We were more than surprised at the beauty of this place! We stayed here as my daughter was going to have her wedding on the beach-which turned out to be quite epic. Natalie was so thoughtful at the small details of welcoming us & the place was so clean! We were really glad that we picked this Rio Resort for her special weeken!

The house is just like it looks in the pictures, but when you get there, you see that Natalie has thought of everything, and I mean everything. The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need that you might have forgotten on your trip. We even watched a DVD one night from the many available. We had to watch our step coming from the second bedroom to the living room since there was a step over that you had to be careful not to trip on, but that was a minor inconvenience that we just put a rug over. I wanted to book a place that I could sit back and read and enjoy the peace and quiet, and I definitely found it in this home. The neighborhood is quiet, and the only sounds we really heard were the passing trains as they went by. I would definitely stay again!

House and property are wonderful. Tucked away at the end of a quiet street. Great communication with the property owner. Beautiful gardens around the house. Large deck and porch for just relaxing. Definitely going to return in the future. Love the small town feel of the area.

I would definitely come back! Very cool house that is VERY well equipped...you won’t need anything. Natalie is great. Had one very minor issue and she was right on it. Super nice lady. Hot tub was great and very central location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The place was very well maintained and you couldn't ask for anything. The home was well equipped with any supplies you might need. The owner covered every expectation of what one would want and made sure it was in the home. Location was terrific and central to our plans for the weekend. It was a wonderful weekend.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway for the weekend and this place was perfect. The beach is a short drive and all the stores and restaurants are a short drive as well. There is a permanent renter who lives in a small cottage next to the house however there is still plenty of privacy. We saw her and her dogs when we first arrived and she was very nice, other than that we never saw her during our stay. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quiet private getaway.

This home was perfect for our getaway to Florida. It was spacious and clean. The rooms had all the amenities we needed to live there for 5 days. The large front and back porches were perfect for relaxing on. Overall, Perfect. We loved it.
