Once you enter the condo up just two stairs, the space is all on one level. What's nearby: You'll be located in Big Sky's Mountain Village, across the street from Bear Back Poma Lift at the Big Sky Resort. The lift will take you up and down to the main base area in Big Sky's Mountain Village. Budget-friendly rates with a great location make this a wonderful option for the powder seeker in everyone. Comfortable, plenty of room and the pictures were accurate. Kitchen was well-equipped, and it was great to have the entry to store our boots and gear and the garage to store skis.
Communication with the management company was challenging - it took several days to get an answer to each of three messages (one the day before we arrived, one about 2 days in, and one a day or two before leaving), and by the time we got the answers, we’d already had to figure something out ourselves. Fairly minor issues though, so we still had a great ski trip, and we’d stay here again.

Excellent in just about every way. Awesome location for skiing. Plenty of space. Responsive management. One note to anyone staying here, the one car garage is tight. Most vehicles will fit, but it’s very tight. We had to move the garbage cans to on top of the wood pile in order for the vehicle to fit. Would definitely stay here again.

The duplex house was extremely convenient. It is a 3 minute walk to a poma lift (although the poma hours were later than we had hoped). Also close to Mountain Village. The unit was a functional 2-BR with dining room, living room and kitchen with large island. Also has a 1 car garage.

So comfortable!
Spacious, super clean, convenient location. We loved having access to the garage for storage of our bikes, loved the view of the lake, and the comfortable beds. Great place!

The condo was great. However, I asked to check in 2 hours early (at 2pm instead of 4pm) so my two year old son could take a nap. Even though the condo was vacant for the previous 4 days, I was told that I was not allowed to check in early because of Covid. I understand if there was a guest checking out that morning, but the unit was clean and ready to go. Using Covid as a catch-all reason is weak. It made our first day not very enjoyable having to deal with a tired and temperamental 2 year old.

The location for this property was amazing. 2 min walk to poma lift or about 10 min to mountain village. Unit was clean and bit dated but everything worked well. Lacking a few kitchen basics (like salt) but overall was well taken care of. Heat worked great no need to use the wood stove but was nice option to have. Note - this would probably not be a positive for groups that include beginner skiers. The condo is w/in a short walk of restaurants/shops and is a comfortable place to relax after a good day of skiing. But, the cleaning and maintenance aspects associated with our stay left a lot to be desired. The front entryway floor was filthy and clearly hadn’t been mopped/cleaned for awhile. The living room TV didn’t work properly until we noticed that the needed HDMI cable between the TV and cable box was missing. We connected it ourselves after locating it and then the TV worked fine. The master bedroom has a King sized bed but the linens (2 regular sheets were used instead of one fitted sheet and one regular sheet) and comforter were for a Queen sized bed. The master bath shower curtain is missing the plastic liner. Lastly, there were 12 rolls of toilet paper provided for 3 people for a 3.5 day stay but only 2 half full boxes of Kleenex were provided. All of these things made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

If I could give half stars, I would give the unit a 3.5/5. Overall, I would agree it is a decent "bargain" option near the base, as the description suggests.
Location was pretty good.
-10 minute walk to the mountain village. A bit long in ski boots but doable.
-Walk across the street (500ft) to the Poma and a short ski down gets you to the main area (Ramcharger/Swiftcurrent).
-Ski directly to the door by taking Ramcharger up and coming down Silver Knife and crossing the road.
-Overall, not quite as "ski in / ski out" as Arrowhead, Saddle ridge, Diamond hitch, etc, but good.
The unit itself worked well for 7 people with two couples in queen bedrooms, two singles sharing a room with twin beds and one person the touch. One bathroom is inside the master bedroom, and the other in a hallway. The sink in the hallway and very small bathrooms were a below average experience.
Soap was provided, but no shampoos. We quickly ran out of paper towels. There was bags of smelly trash in the garage when we arrived which was disappointing. The porch was being repaired and we could not walk on it. Not a big deal but did not improve our experience.
The decor and look and feel are very outdated. The TV is an old-school CRT, has no HDMI ports and channels come in cutoff or squished. There is a 12" TV in one bedroom and no TVs in the other bedrooms. No Hottub or Grill. The toaster only accomodated thin bread (no bagels or muffins).
