About this house rental
Nestled in Pinehurst, this charming house for $279 per night is a great option for your next trip. This great home is built to handle 12 golfers, or a group just looking to get away! The kitchen is large with island and counter bar is great for entertaining large groups. Living room has 50” TV, two large couches and two recliners. Dining room has a 31/2’ x 7’ Pool Table. Check out the wall collection of golf bag tags from all over! Master bedroom includes a King size bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second floor includes four bedrooms and three baths. The front porch is a nice, quiet space to relax, and the back patio is great for grilling. Interested in playing golf? Ask us about golf packages! Standard drip coffee maker and Keurig in home. I love this house! The location is great. Neighbors are friendly. We have stayed here several times. This year we were a little disappointed with the condition. Trash was in several bedrooms under the beds, bath towels smelled sour, oven had grease dripping from the door, mattress pads in two of the bedrooms had unwashed urine stains, and the double beds sink into the middle of the bed.I would stay here again, but I would wash towels and mattress pads upon arrival.

Great property. Had everything we needed. Great location. Only complaint is that the upstairs air conditioning wasn't working properly. Made a call to Sandhills and we just monitored over our stay. Opened some windows and was fine then.

House is well equipped to handle quite a few people with 5 bedrooms and multiple bed in each. Quiet location with quick access to the local Pinehurst village, golf courses and Village area with restaurants and shops. Plenty of living room space and recreational pool table and outdoor grill. Wifi worked well and little things like coffee filters, cooking oils and cooking seasonings that most people need when renting a home for an extended period.

This house is located in the heart of Pinehurst village, which is no doubt an amazing location. We played a couple of courses that were within 5-8 mins driving distance. Of course Pinehurst resort was only 5 mins away.
Location aside however, the house itself was mediocre (décor and cleanliness). Our check-in experience was not great at all. After a six hour drive down to Pinehurst with 12 guys, we arrived to a house with no running water anywhere. No toilet use, no water in sinks or kitchen. The downstairs toilets also were not functional aside from the water issue. Nowhere did our check-in instructions mention anything about a main water valve for shut-off or turn on. We essentially searched for it in the whole house and came up empty.
We arrived late to the house given the drive and upon discovering the water issue, called all three emergency numbers provided without any response. The whole point of an emergency number is to be on call 24/7. Unfortunately spent the night without any water in the house. In the morning, by dumb luck mind you, one of the guys found the main water valve hidden behind the laundry room door. The downstairs toilet issue still persisted. Someone from Sandhills contacted me first thing in the morning and sent maintenance once we had left given tee times. The whole check-in experience was terrible. And since I made the reservation, I got plenty of comments and looks from the 11 other guys that were unwelcomed and could have been avoided.

Great for large groups!
Our family flew in to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday, and this house was a great space to host all of us! The living room is large with a lot of seating, and there are two tables for dining. We never played pool, but that did look like it could be fun. Great location for getting to downtown Pinehurst.

Great for a group
The many separate beds and baths arrangements make it ideal for a group of friends or couples. It’s comfortable with lots of seating and the house is close to shops and golf but in a quiet neighborhood. Double car garage if you want to park inside and a large area for driveway parking. It’s a nice comfortable getaway.

Excellent kitchen, nice layout with individual beds for 12 male golfers. Downstairs common area is a little tight, for 12, but the space available is well thought out. GREAT service support from Sandhills Rentals. Ample bedroom space upstairs. not much space out back for entertaining during perfect weather, but we made good use of the gas grill. BEST LOCATION EVER!

The main issue was Pots and Pans were not usable as they were dirty and rusted. we had to purchase pots/pans. On the last morning of stay the thermostat was lowered the night before by automatic schedule so house was chilly through night and morning departure, I would recommend allowing heat to be utilized up until guest departure time.
