location was central and great

Very good position, we could reach our objectives very easily. We enjoyed the ongoing Christmas fair.
The bed lingerie was a bit dusty, small particles floting in the air, kitchen missing some appliances, no pot or pan tot use with the stove.

The TV did not work properly in my room, and there was no towel.

Short 10 min walk from main train station. Close to town and very close to tram stops. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast nice added bonus but only basic which was expected. Had access to another kitchen which was another bonus.
Only had skylights, no outside windows which was ok for one night but there were no curtains or shutters so we woke up early due to this. No bath mat so floor got soaked. Shower had some mould on shower head and bathroom was quite small. Room stuffy as no external window but did have a ceiling fan - which worked well but was noisy to sleep with on. We had to go up one flight of stairs to then go down two, to reach our room. No elevator in either parts.
