IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO PARTY; PLEASE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT LISTING. ***2021 AVAILABILITY*** WINTER OFF-PEAK (3 NIGHT MINIMUM TO MONTHLY) -January 1 to March 31 SPRING OFF-PEAK (3 NIGHT MINIMUM) -April 1-June 25 -Check-in at 3:00 pm; check-out at 10:00 am SUMMER PEAK SEASON (5 DAY MINIMUM) -June 26-September 6 -Check-in at 3:00 pm; check-out at 10:00 am FALL/WINTER OFF-PEAK (3 NIGHT MINIMUM) -Sept 7-Dec 31 -Check-in at 3:00 pm; check-out at 10:00 am ******************************************************** Welcome to our bright and spacious bungalow, located in the heart of Grand Bend Village! Simply park your car and stroll to all that Grand Bend has to offer. Beautiful sunsets, fine dining, shopping, live entertainment and sporting events are only some of the amenities you can experience within strolling distance of your front door. The "Village" is the place to be and it offers something for everybody of all ages! Our property is steps from the main drag and only minutes to the beach. Our bright spacious home is tastefully decorated high end mattresses will ensure a comfy night's sleep during your stay! Enjoy the sun from the walkout deck or extend the large awning for instant shade. The open concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, provides ample space to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The kitchen is well appointed with all the conveniences of home, including a dishwasher, microwave and even a juicer. BBQ/propane also provided. The large master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a cheater en-suite to the first floor bathroom; complete with a Jacuzzi tub. All three bedrooms on the main floor have plenty of storage and closet space. Fourth bedroom with Queen bed in finished basement. Our beach-mobile (wagon) also comes equipped with all you'll need to enjoy a fun day at the beach! Guests are welcome to use our physical fitness equipment (treadmill, dumbbells) and bicycles (we have four). ***PLEASE NOTE*** ***SPLIT RENTALS ARE NOT PERMITTED. ANY DISCOVERY OF SPLIT RENTALS WILL VOID THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. OCCUPANTS WILL VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED*** ***MAXIMUM OF EIGHT GUESTS FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. ALL GUESTS MUST BE NOTED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. ANY DISCOVERY OF INDIVIDUALS NOT IDENTIFIED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL VOID THE AGREEMENT. OCCUPANTS WILL VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED.*** Property Manager/Property Owners require verbal communication with all (potential) renters within 24 hours of booking; prior to final booking approval. ***NO EXCEPTIONS*** Rental Agreement must be completed, signed & returned to the Property Manager/Property Owners within SEVEN days. ***NO EXCEPTIONS*** ************************************************* -Occupancy is STRICTLY limited to those listed in the Tenancy Agreement and confirmed by the Property Manager upon arrival. Drivers Licence(s) required as identification. Eight people maximum per stay. We do not do revolving door rentals. -$700.00 refundable damage deposit required. The house was very clean upon arriving. The owners met us at check in time and were very helpful .Very close to beach and all amenities. I would recommend this house to vacation in.

We had a great time during the Thanksgiving weekend. It was as advertised and great for the 6 of us. It was clean and walking distance to the beach and also downtown. I highly recommend this place!

Great place, loved the location and the home itself. Very comfortable stay. We had a blast! Colin and Francine we're very welcoming hosts. We'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Grand Bend visit
Property is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. It was very clean and had everything that you might need, including towels, umbrellas, beach wagon, etc. Owners are very communicative, detailed and available when needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The house was exactly as listed! It was clean and inviting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are firm, I would have preferred a bit softer, but that’s just a personal preference. The kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Their warm welcome to the cleanliness of the cottage was beyond our expectations. We love to Travell and from years of experience these host deserve a 5 diamond in stead of stars . Location is perfect to the beach and to downtown . All the beds are extremely comfortable. All the utensils dishes for your cooking needs are available. The barbecue is extremely clean . Can't say enough great things about this cottage or the owners. Great location, easy walk to both the strip and the beach. Cottage is cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owners are friendly and very responsive.

Ultimate Family Getaway
This was a gem! We are a family of 5 and this was our very first cottage experience. It was like being at home. Super clean, close to the main strip and the beach. Absolutely perfect! Our children loved this experience. We are so happy that we found this secret hide away. We were lucky to be the first guests here. Beds were super comfortable and cosy. Everything was so tidy and clean...just like home. Loved it. We truly did enjoy Grand Bend and the Cottage. We will definitely return again! Thank you Francine and Colin!

Girls Getaway
As soon as I stepped into the cottage, I felt at home! What a wonderful place to spend time with friends - close to the main street and beach, but quiet. The patio is perfect for morning mimosas and late night glasses of wine. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Everything was neat and tidy. It was absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed Grand Bend this time of year as well. Thanks so much

Secret Hide-away.
I would like to keep this place a secret so I can come back every year! However I already told too many friend about this great place!
This place surpassed our expectations of a summer get-away. Great weather, close to the beach, close to the
"main street" and close to a variety of other attractions.
We took a day to drive to Niagara Falls - only about 2 hours away!
The air conditioner went on the fritz one day and the owners has someone at the place bright and early the next day to fix it.
The drive-in was a blast!
I would put this place on the list for any get away!
Would definitely come back to stay here!

Perfect Location, Fantastic Accommodation
I would not hesitate to recommend this very well kept home. The property is beautiful, with spacious rooms to accommodate your family getaway and a large deck for evening card games. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment all a short walk away. The towels, beach wagon complete with chairs, were a very welcome and thoughtful addition. A fantastic getaway!

Beautiful Beach House
What an absolutely wonderful home. It is obvious the owners take pride in this home as everything was clean and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the open concept design made for a relaxing, roomy stay. We had everything we needed from wifi to the front deck bbq, to the beach wagon, lawn chairs and beach toys so thoughtfully provided for beach outings. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, a great coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans etc. We enjoyed some evening barbeques on the awning covered front deck. We walked to the beach (5 block) as well as to Main Street (3 blocks) with many good restaurants, we only took our car to the local drag races and the drive-in theatre (both less than 10 minutes away). The house is close to the Pinery Provincial Park and there is a paved path from town to the park that I rode my bike to (total 35k loop with virtually no roads!). In all, a great house in an awesome location to relax and enjoy your vacation. Water activities are available at the beach, we rented paddle boards and went parasailing. Jet skis and kayaks were also available.

Grand Bend Gem!
We spent a week relaxing in this lovely, beautifully furnished cottage. Everything was within walking distance, the main street, beach and Tim Hortons :).
The extra touches, beach wagon, towels, etc were much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed evenings on the deck, and will definitely rent again!
