Some things need TLC and the customer service is lacking

Location is great. The new bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers and the soap around the sinks was a great addition. We always love where this condo is situated and the coziness of this particular place. There have been some great upgrades but there are some things that are starting to show wear.

We have been coming to this particular condo every year same time same week for the past three years. It's a tradition. There have been some good improvements, but some things definitely need sone tlc with this last trip. The main floor bathroom towel rack was hanging and hardly even staying on the wall when we first arrived. I took pictures and sent to Vacasa, who sent back asking if i wanted someone to come repair it, I answered no, but that I just wanted to inform them of it. There was mouse poop in the drawers, two of them in the kitchen. One of the kitchen mitts that had been in a drawer had been eaten by a mouse and the couch in the living room has a rip/ hole in the arm that has been there since last years trip. When we tried to use the dishwasher the panel lit up only if you hit delay, but the rinse only cycle was the only thing that came up and since you couldnt hit start, the display would go blank before the dishwasher would wash. I called vacasa about this to get someone to fix it. I gave permission to enter to fix it and we left for the day. When we got back that night the dishwasher still did not work and nobody had contacted me from vacasa. I contacted again the next morning and they said it would be looked into. We left for the day again and heard nothing back. When we returned though, the main floor bathroom towel rack which had been hanging was now moved over on the wall with two gaping holes where it used to be on the wall. There was plaster and drilling debris all over the sink and leftover grey anchors on the bathroom countertop. I had hope for the dishwasher being fixed, but alas the dishwasher was still out of commission. We ended up doing the dishes by hand and setting them in the dishwasher to dry. There has been no resolution via Vacasa.

The location was great. We liked the size of the unit.

The kitchen was tiny! The furniture was dated and mismatched. Some of the rugs were stained. The "railing" going down into the basement was loose and fell off. The toilet in the basement bathroom would not stop running.
