About this house rental
Nestled in L'Escala, this charming house for $177 per night is a great choice for your next trip. If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation. We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person. The beds are made upon arrival. Magnificent modern villa with private pool, located in L'Escala Center, a stone's throw from the beaches of San Marti. It is composed of 3 modern bedrooms with high-end bedding, 2 bathrooms with WC, a living / dining room equipped with TV with TNT and wifi with free and unlimited internet access, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. The living / dining room opens directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool is located with a barbecue area. The villa has an attached garage that can accommodate a vehicle. On the front, a space allows to park a large vehicle. There is also the possibility of parking on the street. Very quiet villa in a residential and family area located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of San Marti and the heart of the village. Ideally located La Casa Verda is perfect for family vacations. The village of L'escala and its surroundings allow a multitude of diverse and varied activities such as mountain biking, diving, hiking, visiting sites, restaurants, beach xiringuito etc ... On the day of your arrival at the villa, i receive you and give you a map with all the good addresses to know as well as all the activities you can practice during your vacation. We spent three wonderful weeks here.
The house is in a very quiet location, only a few minutes walk from the beach or the old town and several large supermarkets.
The house and the equipment are in good condition but especially the beautifully landscaped garden and the large pool are inspiring, we enjoyed this very much.
William looks after everything perfectly. When we arrived the dishwasher was broken, the same day a new dishwasher was installed, that was really great.
We will definitely come back again.

Trés bonnes vacances
La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située dans un quartier calme mais le centre de l'Escala et les plages sont facilement et rapidement accessibles. Seule petite critique : certains matelas commencent à montrer des signes de fatigue et il faudrait envisager de les changer.
Le contact avec William (qui gère la propriété) a été très bon et il a fait preuve de grande réactivité. En résumé, nous sommes plus que satisfaits de notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous le pouvons.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Besser geht es eigentlich nicht, wenn man mit Hund (Labrador) und zwei Heranwachsenden (15 + 17 Jahre alt) in L'Escala Urlaub machen will. Absolut ruhige Lage an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber nur ca. 800m bis zum weitläufigen Hundestrand, ca 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt oder an die belebte Promenade mit Hauptstrand. Gleichzeitig guter Ausgangspunkt für morgendliche Joggingrunden nach Sant Marti oder MTB-Touren in die Umgebung. Die Räder konnten wir sicher in der Garage abstellen. Der Gasgrill leistete an einigen Tagen hervorragende Dienste. Vielen Dank, dass Sie einen tollen Rahmen für unseren Urlaub geschaffen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dans la 1er location, les voisins faisaient des travaux donc beaucoup de bruit. William nous a proposé une autre location et nous le remercions. Il est disponible et réactif.

Haus in ruhiger Lage, bekommt von uns 4 von 5 Sterne.
Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Lage von L‘ Escala. Es war sauber und ordentlich und der Gastgeber Herr Germain war gut zu erreichen. Bei der Ankunft war er innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Haus zur Übergabe und hat einem Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war soweit alles vorhanden was man braut. Vielleicht eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre mal angebracht. Das Highlight von diesem Anwesen ist die Terrasse mit dem ca. 5 x 10 Meter großen Pool. Ein dazugehöriger Gasgrill rundet das Bild von dem Außenbereich ab. Die Garage ist nur bedingt zu benutzen, da der Besitzer einiges eingelagert hat. Wir wollten aber eh nur unsere Fahrräder abstellen von daher kein Problem. Es ist ein Stellplatz vor der Garage vorhanden und es befinden sich genug Parkplätze am Straßenrand.
Alles im allen ein schönes Haus mit gewissen Abstrichen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Prima huis met voldoende ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Badkamers kunnen extra onderhoud gebruiken. Maar daar zou aandacht aan worden besteed. Ideale locatie dicht bij centrum, winkels en strand.
Probleem met een rolluik werd meteen opgelost. Host was zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar.

Super Terrasse mit tollem Pool
Wir haben hier sehr schöne zwei Wochen verbracht und vor allem die großzügige Terrasse mit dem tollen Pool genossen. Gute Ausstattung im Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die schönen Strände und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Casa muy bonita, acogedora y es más grande que en las fotos, seguro que volveremos porque hemos estado muy agusto y estaba muy bien equipada. Y William excelente trato.

Tranquilo y buen ubicado
El sitio es fantástico, muy tranquilo pero a la vez cerca del centro y de los dos supermercados más grandes.
Disfrutamos mucho de la barbacoa, y comer en la terraza.
La piscina se ve estupenda, lamentablemente no la hemos podido probar porque aún hacía frío, gran acierto que haya lavadora y secadora, pues cuando vas con niños más de dos días seguidos ya se sabe.
El WiFi va muy fluido, recomiendo llevar un Chromecast o un tvbox para disfrutar de más canales, puesto que la mayoría son extranjeros.
En definitiva si queréis tranquilidad a poco más de 10 minutos de la playa es altamente recomendable 👌.

Villa magnifique et très bien équipée, agréable, emplacement parfait a proximités de tout , nous étions 4 adultes avec des enfants en bas âges de 2 mois a 2 ans . Et tout ses tres bien passées nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Dias de relax
La vivienda está en una zona tranquila, a 10’ del mar y 10’ del centro de la escala. La limpieza interior es buena. La casa está bien, hay suficiente armario y las camas son cómodas. Hemos disfrutando mucho del porche/piscina. La orientacion de la casa es buena y habia siempre Zonas de sol y de sombra. La cocina es algo justa pero la barbacoa exterior a gas lo compensa. La zona exterior necesitaría revision, las plantas necesitan cuidados y hay muchas hormigas por la piscina/garaje, por suerte no entraban demasiado en la casa. La limpieza de la piscina debería llevarse a cabo cuando la casa está desocupada. Faltaba alguna sartén que ya le pedimos a William que tuviera en cuenta. Las gaviotas son muy ruidosas por la mañana y al anochecer.

La casa nos ha gustado. La piscina esta igual que en las fotos y la casa esta bien cuidada. Andando se necesita unos 10 minutos tanto para ir al pueblo como a la playa.
Lamentablemente se ha cambiado un poco la decoración del salón y ahora parece algo mas frio que en las fotos. Igualmente nos ha gustado mucho y lo puedo recomendar.

Late family holiday
This property was everything we were hoping for and more. Easy to reach from airport (40 mins ) and on edge of L’Escala. Everywhere within easy walking distance eg beach, port, shops, and larger supermarkets. William was on hand and ensured we did not have any problems during our stay. We loved it and plan to return :)

The property was very well located in the beautiful resort of L’Escala, a short walk to the old town and many beaches. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The lovely garden and pool area is extremely private and ideal for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would be very happy to rent this Villa again.

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle et bien située. La plage, le centre historique et les magasins ne sont qu'à quelques dizaines de minutes à pied. William, le gérant, est disponible et efficace. Il prend en compte les remarques concernant les petits points à améliorer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Correcto sin mas
Ubicación correcta, lo mejor de la casa es que tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, la cocina muy pequeña pero suficiente para unos días, las camas sin hacer el primer día no lo encuentro correcto, algunos fallos como por ejemplo no hay secador de pelo, las toallas escasas solo una por persona, al menos una para el cuerpo y otra para la cara ..no?
La atención a la llegada correctísima, muy amable.
En fin, a groso modo se puede repetir pero llevad alguna toalla y un secador.
Nosotras a penas cocinamos en la casa pero si tenéis que hacerlo solo uno y cacharros no vi demasiados como por ejemplo solo vi una sartén, como tampoco había ningún mantel par la mesa.

Schöner Urlaub in L'Escala
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Strand, Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check- in-Vorgang war super und bei Problemen ( kaputte Kaffeemaschine) war der Mitarbeiter der Agentur schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Das Haus selber war auch sehr schön und für uns sechs völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces, des plages, de la vieille ville; on peut tout faire facilement à pied .
L'équipement est satisfaisant, même s'il y a quelques modifications/améliorations à apporter .
La somme destinée au ménage (obligatoire!) semble cependant trop élevée et peu adaptée à la taille de la maison.
En résumé la location est tout à fait satisfaisante et à renouveler, surtout si M. GERMAIN WILLIAM fait des efforts de ponctualité.
