Situated in Mendon, this lovely condo for $67 per night is a great option for your next break. Mountain Green: 2D4 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Vacasa will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. ** The restaurant is closed for the summer season, but will re-open for the winter season. This cozy condo is located in the second building of the Mountain Green Resort and is newly updated with a walk-in shower. There are several shared amenities such seasonal BBQ area, sauna, fitness room, on-site restaurant, ski shop, and massage rooms. There are also shared laundry facilities in every building. What's nearby: There is plenty to keep you occupied right at the resort, but Killington does have a lot more to offer outdoor enthusiasts! In the white winter months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling less than a mile away. In the warmer green months, there are places for hiking biking, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. There is also the Killington-Pico Adventure Center where you can enjoy a mountain coaster, zip lines, trampolines, and much more. Things to know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Security camera details: There are Surveillance Cameras locate outside all 3 Building at Mountain Green and in each hallway outside the elevators. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. walls are thin. next condo over was having a party with loud noise. Hard to get to sleep. At 10 pm I knocked on their door and kindly asked them to turn it down. I did and slept well.

This place was as pictured. Beds were comfy and the condo was clean. Super close to mtn! It’s a dated building with no AC or elevator. But a great stay with responsive owners.

We visiting in summer to visit the bike park and killington with the family. The condo facility was in the middle of an upgrade this summer. The unit was wonderful and functional. The unit has no AC but the fans did the job in the unit. The pool is nice and amenities met our needs.

We very much enjoyed the condo just a few minutes from Ramshead lift at Killington. The condo was well stocked with everything necessary for a great stay! Thank you!

Beds were comfortable and clean, towels were clean, and check in was easy. Lots of parking and very close for skiing. There were nightlights, fans, and extra blankets. Fireplace is unusable and that was disappointing. Pool and spa were all being updated so we weren't able to use them. The dishwasher wasn't working properly so hopefully they can get that fixed. The water did not taste good at all. We went back to the store to buy water for our entire stay.

A whole apartment for me. Very comfy for my overnighter. One thing however, it would be thoughtful to have coffee in the pantry to use the coffeemaker like in most hotels.

The location is great, right next to Snowshed Lodge and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. The negative is that our front door wouldn’t lock when leaving the unit. Security and maintenance were both called, but the lock still hadn’t been fixed when we left 2 days later.

It got down to -15 one night we were there. This caused a slight temperature irregularity in the living room, yet the heat worked great, just was on for a good amount.

2. Family Friendly - Great for families with multiple kids, plenty of space to hang and sleep.
3. Location - Super close to Ramshead and Snowden lots/lifts. Making the dropping off of gear and grabbing passes a breeze while the kids were getting ready.
4. Views - great views of the golf course and the mountains from the windows or porch.
5. Affordable - Not many places can boast the location, cleanliness, and space at the price.
Long story short, everything in the unit worked like it should, with no issues with anything. Smooth booking process. Be mindful, it is a fourth-floor unit (the building has an elevator) and you need to bring your trash and recycling out at the end of your stay. I only add this because some people would give this place a lower ranking for that. Again, if you are willing to take the stairs and take out your trash, you're not finding a better location at the cost. Would definitely rebook.

The listing states that it sleeps 6. It does not. The pullout couch was stained (looked like blood on both sides) and too thin (springs were sticking out). Nobody could sleep on it. We had to go out and purchase an air mattress using our own money that wasn't reimbursed. I did call and complain - I was told a mattress topper would be brought and it never was.

When we arrive, we are greeted with a foul smell throughout the building and unit. The unit and building itself is run down and not close to worth the money for still being a bus ride to the slopes. We had friends also at Mountain Green and they had a clogged tub for two full days before it was cleared. Sleep in your car instead!!

And hot ton hours were and they said they couldn’t find out but I could ask the front desk when I got there. We got there and the indoor pool was closed. I emailed and asked if they knew why and that it was very disheartening since this was the main reason we came up. They said they would contact management and find out why. I then asked a couple I saw there if they knew why and they said it’s been closed because of Covid and that the person renting to them let them know that. I emailed again and told them that. I then got an email that said they agreed it was disheartening and they would reach out to the manager and see how they could make this right. I haven’t heard anything else back from them. We gave the “heated” outdoor pool a try and five minutes in, the water blowers were blowing cold water when it wasn’t that warm to begin with. We drive all the way from Boston for all the amenities they posted about and we got none of them. Very disappointing.

Loved the location to Snowshed lifts and all of the restaurants and shops! Coin operated Washer and Dryers are available for use. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, free fire wood.

Only complaints were that 1. the sink in the full bathroom did not work properly, and 2. the hot water heater was off upon arrival, and we had to turn it on and it took about 12 hours to have hot water, so I took a cold shower the first night. Other than that the place was fantastic!

Nice getaway
We needed a remote place for the weekend, and that's exactly what it was. Nice and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. And there is so much to do there, wow. We have to go back.

This is a ski condo, so I'm not expecting the Taj. The rooms were clean, the towels were fresh and the beds comfortable. Its very close to the mountain which is the biggest plus

checkin messed up
Property was great! (even with hot and cold in shower reversed) Nice, clean, enjoyable. However, the checkin info was not sent until roughly noon of the day we were supposed to checkin. As we were touring for the day, when we went to checkin, the information was not available and require SIGNIFICANT effort (locating people who understood process, getting phone to call for access code, etc) to get in. Once in, loved it.
