There was no breakfast included, but not needed anyway as the place have a communal kitchen in each floor well equipped and there is a supermarket super close, walking distance.
The location was superb, the hostess excellent people, so helpful and super nice (lovely lovely people).
The beds were so comfortable and the place was very clean, there is no one thing I didn’t like.
