explore many of Annapolis’s most popular attractions, including:
• U.S. Naval Academy
• City Dock
• Ego Alley
• Main Street
• Maryland State House
• Annapolis Waterfront
• Downtown restaurants and cafés
• Local boutiques and shops
Spend the morning exploring historic Annapolis, grab lunch along the waterfront, visit the Naval Academy, and finish the evening with dinner and drinks downtown—all without needing to travel far.
Getting Around:
A car is not needed, but there are several parking garages close to the house. Due to a change in city regulations, guest parking passes for the residential street can no longer be provided for your stay. You may park on the street for up to 2 hours in any other open space.
The city does provide free parking from 6PM Friday to 6AM Monday at the Calvert Street Garage (19 St. Johns Lane) or you can also park in the following garages/lots: Hillman Garage (150 Gorman Ave - entrances from Main St or Duke of Gloucester) South Street Lot - South Street off Church Circle, Gotts Court Parking Garage – (25 Northwest Street) Knighton Parking Garage – (1A Colonial Avenue), Park Place - 5 Park Place (just off West St ).
The free Annapolis Circulator bus stops at all the city garages/lots and the city dock and can be used to get to/from the garages. Please see the Annapolis Parking website for further details

Part of the charm of the neighborhood includes historic streets, sidewalks, architecture, and the lively atmosphere that comes with staying close to restaurants, shops, waterfront attractions, and downtown events.

Enjoyed this gorgeous home with 6 of my lifelong girlfriends to celebrate us all turning 55 this year. Crabby Patty was such a beautiful place to enjoy our time together. The house is well-maintained, clean and has a perfect balance of Historic Annapolis charm mixed with the right amount of modern upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and offered us a restful sleep. Another much appreciated detail is the well-stocked kitchen with all the extras (k-cups, creamers, a variety of spices & oils, kitchen trash bags, several extra rolls of paper towels, etc.)The home is perfectly located and close walking distance to everything. No street parking, yet directly across the street is The Hillman Garage. The host, Danielle, was a wonderful communicator and answered any questions I had in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property was in wonderful condition and had true Annapolis charm! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location could not be beat, it was walking distance to everything! The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions. It was a fantastic stay!

Our family of 5 and my parents stayed in this house. There was plenty of space. The home has the perfect mix of upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it still holds a lot of historic charm. We were able to walk everywhere! We were visiting for a Navy football game, as my dad is an alumni and it was easy to get to the academy. If you're bringing a car, be aware that daily parking costs a minimum of 25. Most parking garages offer in/out privileges with a daily rate, and there's a large garage conveniently located directly across the street.
