Good location, very clean and friendly staff
Only thing was that the staff didn’t speak English much, not a downside at all as did not affect our stay. Everything was brilliant, just a note if other customers are not bilingual!

The host/ receptionist was very kind and friendly. The location of hotel was excellent, in the middle of city allowing lots of exploration! Room was clean, bedding was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked fantastically! Very quiet surroundings as well, we had a good restful night despite heavy rain overnight.
Just FYI, there is no lift in the hotel. But I believe all rooms are either on 1st or 2nd floor. The receptionist kindly helped us move our luggage to the 2nd floor, thank you!

The location of the property is very comfortable just at old city of Tbilisi.
The budget room number is the room just near the reception. This is very noisy. Be ready for that.
The mattress was not comfortable and only one blanket provided for 2 adults.
Shower - There is mold in the tile joints in the shower. The motion sensor for lightning and exhaust fan in bathroom is horrible . It can switch off/on light and fan while you taking the shower.
Linen has to be cleaned well . Probably it was cleaned but we found hair (not our) on the linen.
