They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in at the stroke of midnight. We got to hotel super early and we didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, quite place and the Michael was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thank you.

Super friendly owner and staff, clean cozy small but has everything you need, location is perfect close to everywhere

Host was super friendly and nice. Greeted us warmly.

Rooms were cold, smelled bad. Poor breakfast (spoiled). The furniture is broken (in room and terrace). Shower drain was clogged and shower curtain was unusable. The whole hotel needs updating.

Avoid - this property at any cost.

Small room to place 3 beds in the room. The room is good for 1 queen size where as you will find 3 beds... Location is bit far and high. Internet signal were bad in the room 4 days after checkout I reviewed the hotel. As I left the honest review I started getting calls midnight from the property owner non-stop more then 12 times.. in addition after 5 days of check out the property reported me for theft of some thing important from the room , Yes after 5 days.. where as he specially messaged me and told me to check out sharp 11 am since another guest is about to check in early.. so he blamed me and my family after 5 days.. just because I left an honest review. Fyi

It was a very bad experience and I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

The room was clean

The list is endless - a) The owner was rude and he said he won’t pick the luggage as he is owner and then reluctantly did. Checkout time I had to do it on my own. There were atleast 25 steep stairs. b) Breakfast was at 9 as per hotel, I saw people eating at 8 but they dint give me one. Only juice and some snack was given after request c) The location is horrible and with luggage it’s inaccessible d) Lastly I posted the bad review on 5th Oct 2022 and then I got call from 3 different numbers at 2 am in the night to take down the review. I started blocking the number once I understood who was on the other end. I am sharing screenshot below to show the time at which I got calls. They even told me that they will give me free stuff if I change the review. Horrible experience, never recommend to stay!

If you want to stay for day or 2 on single and double occupancy, this place can't be missed.

Very friendly host, good and peaceful location. Nicely done rooms.

No health faucet in the washroom. Room was bit smaller compared to 2+1 occupancy bed.

Exceptional

This is an excellent quality-price option. The place is cosy, authentic, spotless clean and kept with love. The host Mikhail and Nadja who serves the breakfast are really nice and welcoming. Totally recommended.

The room was small for 3 of us and we hardly had walking space but it's a small inconvenience in comparison with all the benefits.

Awesome quiet hôtel

Mikhail the owner is very kind helpful and approachable, breakfast delicious Nadia joyful serving us with kindness warm thanks to here, cleaniness, quiteness , beautiful terrasses and balcony Rooms clean nicely decorated with beautiful frames and furnitures ..

Room seems a bit small but fair , mattress are soft less comfy, location seems a bit eccentric from the center as most of taxi misses the location but we didn't found it an issue for us .. overall good .. recommended for family and couple and solo traveller in short trip.

the owner was very friendly. took pride in his hotel. the breakfast was very tasty and the cook was very accommodating to the guests.

if you didn’t travel by car it was on a steep hill and hard to walk up to.

Owner of hotel is very nice. We had a nice time.

The walk up the hill is hard. My husband has bad knees and after doing it 2 times we had to get a taxi each time for the rest of the stay . Not a great walk for anyone with a mobility problem

Exceptional

The host got up at 7 am to let me in as well as he gave me a bigger room than originally booked. Helped me with the taxi and was very welcoming and helpful overall. The hotel is super clean and amazingly decorated in traditional interior. Breakfast was rich and tasty :)

Comfortable Place to Stay

Decent breakfast. But I like the porridge! Easy to access. Clean room and bathroom.

If you are traveling in a large group, I would suggest you to booked two separate rooms. the room is a bit small if you have a big suitcase (like in our case).

Staying in hotel with super nice owners

Room was modern with clean and fresh overlook. Bed linen also fresh. Breakfast combilned with traditional Georgian delicaties and fresh fruits. Very nice combo. Owner are super friendly and helpfull - I was even invited to join next days New Year dinner, but unfortunately was not able to stay longer.

Very good

The free wine was a surprise 😁 nice to have a welcoming host such as Micha! He offered to drive us into the Old Town one day when it was quite hot for the 20min walk, he organised an early breakfast when we were leaving. If you want to be in a quiet place out of the main heart of the Old Town this is a great option.

Rooms are very small, but perfectly fine.

Wonderful place and host

Walking distance to old Tbilisi, restaurants and attractions. Very comfortable bed and soft bedsheets , nice decorations and yummy breakfast. Misha is great! Totally recommend the place and will be back.

Loved staying there although just for 1 night. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Dnjoyed the night grt together organized by the host. Room was also clean and nice. Would definitely stay again in the future

This hotel is perfectly located in a quiet cute area 15 min walk from the city center. Huge nutritious breakfast with homemade bread and cheese. The rooms are clean with air conditioners. Boho style interior design and nice terrace with homemade delicious wine make our trips always marvelous! We love this place and come few times a year.

Everything was Excellent. The Hotel was nice and clean, amaizing decors and ornaments with old Georgian style. The view of Tbilisi at night time from balconie was unforgettable. I liked the location as well, we walked to the old city and if you wish you can order really cheap taxi. The hospitality of the host was great & staff very friendlly. We liked the breakfast & incredibly tasteful wine. Room was really nice, clean with beutifule interior, also the bed was really comfortabel and cozy. It was exellent expiriance, and we really recomend it for all! For sure we will come back !
