Situated in Holmes Beach, this lovely condo for $250 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Gulfsands is one of the premier low density complexes and one of the most highly sought after condo complexes on Anna Maria Island. Gulfsands is nestled amidst numerous swaying palm trees with beautifully manicured grounds, and is located directly on a huge white, sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is a private airy corner unit from which you view the beach plus the dolphins, manatee, pelicans and other waterfowl in the Gulf. The Island is an established bird sanctuary. The condo has just been refurbished and upgraded to include new granite counter tops throughout, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new tile floors throughout, new dining room furniture, new living room furniture, new bedroom furniture and new bathroom facilities. Free Wireless Internet and Free Deluxe Cable TV are provided. The unit has three flat screen TV's. Commercial size washer and dryer are located within the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and silverware. All bedding, sheets, pillows and bath and beach towels are provided. There is a new enclosed large heated swimming pool. There is covered parking for two vehicles and a private storage closet that has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and pool floats. Anna Maria Island is known for its incredible restaurants and shopping, and there is access nearby to first class golf courses, deep sea fishing, kayaking, jet skis, para-sailing, and paddle boarding. There are continuous free island shuttle buses to all local attractions, stores and restaurants. Had some supplies that everyone uses that we did not have to buy. They even had bug spray. We would ha ve liked to be able to us a grill on the property and the pool could have been a bit warmer.

This is a great location. Central on the island, within walking distance to several restaurants. Very clean, easy to get in and out of. Very short walk to the beach. If we are ever back in the area, we would be happy to stay at this property again!

The property is so very comfortable. You're right there at the beach and right next door to the public beach pavillion where there is a beach restaurant and a little place for adult beverages. The condo is on the back side of the building but you can get a beach view from the patio and master bedroom. There is also a really nice pool. The condo is also fully equipped with everything you would need. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

The condo has everything you need but your personal items. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen has everything you have at home. I loved that there was a box fan. I always bring my own but here you don’t need to. The parking is underneath, so your vehicle doesn’t get that hot. The property manager, Bonnie was great to deal with. She kept me updated before my trip, during my stay with hurricane Idalia and what was happening with the island. Bonnie had the owner to call me about the hurricane and my stay. He was very gracious and cared about my safety. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon! I love AMI!

Amazing week unwinding and playing in the ocean. We were right next to sea turtle eggs before the turtle people came around to mark the area, saw an entire manatee family, dolphin nursery, and so much more. The area is the best city we've visited for the beach with little ones. This specific listing feels like home, it has all the things you could forget- pitchers, plastic cups, beer mugs, wine glasses, beach chairs, sand toys, etc etc etc. Extremely attentive manager, but everything was wonderful. Direct beach access, walk through the gate to get to the trolley stop/ concession stand/tiki bar/live music. Parking right over the building, up one flight of stairs to the apartment. Elevator available, we didnt use it. Storage closet on the way to the beach just for you! Partial beach view from the master bed and porch. We've already requested another week next summer!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years. Your property was by far the best stocked we’ve ever seen! Thanks for your attention to details for visitors. The pool was sparkling. My husband wanted to mention that you might have a small leak in the pipes underneath since he saw water on the windshield & your garage was the only underground spot we parked in. Just wanted to make sure you knew so you could possibly prevent a bigger issue. Thanks again for such a wonderful & clean spot!

Great communication with owner and property mgr. Condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Great location on the beach. Close to everything. Beautiful sunsets with live music at the tiki bar on the beach (2min walk). Hope to return next year.

This property can not be any closer to perfect. It is centrally located for what our family needed for a week. This property is very clean. There is a gal on the Island who is a contact for renters while they are there if there are any questions or concerns. Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She checked in via text with me prior to our arrival to make sure we knew how to access the property. Then the next day to ensure we made it and to make sure we didn’t need anything. We did have an issue with the hot water heater and the water not staying hot…keep in mind this was during one of Floridas coldest winters in 20 years. So being from Illinois, I thought maybe the water heater couldn’t keep up since it was cold and told her we can wait until it warms up and see if that was the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the cold weather and the water heater did need replaced. Bonnie worked with the owner to get a plumber out quickly followed by an install of a new water heater. All of this without disruption of any of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed our week in Paradise and can’t wait to return.

This is my second year here at Gulf Sands, #101. Hope to come back next year for 2 weeks. I’m a senior citizen with COPD and having an elevator is such a welcome bonus for me and my friend with bad knees! This condo is completely stocked, clean and fully maintained. This was by far the best vacation we've ever had. The condo is perfect.. everything about it. Clean, neat, stocked with anything you need, close to the beach, nice pool, I could go on and on. The only complaint I have is that the week went by way too fast. Lou is absolutely wonderful. We also got to meet Bonnie, who helps clean the property and what not. She was FABULOUS as well! This is truly a special place!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and finely furnished condo. Quality decor and everything needed in a kitchen made our stay so very comfortable. The recliners and reclining couch was great for relaxation after a day in the sun. The outside storage closet had everything to use for enjoying a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again!!

Lou was a great host! It had everything you would need to go to the beach and to cook at home in the condo. Literally steps to the beach, amazing pool and so walkable to many restaurants. We took our small bichon and he enjoyed going everywhere with us. Highly recommend this place!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. Clean, well-decorated, with everything you could possibly need for the week and more. The housekeeper is amazing and a wonderful resource. The pool is large, warm and quiet. The owner provides everything you need for the beach, which is steps away. The balcony is secluded but has a nice view of the water. Beds are comfy. Seriously, don’t pass this one up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is updated, very clean, well stocked. It was so nice not having to bring beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels from home. Parking is directly under condo… pool is right at it and it’s a close, easy walk to beach! We absolutely loved it! The lady who cleans the condo was very helpful and friendly as well!

This property was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice beach and an ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend eating at a local restaurant named “Eat Here”. Great gulf shrimp and lobster tacos!

First timer -VRBO Taking a vacation by myselfI was very nervous....I didn’t want to leave Once I got there....AND I had the tail end of Sally☹️....I didn’t even care....the facility is literally yards from the beach even carrying towels and coolers...I cannot actually describe just how beautiful it is there... EVERYTHING as described...wanted for nothing and was able to catch up with old friends nearby.... did not have enough time to check out all the restaurants BUT WILL on my return trip......YESSSSSS DEFINITELY will be coming back....hopefully won’t be long!!! Wonderful communication with owner and local person on the island....even cooked one night...the most relaxing I’ve been ....the day I made it to the beach...I doubt my pulse was registering....not crowded AT ALL....also swam in the pool in light rain!!!!! As a kinda “germaphobe”. Everything was great...I’m an early riser—- first night I slept till 9 AM ...JUST DO IT!!!Belinda B-N.C.
