Personel jest otwarty, pomocny i zawsze dostępny. Na miejscu można również dobrze zjeść. To świetna lokalizacja na piesze trasy i wypady na słowacką stronę.
Parking jest trochę mały jak na tak dużą bazę noclegową, ale dzięki dobrej organizacji wszyscy się pomieściliśmy

Příjemné a klidné místo. Možnost dát si jídlo v restauraci, která je skoro součástí ubytování. Byli jsme zde jen krátce, ale spokojenost veliká.

Na stronie widnieje opcja "sauna". Jednak po przybyciu okazało się, że "sauna nie działa od 3 lat i zapomnieli zdjąć tę informację z bookingu".
